Its pretty cute here and the stuffs yummyt
Amazing place, super delicious mocha and excellent staff
I love coffee, and Starbucks! The blonde roast hot coffee never lets me down. Staff at this particular location are always friendly and professional.
Barista was beyond helpful with my complicated order and even made sure I used my ⭐ points, which I always forget and no other barista has ever mentioned.
The place was packed and still did well with everything. Clean waiting area, bathroom, w quick service.
My body is still on eastern time zone. Thank you thank you thank you I could get a cup of coffee and a bagel at 5am local time. You 2 girls working this morning, Thank you!
Lovely music now tables and restrooms available coffee always good service with a smile and very efficient
The coffee were consistent and the baristas were friendly.
Areli and Jocelyn Made my day special. The drink was awesome and if I do say so life changing. I am not their family or friends and I voted for Trump so you know I must’ve really loved them. They are seriously some of the best Starbucks baristas ever ❤️
Yesterday, I went to the Starbucks in Laurel Village. Every time i have been there, a wonderful team player who is always checking on the drinks and making sure all the customers have the correct drinks. Excellent customer service, always so kind to help many. Thank you to your staff who are so kind and go out of their way to us help us! Could you share her name?
I really enjoy this Starbucks location for the customer service and demographics. The indoor seating is very open and spaced for safety. The bathroom is always maintained and the condiments are always stocked. I have consistently enjoyed this location for more than 5 years. I recommend a visit.
Why this Starbucks? Try an employee creation called "The Mint Chocolate Cold Brew" only available at this location. It's also open 24 hours and the place is very clean during the day and at nighttime.CHEERS!!! I give this place 5 out of 5 stars for their overall rating. As usual the Starbucks music picks are playing. There is a continuos flow of customers, but yet a quiet and pleasant place to be especially for "all nighters".
Friendly and efficient baristas, but no seats inside. I'm waiting to meet someone, sipping my delicious hot cocoa, and it's freezing and windy outside, so I'm just standing here, watching people get blown away by the cold wind outside. Feels strange having a cafe with no seating.
I usually love Starbucks but for some reason this morning they had a issue with adding the amount of caramel drizzle I asked for on the bottom of the cup? Recommended the dark sauce that I dislike alot... But wen I got it it was about a 7 out of 10.
Used to like their cream cheese danishes, then they became flat and stale. I preder costco danishes .. round, lite, airy, fluffy, w thick cream chese and sugar drizzle
the drinks are good when this guy dont make it, i like all the staff there nice BUT this guy, and also this guy is so rude and they forgot my order and he always be mean
Don't expect much at this location. No seats, no tables, but tons of coffee grounds in your cup. 🤣🤷♂️🙈🤦♂️
Worst customer experience ever. Asked the washroom code for my friend while me waiting in line getting the drink and still they wouldn’t give the code until it’s our turn and pay that 5 dollar. Not showing any care and understanding of their customer need, also don’t take any feedback insist it is company policy - which is not how other Starbucks treat their customers at all. So disappointed for this location.
Ordered two drinks mobile order and asked for a pup cup at the register when I came in. They said I have to order something and I said I ordered pickup. They said I have to ask for it 3 feet away at pickup not at the register (no customers were there, 5 employees working) After picking up the drink, no one wanted to make eye contact with us or seem to want to help. After a moment the manager asked if we needed something and we got our pup cup. After walking out I realized that my cold foam I paid extra for was non existent- almost all of it was in the second drink I ordered for my friend and they gave me the froth at the bottom that was tasteless and unpleasant. He ended up going back and getting it fixed but we were irritated and now late for work and couldn't even give our pup her first pup cup.
Stopped by this location on a warm afternoon today, hoping to grab something and get some water or a pup cup for my dog. Unfortunately, we were turned away—apparently, they no longer offer free water or pup cups for dogs. The two baristas working couldn’t give a consistent answer about when this policy changed, which added to the confusion. While this spot is convenient for me, I think I’ll look elsewhere—someplace a bit more welcoming.
Go to any other Starbucks. They do not know how to make coffee. This location should be closed and all of the staff laid off and the owner of the franchise shouldn’t be allowed to own a Starbucks.
Absolutely terrible experience at this Starbucks. Super rude staff and management.
Is it too much to ask for decent customer service. Perhaps on another day, without this particular crew. Is asking for a straw a bother? SO, he doesn't acknowledge my question or look at me while getting the straw and giggling with his coworkers. Then, I come back to my office, and after biting into my sandwich, I pull a long black hair out of it!!!!!! How gross. Had to immediately toss it. Starbucks costs way too much to waste money. I'm so tired of SF on many levels. Yuck.
Visted this location on Christmas evening and ordered 2 Caramel Brulee lattes. On sipping we realised that it didnt have any whipped cream. When we mentioned that to an "Alison " - she told us very rudely that we must have already drunk it and then went on to slam around the table saying here take more whip etc. When we politely commented on her rudeness she started yelling and told us to "Get Out "of the store. I am really shocked that a Starbucks employee can treat their customer with such complete disrespect and humiliate them without provocation.
So glad we have become a society where if you are about to piss youself on your neighborhood walk, you'll be told you need to make a purchase to use the bathroom.
