Giving this place five stars for the awesome job they did tonight. I called ahead to let them know I would be ordering 70 burgers, wanted to not just show up and catch them completely off guard. Of course, they were cautious because it could be a prank call. And said yes come if you’re serious but we will have you pay before we start making the order. Completely understandable. When I showed up ten minutes later, they were on it! The entire team stepped up to the plate and worked together to get my order out ASAP. So for you guys working 6/3/19 at midnight, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The young woman who took my order, continued her duties in drive thru. When my order was ready she prepared and presented me with an excellent product. Famous Star w/cheese. She took care of a walk in with a request. With a brilliant smile a and grace I have rarely seen. The point is ; she did not have to deal with a walk in. But she did. I had an absolutely fabulous experience. Excellent person.

My bfast was hot and fresh, employees were very friendly and there wasn't too long of wait through the drive thru. Overall, this is one of the better Carl's Jr I've been to.

Honestly I don’t normally review fast food chains because it’s normally the same experience every time. However, every single time I have come here the gentleman with blond hair and the cool earrings is always great. He is kind, respectful, quick and more so actually gives interest in the person ordering. He’s fun about it which you don’t find at a fast food joint ever. This guy needs to be placed higher up in the company. If people could train under him they would be amazing employees. Hope you guys actually see this.

When I come to Carl’s Jr I’m never disappointed I can get a super star or one of the jalapeños or guacamole burger with a cheesecake and I’m a happy camper.

Let me start by saying that those negative reviews left recently are absolutely false. I have been coming to this location for just over 6 months now and I have never encountered any rude staff. In fact, the employees here including management, display a wonderful vibe, a vibe you rarely see anymore these days no matter where you go! My orders have been 100% accurate and on point every time. I told my girlfriend that we are purposely going to a different CJ just so I can prove that this location is the best! She hates it when I’m right! 😇 Come and see for yourself!

I just recently went to this Carl’s Jr since 20+ years. Had a great experience. The chick working there was super nice, friendly and helpful. Took my order right and helped with using my rewards app as I was having issues with ordering on the app itself. Everything was great, the ONLY thing that was so and so was the Oreo shake I got. I think Jack in the Box has better Oreo shakes than Carls Just my 2 cents. ✌️

Drove by monday and tried the Triple western burger, Man was it good! Not to mention I was greeted with excellent customer service by a young man working in the front! Wasn’t in the drive through for longer than 10 min like other fast food places. Props to him over all this restaurant has improved a lot!. I will definitely be back.

Carl's Jr. is one of the few fast food restaurants that has a good veggie burger. I eat at this location once or twice a month. They are usually very friendly, and the food is normally fresh. Sometimes the fries are a little cold, and getting more than one sauce for free, even for large fries, can be challenging.

I like their vegan (beyond meat) burger, its great! It leaves you feeling satisfied and happy because its healthier than a regular burger. It doesn't loose that Carl's Jr. hamburger taste/flavor. A great choice when time is short.

Carl's Jr. Is great for always having consistently good food but service varies from shift to shift. The location seems tidy and yet the bathrooms never seem to be clean. This area has a mixed clientele with business professionals and homeless.

My first inclination was this place to SLOW! I ordered 3 chicken strips in the drive thru... Waited almost 9 min. When I received my food the worker said I'm sorry for the delay and have a nice day! My chicken strips are fresh & HOT.... That's worth the wait! Well done!

I give Carl's Jr., 4 Stars for their yummy food. They have great juicy burgers and a good menu with a variety of choices. Staff is friendly. The only negative are the bathrooms. They could be much cleaner.

I like the new Drive Thru Robot. She is pretty accurate at taking orders, including all the special requests I have like unsweetened tea, diet coke with no ice, lettuce wrap Santa Fe Chicken sandwich, and exchange onion rings for fries. The one time she had trouble, a live person chimed in and helped understand my order. The staff inside are fast, friendly, and fill the orders very quickly. It's a regular stop for me when I want a superior chicken sandwich. Their cheesecake is the best, too.

I have been going to this Carl's Jr. For years and the food is always good but sometimes they forget to give you your fries like they did the last time I ordered a combo. More over they have integrated a computerized ordering machine so you have to ask for a person if you want to ask questions about the items on the menu and you might as well ask for a person right off as it's frustrating anyway. A fast food place is supposed to be quick and easy, not frustration inducing.

Drive thru ordering has always been a hassle at this location. Missing items, extended wait times and confusion all around. I've always tried not making a big deal and to date I never have but it is a shame that the staff isn't on point like other drive thru burger shops. 10/10 burgers, though.

