Attentive and Friendly Staffs. Fast service. Free parking but pretty tough sometimes. Indoor and outdoor seating. Convenient Form of payment, they accept all kinds of card. Just need to improve their fries but overall I definitely recommend you give them a try.

Just your normal five guys, great service but I'll have to deduct stars since they are very stingy with the serving size of their fries unlike every other five guys I've been to in SoCal. Bathroom requires a keycode and one of the soda machines kept pulling out water.

Sometimes I just need tasty calories and fat! restrooms need better cleaning, and fries are inconsistent. There are on and off days depending on the staff thats on the grill. Nevertheless, the location is very easy to get to and I get what I came for.

Hi there , I tried calling your location multiple times, and each time it took nearly an hour for someone to answer the phone. When someone finally did answer, I was met with rudeness and no real help at all. Please understand, I am not asking for anything for free—I am paying with my own hard-earned money. The least that can be done is to listen, show some respect, and try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, none of that happened. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially in 2026. It feels like the staff is not willing to do their job, and as a result, my food and overall experience were completely messed up. So expensive! I can’t remember the last time I had to backtrack on what I ordered and deduct items from the order but when I was told $24 for a burger, fries, and shake I was like nope not today!

Had me wait about 30 minutes to find out they already had my order made and was sitting. The guy tried to gaslight me and said that they were calling me, but I had been inside the whole time waiting. Then he said the fries were fresh but you can guess how that turned out

Service was not any better than Jack in the Box. I was hopeful the food was going to be like other Five Guy Experiences. Disappointing my burger was drenched in mayo made for a soggy burger. My son’s fries super burnt. My wife’s order not tasty at all with missing bacon. They need new cooks and better management. Try a different location this one is not clean, low quality burgers and customer service is not existent. Go to In and Out better taste and better service.

Honest Critiques

Unsanitary! Dirty tables, dirty bathroom, and my order was still wrong. Two workers went from the register to handling food. One was pressing down buns and adding condiments with the same gloves he was wearing as he worked the register! The other woman got bacon pieces with the same gloves she wore working the register. I had to ask her to change her gloves and start my milkshake over. I had to ask for my table to be wiped. When I requested well done for my burger, I was told that all of their food is made well done. I ordered a vanilla shake with bacon, and was told, the order is a bacon milkshake. Person taking my order kept getting it wrong and the bill kept rising. A person apologized who may have been a manager, but all of the conditions of the place were in her presence. I love tomatoes. I ordered tomatoes, but there were no tomatoes on my burger or receipt. The burger was very good minus the ton of pickles. The food was way overpriced! They did not care about points of contact at all! I was excited about my Five Guys dinner, but wished I would have passed this location by. YUCK!!!

Over priced, soggy burger served with a hot coke?! Yeah no thanks. It's never a good idea to wrap a burger in aluminum foil like a burrito 🤦‍♂️. You need to reconsider that method and please stop serving hot drinks to customers, at least give us some ice in a cup. Nothing worse than a "soggy burger with a hot drink"too wash it all down. Prices are ridiculous for what you are eating. I'd had a $30 dollar burger that tastes like the $30 it asks for. ✌quantity✌ over quality ... 🍔 🆘️