I was trying to order and when I called the person hung up on me three times and after the third time he transferred me over to someone else and when I told her about him she was like "probably because you sound like your five
I've been a Starbucks customer for years and was very upset because I urgently needed to use the restroom. Being a woman, the attendant told me I would need to buy something to use it... I thought it was absurd that this establishment didn't allow women to use the restroom... after all, I would have to wait in line to buy something and use the restroom, even though it was an urgent matter. This left me very disappointed.
This is legit the worst Starbucks in the city. Every drink is sub par and tastes off. Go up the street to the next Starbucks because the Lauren Village quality is consistently off
So as you’ll notice, I posted on the Fillmore store just about five minutes ago and what happened I pull into the Starbucks, which is located next to Polly stones and they do not have the ability to make coffee. They are only serving Americano so their coffee machine is down.. i’m not sure what to say when someone still tries to serve somebody an Americano when that is basically water down coffee. This is happened in several Starbucks in my morning trips. I’ve had this happen over on fourth and Irving several times. I’m not sure why Starbucks can’t have a backup machine. It is a major coffee supplier in the United States.
Just not at all friendly. The staff kept getting my order wrong. Like they need to wake up or something. I felt like they just wanted me to go away and stay away. I went a couple times and same experience each time. Only once was the barista actually kind and welcoming towards me being in the cafe.
The Downfall of Starbucks’ New Restroom Policy: “Buy First” Leaves Customers Humiliated and Disgusted Last night, my loyalty to Starbucks was shattered by one of the most dehumanizing customer service experiences I’ve ever endured. As a daily visitor to this location, I never imagined I’d be treated like a criminal simply for needing to use the restroom. The company’s new policy—forcing customers to purchase something before accessing the bathroom—is not only tone-deaf but downright cruel, especially for those with health issues. Here’s the nightmare: I rushed in, desperate to use the restroom before ordering my usual seasonal drink (a treat I’ve purchased countless times). The barista, Kayel, coldly refused to provide the code unless I bought something first. I explained my urgent health situation, pleading to use the restroom first as I’ve done before. Instead of empathy, Kayel responded with aggressive stubbornness, essentially holding the bathroom hostage until I handed over money. Forced to comply, I hastily ordered a Hot Lavender Oatmilk Latte. But Kayel’s incompetence only escalated. Not only did he prioritize enforcing this predatory policy over basic human decency, he couldn’t even ring up the order correctly. Instead of inputting “Hot Lavender Oatmilk Latte,” he lazily typed “latte oakmilk” showcasing either sheer carelessness or a complete lack of training. The humiliation didn’t end there. When my Apple Pay timed out due to the rushed transaction, Kayel—who was clearly more interested in lounging by the pastry case than doing his job—sighed and rolled his eyes. He refused to reset the payment prompt promptly, even as I stood there embarrassed and frustrated. His body language screamed contempt: slumped shoulders, disinterested monotone, zero urgency. It was clear he viewed customers as inconveniences, not human beings. When I finally asked for a manager, Adrian stepped in and handled the situation with grace, proving that competence and kindness do exist at Starbucks—just not in Kayel. Starbucks’ policy, paired with Kayel’s hostility and ineptitude, turned a routine stop into a degrading ordeal. Shame on Starbucks for prioritizing profits over basic human decency, for employing staff like Kayel who lack empathy, training, or work ethic, and for creating a policy that turns simple acts of kindness into transactional nightmares. This isn’t just a flawed policy—it’s a corporate failure.
I placed an online order and i ended up accidentally ordering it from a different location but that's not why I'm on here right now or why I gave this place a bad rating. I needed to use the bathroom and went in to ask if I could use it and asked for the code there were like maybe 8 people there and no line so I asked an employee and they looked me up and down and said I have to buy something to use it. Now having to use the restroom I didn't want to have to explain that I was there because I ordered something online and stopped at the wrong Starbucks so I asked another employee and he said I have to buy something then does that thing we're people give you a long explanation like you're a five year old and I tell him I don't need an explanation I need to take a piss. Now I am new to San Francisco but I've had no problem using the restroom at any Starbucks here. Now in the past I worked and delivered for Southwest traders in Fresno and Stockton which is a company that delivers to Starbucks for a spell and I have literally been to over 268 Starbucks and never have had a situation where using the bathroom be such a big deal even when I'd show up dirty from delivering to Starbucks all day at locations that didn't know who I was. Mind you it wasn't like they were busy and the bathrooms had a line they have three bathrooms and none were in use. I thought San Francisco was supposed to be a place filled with caring , understanding , empathetic, people. It literally wouldn't have cost any of these people anything for me to use the restroom I had to go outside and risk getting ticketed to piss. If they treated me like that I wonder how they treat homeless people
I am a long-time customer of this store and I always place my orders through the app to receive benefits. When I asked for the restroom code, I was informed that I could only use the facility if I made a purchase. I felt as though I was treated like a homeless person, despite being dressed appropriately for my job. I am a customer who visits this store almost daily, not because of the quality of the coffee, but for the experience. I did not insist on using the restroom, but I am determined to publicly express my dissatisfaction with the training of the staff at this location regarding customer service.