I ordered the guacamole burger based on the TV ads but was disappointed. It was tiny and didn't look like the ones on TV. The taste was ok but there was very little guacamole on it. It was almost like a thin layer of spread was all I got. They also have locks on their restrooms but they didn't have enough tokens to give out to access the restrooms. I was very surprised at the smell of urine at the entrance of the restaurant. As I walked in the tables were Laden with a film of what looked like grease and dirty soapy water. This same film seem to be on the floor as well. I walked to the counter and even though nobody was at the counter, it took about 5 minutes for anybody to even look at me. They were busy doing what I took to be online orders. I get it. The whole vibe put me off. I guess if you're going to eat here, part of the food online and either pick it up or have it delivered. One of the worst Carl’s Jr. ever!!!!! Avoid coming here. The lady who took our order was so rude, she was also talking down to all of her co workers right in front of us which was really uncomfortable. The food isn’t all that great but we wanted some quick food. NOT coming here again.. ever.

Horrible service, horrible food! There was NO ONE in the restaurant since they have the dining room closed (understandably) and there was only one person waiting on the side for their food. We had to park and wait for the chicken strips. Ok, no biggie, we get it. We get home to cold soggy food cause they made everything else and put the entire bag under the heat lamp. The bag was very hot to the touch. I had to throw the bottom of the bun in the trash it was almost non existant by this point. Most of the crispy chicken strips were all crisp and NO chicken. Huh??? And we waited for that??? What a joke! I don't care if they are short staffed, you had 2 customers! If they were busier, I would understand. By the way, you cannot ever drive by this place without seeing a line at the drive thru any day or time. So with no one in line waiting AT LUNCH HOUR RUSH (12:30'ish pm) that now speaks volumes with the bad quality of food. I used to rave about how consistent they were compared to other fast food joints and they have a massive menu, my mind has been changed. And this was before and even after the pandemic hit. We won't be back!

The area it's in is honestly pretty sketchy. The parking lot is cramped and needs some work. The store was surprisingly clean, but they had homeless people just passed out in a few of the spots inside. My food sucked and half of the order was incorrect. I explained I did not want extra fries so at the end I ended up giving up on getting my money back. Worst customer service. They always mess up your order so make sure you check your bag before leaving this place.

I go to this establishment a lot. However, my experience this morning means I will not go back. It’s kind of a small thing but honesty and integrity is very important to me. I went through the drive-through this morning and ordered a monster biscuit combo small with a small coffee. The AI accurately took my order and gave me a total of $10.44. When I got to the window, the worker said “monster biscuit medium?” No, I ordered a monster biscuit combo small I stated and handed her my debit card. She came back a few moments later and handed me my debit card without a receipt. Then I received my bag and there was no receipt in the bag either. I was on my way to work and running a little behind so I drove off. I checked my bank account when I got to work and saw that she had charged me for a monster biscuit medium at $11.40. Like I said, it’s a small thing. But it’s the kind of thing that indicates to me this is not a business I will continue to use. I have noticed a trend like this in a lot of different fast food restaurants so it seems my options for a fast meal on the way to work are getting smaller by the day. Sad times.

Yesterday on 11/29/2025 around 11:20 pm I was hoping that Carl's Jr was open. It made me think that it was open because I saw like 4 young men going inside and I was like cool they are open. I clearly saw them go inside and when I went towards the door it was locked. I told my self that was not fair at all. Also I saw a mother and her daughter eating inside it look like the little girl was standing on the bench thing. I thought the dine closes at 10pm but they were inside at 11:20 that's why I said that was not fair. The sign does say it close at 10.When I went towards the door I saw a short Hispanic worker I don't know if she was a lead or what that was the only worker I saw in the front at the time.

Here’s an idea for the $20/hr crew members…if you’re making an order of chicken tenders, keep the temperature same for all of them. A mom could have touched the first two thinking they’re safe, then given it to their child or dog… Only a manager and one food prep girl at 430 pm on 9/13/2024. My 3 piece chicken tenders was embarrassing. There were two tiny pieces, and a larger piece. I ate the two small ones first. They were cold. The bigger one I saved, was the only fresh fried one. So biting into it im expecting it to be cold like the first two. WRONG. BURNED my mouth on that bite. They were so expensive though, I couldn’t spit it out. The manager lady was not helpful when I asked for my receipt. Really UNCOOL, literally scalding. I guess my calloused hands are to blame, didn’t feel hot to the touch. I always regret not bringing my sack lunch from home.

You should never dig through the burger to find the guacamole. The cashier was so out off with her facial expressions and angst. Again, I understand Spanish when you speak with your coworkers. We asked them to remake it after a very long , long conversation. My Dad loves this place . The GM was nice yet she needs to put her employee in check.
