We loved our brunch. The carnitas eggs Benedict were amazing. We really liked the flautas as well. The weather was perfect for a nice meal on the patio.

Place is great. Food is great. Service is great. Went on a Monday. Was kind of empty and after eating and having a few drinks I can only deduce that it was empty because it was a Monday. Will come back for more.

I really enjoyed the meal! I was told this is under new ownership and management. The service was slightly slow considering the restaurant was not packed. I got the enchiladas and the green sauce was delicious. The salsa was unique and flavorful. I would come back next time I visit!

The Birria Tacos were so delicious it gave me goosebumps!! Friendly and attentive staff, lovely food presentation, and an overall great atmosphere.

The cucumber and jalapeño margarita is so good and has a lot of kick. I love spice and this drink was fantastic. 2-5 happy hour is pretty awesome too, $6 beers.

As usual when I try a new Mexican restaurant, I chose the carnitas plate. The ample portion was very flavorful. It was cooked perfectly, allowing some crispness while remaining juicy throughout. My wife's salmon was a generous size and accompanied by a spinach and almond side that added an interesting flavor profile. A talented singer/guitarist provided mellow hits from the 60s through the 80s at a volume that allowed normal conversation at the table. Nice place!

I took the train here to SJC. Decided to stop as I was starving. The service was slow. It took about 10-15 minutes for the server to acknowledge my table. The service in general is a bit slow. It took a bit to receive my drink order. I ordered the blackberry mojito which a little on the strong side. I like a balanced cocktail. The food; I ordered salmon. Nice plating, but expensive and a bit dry. It's a "typical" Mexican restaurant...burritos, tacos, taco shell salads etc. I would have preferred something like octopus, ceviche; something more elevated. The atmosphere is great. I sat in the patio as I had our dog with me. They have live music and the breeze is calming. Not sure I would come back to pay $32 for dry salmon, but I would come back for drinks; maybe some guac and music.

We never sat down, just stood. We ordered a total of 7 drinks while there, no food, didn't even look at a menu. We were in a hurry to leave to catch a reservation at another place and my husband quickly paid the bill. Later while reconciling our bank account, I noticed that the bartender at Bianca's charged us a 20% tip for "large party" and didn't mention it to us, even when it was evident that we were paying the bill in a hurry. It was buried in the receipt. My husband tipped on the total tab. So we ended up tipping $48 on a $115 tab, before tax, because of the sneaky behavior of the bartender. My husband and I eat out a lot and used to own a restaurant ourselves. We have never encountered a "large party" tip while standing at a bar nor been subjected to such a mandatory tip without it being told or indicated on the food menu. As a result, we will not return to Bianca's because we do not trust the unethical behavior of the staff. We will choose to patronize the many other restaurants and bars in San Juan Capistrano that have not taken advantage of us.
