My daughter does not like melted cheese. When they saw i asked for no cheese they called to make sure, because lets be honest who doesnt like cheese on pizza...They even gave me a cup of cheese to add to the pizza cold. Took the extra step and I appreciate it.

Got a large stuffed crust pizza from here and did a curbside pickup. It went smoothly. The pizza was great. It would be nice if they brought out a few paper napkins with the pizza as well.

The pizza and wings were really really hot straight out the oven. I placed my oder on the Pizza Hut App my order was ready to go in 15min. 2 large pizzas and 12 wings mmm-mmmmm 😋. Thank you

Pizza Hut located on Alma, 226, x-st Almaden, is one of the most professional group of people that I have ever had the pleasure of assessing. They all are tremendously hard working young people. All respectful, diligent, customer concerned, and never do you hear one complaint from them. This is highly unusual considering the fast pace, high turnover, and strong loyal customer business. This location is perhaps one of the most well oiled machines I have seen. I can only attribute their success to the very strong motherly management from Maria V. and her Sub-managers Brenda, Maria, Briselda, and Nite-manager Tony something from before who doesn't work there anymore, and of course The Janitor and Dishwasher, and mop person, and Garbage person, and Sweep person, myself, who will remain unnamed. This is not anyone any of you guessed. He was my father. You've been killing my planet he gave me " tie a yellow ribbon round the old oak tree..."

Always hot a fresh! On time and never had any issues with food or service. Parking in this parking lot is usually difficult but usually there is a few open. They have designated signs so that helps.

Very quick, food is tasty and actually honors extra topping orders. Just wish they delivered. My house is just outside their delivery radius and theyre not that far from the house

I ordered take out, pizza was on time, made how I wanted (a split pizza!), stuffed crust is the best, the call in system is a bit annoying but that's not their fault. I ate a large by myself in a seating 🙈

What to say about this - consider this just about the American stores. Lately I became fan of their sweet dishes. Not sure about the actual stores As I dined in and ordered from many of them. So just choosing the two where I have been for most of the times. Wish some of these pizza companies will make a 24x7 shift for the late eaters like us.

Service here is always very friendly and inviting. Pizza is fresh and fast. The area is a bit difficult to get in and out, but that's not the restaurants fault.

The last time I had Pizza Hut was probably almost 10 years. The pizza was good. But honestly the wings (bone-in & boneless) were the best part of the whole meal. Even when they were covered in sauce the wings never got soggy.

I have been ordering pizzas for delivery for nearly 3 yrs. From this pizza hut. I can honestly say that the customer service is great, the food is always hot and delivered with in time they say they will do it. Not bad! A plus is that that the delivery drivers, always nice guys.

Pizza Hut has a three topping choice special large for ten dollars. For gout and edema prone people, vegan toppings can be chosen. I ordered for a friend allergic to purine crystals predominant in meat. You can walk in and mention verbally "ten dollar special". Service was fast. Toppings were somewhat fresh and thin pizza had no extra charge.

Closest, most central location in valley for Pizza Hut. Output from restaurant is decent, although the location and surroundings is a little rough. Team members are pretty friendly and work to get your order right.

Good and fast service. Very good pizza. My only complain is why the prices are not in the menu or at least on the wall. The price revieled only at the time of the actual order.

When I arrived at the restaurant, it took awhile for me to wait at the curbside. So, right when I walked in to the restaurant, you staff carried my pizza out. I think they are busy on Sunday night orders. So, extra staff may help them speeding up delivering the order to the curbside. Thanks!

Absolutely terrible customer service. My bank called me saying my card was charged twice for an order, when on my screen the site had said there was an issue with paument. I had never gotten a confirmation for The order but was charged already. After calling and being hung up on I called back. The phone was answered "uhh I'm sorry man I just got in." I was put on hold incorrectly to where the supervisor hung up when she was trying to pick up. Never got to speak with the manager after calling back and the delivery boy says "well we don't have any record of the order so you gotta bring proof." My bank will refund the money and get it back from Pizza Hut however a manager couldn't handle a simple situation or even come to the phone.

