I prefer vegetarian food and rarely eat meat. I tried the Tacos Arabe because I heard they’re a Puebla specialty. These tacos were delicious! The place was very clean and the food was delivered quickly. The chocolate cake was also very delicious. This is a must try in Puebla.

The best service we’ve had after two weeks in Puebla. Food came out fresh and hot within minutes after ordering. The meat was sliced thin and very flavorful which pairs well with both sauces they provide. I highly recommend trying the jocoque seco to spread on your tacos árabes. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, it was kept immaculately clean.

Best place for tacos árabes in Puebla, the company have many franchises around the city but this one located in 14 sur is the best, fresh meat every day and speciality salsa options. The place is a MUST if you visit Puebla.

My go-to Starbucks before work. Even though I'm techinically closer to the Starbucks down Saratoga Ave (near kfc), this location is faster, more organized, and a lot more spacious. I'm only taking off a star because sometimes they play music way too loud in the early mornings.

Not a large store, limited seatings, but some tables have cell phone chargers. Good service. My venti latte tasted a bit lighter than usual though.

The use of the app and notifications from this location is top notch. Drink is always made right and baristas are always welcoming and friendly

I enjoy the service & how prompt they are with making drinks. I come here pretty often, not everyday but at least once or twice a week. I noticed they let people cut the line, that made me furious 😠 😡; of course 1 employee caught how hot I got after waiting in line to be cut & for the employees to be okay w/ that. I get it, you have your daily regulars but don't ruin it for the rest of us by letting ppl cut just because you know what your regulars want already. (Was not a pickup order either). Overall, am still happy with the service & usually everything goes well w/ my drinks & food orders unless it's a new employees but that is to be expected. I remember my 1st day at a new job. Keep up the good work! Appreciate your service for coffee!

Food's great. Service is usually great . This time food was ordered and after 70 minutes I called to find out when the order would arrive! I was told it would arrive in 25 minutes. 40 minutes have gone by and still no delivery. I'll call again and see if I should go out and some food some other place!

Good customer service but the store is not very clean. There were flies in the sandwich display. The floor was filthy and the trash cans were overflowing with garbage.

ok let me start by saying my friends and i come here all the time for starbucks, and so the food they sell is absolutely NOT the problem. however, it seems as if they have hired anyone and everyone who has showed up at their door asking for a job. my peers and i wanted to do a project about starbucks and find a little bit more about the company through their manager. when i called the store and asked for the manager, the lady/man/thing at the end of the line kept saying it didn't know where the manager was. i then asked if it knew when the manager worked or what hours they would be in the store, to which it replied "i dont know, im not her." thanks a lot bertha. that answered absolutely nothing and somehow managed to be less helpful than silence. i kept calling for a while and was met with the same level of enthusiasm and usefulness you’d expect from a marshmallow. the employees here must have been what was leftover from stanford, berkley, ucsb, west valley, and de anza, because they were one of the least intellectually inclined group of people i have had the "pleasure" of meeting. the communication at this location makes you wonder if the training manual was replaced with a sticky note that says “just wing it.”

I didn't like this particular location. The meat was dry andthe tacos didn't taste lije the original. Plus it's getting expensive for just tacos. They charge like a highend restaurant. Oh by the way ; not enough meat in every taco

Ordered a iced Carmel machiatto when I got the drink it tasted like burnt espresso and nothing else. Went back to tell the barista it had no flavor what so ever and she immediately tried to say I wanted a Frappuccino, no machiatto I know what the drink is I know how it's supposed to taste. She remade the drink after telling her co worker (who's on the other side of the room) "she doesn't like the" with attitude and a eye roll. She remade the drink still tasted like burnt espresso and it had ground in it. I was irritated and just drove to a different starbucks. Had no problem with the other location and they made the drink correctly the first time. Won't be going back to this location.

It is the Starbucks that every day, I went with my pumpkin to do the tiktok trend, and the manager said that the coffee would not put it in the pumpkin because it is not a cup, then she said I will only do it this time with a bad attitude, her barista was crying and making coffees should pay attention, maybe it will come at a bad time but this should not happen.

I went to get my drinks here at this location. Ask for the bathroom code while I was waiting for my order. Put it in and it didn’t work then the employee say …. Oh I actually don’t know the code to that bathroom Really!!! Wait for my order and looking for the food item and the man says oh we actually don’t have it. The WORST Starbucks ever!!!!! Service is defiantly not their thing here! Sad because everyone needs to work in this economy but it seems like this rude behavior has become acceptable.

Ordered a medium iced mocha with soy and it has a really awful aftertaste. I dunno how they made it, but it gave the impression that the person who made it didn't wash their hands after cleaning the bathroom 🤢

My mouth started watering when I passed this place, and so I stopped by and had dinner. Unfortunately, the food smells much better than it tastes. I would not go here again.
