Taco Bell

The bathrooms are always open to the public, it's not necessarily a good thing but the staff keep them very clean. The food is Taco Bell, don't expect miracles people. I've been going to TB for 2+ decades and even worked at a few for 3 years; this place is one of the best. The (female) staff are extremely friendly, but the rest (male) of the staff seem to not speak English or are just being rude for laughs. When I tried to ask for my drink cup once, they acted as if they didn't speak English but then very clearly, in English, spoke to the woman in the drive-thru, laughing, about how a customer needed help at the counter. I digress, the service is usually 9/10 and the food has only once been made incorrectly (they gave me twists instead of chips and cheese)

Great drive thru experience. Ordered thru drive thru. I was really really baked I drove off after only receiving my partial order. The worker chased me down almost towards getting to the main street. If that is not amazing service I’m not sure what to call this. Would def recommend.

Nothing but great experiences here. I eat here a couple times a month and have never had a mistake with any orders, staff is always nice & quick with the orders. Never has a long line in the drive thru. Looks clean. Have no complaints

This Taco Bell has a newer facade, LCD readerboards. Very clean, I placed the order on the Kiosk. While I was waiting the manager even made sure my order was taken care of. Today was a warm day and the AC inside felt great. I stopped in here and was in and out within 10 minutes so I could have a bite to eat before church down the road...

I had a really great experience with Juan at this Taco Bell. From the start he was very cheerful through the intercom and doesn’t make you feel like a bother. He makes you feel like he’s happy you’re there and happy to do his job. Great customer service is sometimes hard to come by at drive thru windows due to them working fast paced I’m sure, but Juan’s customer service was so excellent I felt the need to write this review. When at the window he was very patient and didn’t make me feel rushed with payment or taking the food etc, but I could see through the window he was hustling and moving fast in there to get everyones orders out quickly, which I appreciated. The food was great, and they got it out so fast! Thank you for your positive attitude and excellent customer service Juan! Definitely recommend this Taco Bell!

The meal was delicious. Service was prompt and I was able to pick up the food quickly. My only "issue" is that when orders are created online and are to go, the drink lids have a "Taco Bell sticker" on them... and I appreciate that! I really do!! It's to prevent a drink from spilling but 🙄 I can't get the damn sticker off sometimes. It makes putting that straw through the hole difficult. Anyways... overall, it's delicious! No complaints on that front. If you're a fan (like myself), these small hiccups don't amount to anything, but I'm just hoping the corp sees this comment and comes up with an improved solution to prevent drink spills.

Employees are horrible. They spend too much time talking to each other and ignoring people waiting at the counter. My son in law asked to use the restroom and they said he's not a customer, which he was and they would have known if they would stop talking and pay attention to customers. When they finally buzzed him into the restroom, he was shocked by the door.

Average taco smell but they didn't have everything that was on their menu even though it was advertised. No volcano sauce for the volcano menu and when I asked to order something I was told I had to order it through the app... Lame

They didnt give me everything in my order (fries), make sure to double check your bags before you leave the drive through or dont order mobile

Only one kiosk was working and your not allowed to order from the teller. There is only 2 kiosks and only one was working. Get with it Taco Bell 🙄

Unbelievably slow service, sticky floor, sticky tables, and they didn't even get the order right in the end. Would not come here again. Considering how unclean the restaurant was, it's hard to trust the food.

So when we got out to pickup inside, the food wasn't even ready, It doesn't end there on top of All that, they gave us the skinniest Burrito ever recorded in history, they were more like Taquitos. We were very disappointed

It’s great if you are going through the drive through but it is a pain in the butt if you go inside! Why?!? There is no menu above the cash register so you are forced to go on the Kiosk to find “the specials” on the menu. I walked in & then, walked out because this place is so USER UNFRIENDLY! Noticed that another group of people did the same thing because the frustration level was so high from not being able to see the menu & only one one person can be on the Kiosk at a time! If you can’t advertise your specials where we can all see them, we will either go through the drive through or go to another fast food restaurant, like Del Taco that has them listed above the cash register that makes it USER FRIENDLY!!!

Ordered guac and chips, first of all the guac is in this tiny little container which is like whatever. But the guac wasn't even filled HALFWAY, like cmon now. I ordered 2 and they were the same exact way. Never coming back here, I don't recommend. NOT to mention terrible service!!

Drive thru wait time is terrible, idk what the other reviews are talking about. Wait time was around 30 minutes, and there wasn't even a long line.