what a terrible experience I just had with you guys. I place an online order a 4:16 pm and estimated delivery time was generated to 6:21pm (2 large pepperoni) I thought it was too long, so I called the store at 5:00 to check the exact time and they told me that I had to wait until my order was ready because I was not the only customer they had to deal with. I called back at 7:15 an was placed on hold until 7:30, just to be told that my order was cancelled since the time I place the on-line order, because they called me and I didn't answer on time. They put you on hold for like 20 mins, but if you don't answer the phone they cancel your order and they keep your money for 5 business days because they are not responsible for voiding the charges on your credit cards, so I was basically told that the'll submit a request to refund and have to wait 48hrs after is granted. I would give 0 stars if it were possible, im just a guy whose hungry for a pizza last night and i ordered a med pizza with cheese sticks then it say my total is 40.40$ wow 40.40$ for a med pizza dominos will give you a large with a salad drink and desert for the same price i mean just wow i feel ive been robbed. Sad thing is the order was late the cheese sticks were cold and disappointing and my pizza was so cold it felt like it was in a fridge the entire time. And flavor wise sooo underwhelming, next time im going to dominos because they cheaper and the food is hot even with delivery and most importantly i can taste the pizza when eating the pizza.

Ordered pizza from this place and the customer service was horrendous. The delivery boy and the manager has no customer service at all. The manager went ahead and cancelled my order without notifying me just because we didnt get to come down the front door and get the pizza fast enough and said we werent the only delivery he had to go to. I told him too much pizza for me, & too expensive. So, I told him what about a medium size pizza, how much will that be$? He said I'll give you a large pizza for a medium price $25.79 with a 2 liter Soda I said, okay, I'll take it, the pizza was a little more because, wanting two different toppings. When I got my pizza it was a medium, the time I waited for it too, long time. I just took my pizza and 2 liter. Pedro didn't give me my large pizza! So, I left! Pizza wasn't all that either! I only really went to Pizza Hut, because it was close to home! I won't be returning back! Unsatisfied Customer!

I also tip the driver 20% and watch as they drive all over the place taking over 40 mins to deliver the pizza, I live 5 mins away. Stay away form this Pizza Hut unless they start using their own drivers again.

Without my permission I contacted corporate since I am not getting any service just a pick up is not necessary to leave a 18% tip especially when the employee decided to tip without my consent be careful when you go there this people steal your money in your face and the store or the corporate won’t do anything

Horrible place. I made an order and they forgot stuff. So I had to go back. All the manager would offer me was soda or $5 of my next order. I'm diabetic which I explained so soda is no use to me. He had a very bad attitude so I didn't want to go back ever so I had him just refund my whole order. And it took days to go back into my account. Very shady manager. Do not recommend.

It had no fluff, and the stuffed crust was not good. Also, when I walked in to pick up, there were three people at the front. Not one turned and said hi, or we will be right with you. Nothing. I just stood there staring at them and a girl came over and was not welcoming at all. Not even a fake smile. Like I was interrupting them by picking up my food order. This was my first time there since living to the area, but will go the extra distance for a better experience next time.

I had called twice but each time they said a delivery was already on the way. Please do not order at this place until they fix their horrendous customer service. Not only did the pizza was cold because they didn't even bother to put it inside a heat pad. The pizza came cold and the pizza did not taste like it's fresh baked.

The worker at the register (looked like an assistant manager) offered to put the pizzas in smaller boxes so that I could order. I agreed and placed an order. One customer came in and she threw shade by saying 'war for love'. I thought it was weird but I ignored it just waiting for my pizza. When it was my turn I went up and she had my pizzas in a large box and told me that I had to place them in the smaller boxes when she was the one who suggested that solution. After arguing with me for a bit she went and finally put the pizzas in the suggested boxes. The sudden change in customer service was terrible and the part where she lied and said she told me I had to place them in the boxes myself was aggravating. Not coming back here. Everything was good until this happened. I wouldnt have ordered here if I had to stand there arguing over what she originally suggested. At the end of the day though, I dont have to go back to that place and deal with such poor bs.

I had called twice but each time they said a delivery was already on the way. Please do not order at this place until they fix their horrendous customer service. Not only did the pizza was cold because they didn't even bother to put it inside a heat pad. The pizza came cold and the pizza did not taste like it's fresh baked.
