The only thing I don't like is Every Time I order mashed potatoes with NO gravy and they Always put gravy on it! Yuck ! They also keep forgetting the butter and honey for the biscuits.

My Mac and cheese bowl was very salty, forgot to put any sauces, including the ones we paid extra for. The rolls were hard and overcooked. I will say that the staff was nice enough and the restaurant was clean. Be careful if you’re going to this location. This part of 9th street has so many potholes I had to dodge. Additionally there was like gravel in one of the ramps to enter the parking lot and it was real busted when I went.

I would love to of said my 1st visit here would of been a Positive Review. But that was Absolutely NOT the case. We have a Closer KFC off Sterling / Highland Ave. But considering this a Newer Establishment, We decided to give it a try. Because the above KFC ( Highland /Sterling) has Definitely Lost the Apperance and Quality of there food & Not to Mention thier Customer Service. Anyhow, back to this KFC ( 9th & Waterman ) it literally took over 1/2 hr from the point we ordered to the point we received our food in the Drive-tru, Although I will admit the gentleman at the register did say he Mixed up some orders. That was not the worst part of our Visit. We got home and our chicken literally looked like it had been sitting around longer the holding times aloud to serve , we ordered Original Recipe Chicken. The skin was rough ( NOT FRESH AT ALL) and the worst part, as I was Bitting down on my Chicken, thier was a Females Long Hair in my Food!! ( Picture Included ) This was Totally Gross & Discusting!!!! It definitely killed my Appetite . This will Definitely be our 1st & Last visit here. So! Now we have 2 KFC's in our area that we we will not visit. That's just sad! And we Love KFC. I Really hope someone in Upper Management or Even the Francisee see this Review. Because the Above Quality of Service was Unacceptable!!!

Used Uber eats to order food from this establishment And they did a shitty job at ceiling it up from the food carrier. They had full access to my food for all I know they touched my food. You could fit a huge hand in the hole At the top of the bag. Do better, Maybe consider paper bags and tape it at the top completely. Also, when I Called, they don’t answer or they sent me to voicemail and you can’t leave a message because they don’t have a mailbox

I know it's crazy hot outside but to keep employees without ac is ridiculous!! According to my watch temperature in the restaurant was around 85-90f. While outside was 102. I worked in fast food restaurant in my youth I know those kitchens are hot! KFC do the right thing and fix the ac!! I was planing to eat inside, we got our order and left. Restaurant itself -5/5.

Omg if I could give this place a 0 stars I would. This afternoon I witness something so disgusting. I was paying for the food and the girl at the drive thru was wearing gloves so she takes my money with the gloves then she goes and grabs a bag to put on a container, She sticks her hand with the same glove she touched the money and then gets the stuff she and puts it in with a spoon at this point I witnessed everything she had done wrong. I got the managers attention that was there talking to her about idk what and i asked her what she was going to poor in the container and she told me it was CORN. I tell her what I witnessed and she just said oh I'm sorry thank you for telling me. Is this how they gets trained that's disgusting. I still took my food but I think it was a bad idea I got a stomach pain. She had told me u want ur money back like lady is not asking is giving it back for this BIG MISTAKE your worker did. I wish I was a mysterious person that comes to shops like this.
