I went with a simple craving for a Baja Blast Freeze for their afternoon Happy Hour. The happy hour is for fountain drink and freezes. Unfortunately, the freeze machine was down. This seems to be a trend for Taco Bell’s in the San Diego area. I settle for a regular Baja Blast which costed $2.14.

This location sucks! They are always understaffed. When you order, be prepared to wait a long time. Some of the employees here are also rude and have bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend anybody coming to this location.

Placed an order on the app (2 soft tacos, a quesadilla, and a bean burrito) for ASAP pickup. Came to the restaurant 30 minutes later and the order hadn't even been started yet. Cancelled it and went to another Mexican drive through down the street.

Young females working the drive thru. Wish I could put zero stars. First of all they said they were out of fries?! Then when we received the order (just two crunchy tacos) the wrappers were not wrapped correctly. I do NOT recommend this at all. Also, no receipt. Wish I had the names so the manager could see this. I went in with a friend today a young Hispanic male had such a rude attitude on him very disrespectful it was around noon time when we entered the fast food chain if he doesn't like his job then find another? He was very rude thank God I became a vegan I use to eat at that location before I was a vegan glad I became one but I'm putting this review for future reference when you have bad customer service people will not come back that's how you loss business.

The staff here is always late making orders for 3rd party deliveries. They are always rude. 30 minutes late is unacceptable for an order. They will laugh in your face if you get upset trying to make your deliveries on time. Don't deliver orders from here, you will regret it.

Recently went here, after a long day. I got home and realized i was missing an item. (For my daughter) i figured i would call and let them know so i can just get it replaced in the morning. At first they didnt answer - when they finally did they put me on a 30 min hold. I heard them laughing about it in the background like “oh jamie now were gunna get a bad review hahaha” Ive worked at taco bell before it absolutely unnecessary to act this way to people that spend their money on food from you. And it really isn’t funny. I left feedback via the mobile app never heard anything back. Hopefully this can get resolved

We try this Taco Bell about once a year thinking maybe this time it will be better. In the past 4 years we have been here 6 times, every single time we have had either food missing, wrong items, or charged incorrectly. But every time the food has been disgusting. Last time giving this Taco Bell any money. This time there were 3 missing items and the crunch wrap I received was missing the crunch, check the photo. Obviously we understand it is fast food and the bar is low… not sure how it can be this bad now with how much Taco Bell is charging. This was the first time we ordered delivery from the app thinking maybe it would be more accurate because it would be checked by crew and then the delivery driver, so either the driver ate the 3 items we were missing or just a lot of people who are doing the bare minimum. We can’t even be refunded for our missing items.

I ordered a bean burrito (fresco style) in the drive through and there was a piece of thick black plastic in the first bite. It was the size of my pinky nail. Finding plastic in your food is disgusting. 🤢 I ate it and felt it scrape my mouth and spit it out. I will not be eating at this Taco Bell or any Taco Bell after this experience. I will say the woman working at the register was kind which is why I gave four stars for service.

The service was very slow, and the manager on duty seemed very put out. There were 3 customers in front of us and 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru, maybe that's busy for this location? We ordered our food then went to sit. The dining room had one occupied table, the rest were filthy. I went to the counter and tried several times to get someone's attention to ask for a rag; I was more than happy to wipe down a table for us myself. Finally, the manager responded and, when I asked for a rag and told her there were no clean tables, she informed me they were very busy but would get to it. She immediately asked an employee to "go clean *some* tables". There was a group of guys loitering in front of the drink machine and we were unable to get past them to get our drinks, even after saying excuse me. The employees ignored this. They were out of tea in the dining room, and when I asked if they had some behind the counter, the employee rolled his eyes and said they were completely out (ever heard of an "out of order sign???). And when the manager was handing out food, she just kind threw the bag on the counter. Just was a bad experience!!!
