Placed an online order to the store and when I arrived no one answered on the speaker. After trying to get my order any way I could i noticed an employee sitting on her phone behind the store smoking weed. My girlfriend walked up to the window and knocked and was met with another worker throwing her hands up and walking out of sight who was also on her phone and ready to leave. They finally stopped ignoring us and told us the kitchen was closed for cleaning. A sign indicating that would be nice and not letting me spend my money on the app as well. Edit/ update: I went back the next day and explained the situation to the manager, everyone was super accommodating and understanding. They apologized and even gave me a free piece of pie. I appreciate the effort to make up for a mistake that wasn’t even their fault. Much better experience!

I’m not sure what’s going on at this place, but waiting at the speaker to place an order shouldn’t take 7 minutes. Total wait time was close to 15 min. If you’re in a rush, it’s better to skip this place and go to McDonald’s across the street.

Ok I didn't want to leave a bad review because most of the time the food is good. But today I ordered 5 double cheese burgers and 2 of the chicken sandwich deals off the duo deal 2 for 5 bucks. But the guy only gave me 2 sandwiches instead of 4. I tried calling but he let's the phone ring or picks it up then hangs up.also he didn't give me a recipe. This happened around 4:50 pm after I picked up my kid from school. This is unacceptable. San marcos burger king you gotta pick up the phone.

Walked in and was greeted with another customer standing at the counter waiting for anyone to appear to be working. After several minutes three staff appeared from what appeared to be the managers office. Once our food was ready the only complaint we had was the fries looked and felt underdone. The fountain machine in the lobby was out of service as well as the restrooms. It was clean in the lobby but felt abandoned. I'd personally recommend only ordering drive thru due to our dine-in experience.

Let's start from the top! Their burgers can be one of the BEST burgers you'll ever taste if they make it right the first time around. There have been MANY times I've requested NO mayo, & when I get it, what do I find? You've guessed it, mayo... I don't leave the premises without checking my burger. Fries are pretty tasty every time, but their sweet tea... The person who made it after 5pm, on 08/17/22, should get a class in Texas sweet tea! Did you even try it after making it? When I got my tea, the ice had already melted, so it wasn't that cold. Then, it tasted like WATER, with a hint of tea, & I could have swore I ordered SWEET, but it was no where near that. I had to add sugar from home. So, for all the reasons above, I only give this restaurant 3 stars.

Who ever works the night shift on Wednesday needs to be fired. I'm here at 11pm and have been waiting any employee to show up for 30 minutes. There are 3 different signs saying open 24 hours and I have seen 9 other cars of people try to go through the drive through but there is literally no one in the restaurant. I know there is someone inside because they just turned off the lights.

When I went in for my pickup mobile order, everything seemed well till she was gonna give me 4 drinks (honest mistake). she got upset with one of the other employees who told her that my drink was on the counter. She rolled her eyes. I decided to eat inside and I’m sure glad I did. Both patties were burnt on both sides on the double whopper. Though I don’t make a fuss, everytime i’ve come to this specific location there’s always something wrong. Either no salt on fries or missing items. I will commend them for following my customizations that was well done.

I visited this Burger King location around 2:30 PM today and had a disappointing experience. We asked about the new revamped Whopper that’s currently being promoted. The employee working the drive-thru, Carl, did not seem to know what we were referring to. When we tried to clarify and asked whether it was different from the regular Whopper, he stated it was the same thing as a #1 combo and told us we “shouldn’t get it.” That response felt discouraging and unprofessional. If new menu items or promotions are being advertised, employees should be informed or at least take the time to clarify politely. Instead of helping us understand the difference, we felt brushed off. We weren’t upset about the food we were simply trying to order something that is currently being promoted. Better product knowledge and customer service would have made a big difference in this experience.

I’ve been here multiple times but this morning I got accused of my money being fake by a drive thru employee who clearly doesn’t know how to properly check money , I had a 1995 edition $10 bill I got from the BANK in which she took and “checked” and handed back to me saying it was “fake and can’t be accepted” I assured her it wasn’t fake in which she caught an attitude and asked “well do you have a credit card” I didn’t have anything else on me but cash and she said she “can’t / won’t “ accept it because it can’t be properly checked … anybody who’s worked in retail or customer service knows to look for the ink printed invisible line inside the bill that you can see under LIGHT. Since my money is fake , the phone line is off , and I can’t get ahold of anybody to correct this embarrassment I won’t be back.

When I was driving to this Burger King I noticed the person in the Burger King costume smoking with with Ronald McDonald this was very strange but I was starving and I could care less at that point on my way in I saw a staff member drag a person into the back with 4 men in ski masks holding pipes and crowbars this was disturbing to say the least when I went up to the counter the only person there was this lady who seemed to be in here mid 70’s wearing a Taco Bell uniform, I just asked for fries but it took for times four times for her to here what I was saying once she heard she tried to yell out my order to the cook but as she did she collapsed, I called 911 but when one of the staff saw me do this they charged at me with a pocket knife screaming somthing in chines I ran out there and got in my car only to see a homeless man eating a moldy burger, once I pushed him out of my car I started the engine and drove off distraught but that’s not the end of this story. The worst part was running over the man in the Burger King costume.

Was told this place got better. Went in today. Ordered two Whopper meals. Still sucks. One didn't come with cheese when we took it back up there. They put cold cheese on it and rewrapped. When They finally remade the burger, It still wasn't melted. Neither Burger was not hot. Fries were over salted. Soda flat. Employees complacent.

I usually enjoy Burger King, but this visit was disappointing. I placed an order for a Whopper with cheese, no onions, and fries, but what I received was a completely different meal. The sandwich had onions, no cheese, and I was given onion rings instead of fries. Mistakes happen, but what really bothered me was that no one double-checked the order before handing it out. When I mentioned the issue, the staff seemed rushed and not very apologetic. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the correction, and by then, everything else was cold. I like Burger King and hope this was just an off day, but accuracy and customer service definitely need improvement.

This was the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. I was eating my chicken sandwich and all of a sudden the chicken felt hard and when I looked and the chicken was raw. Absolutely disgusting.

Purchased several entree meals from Burger King and was extremely disappointed. The service was okay. The gentleman seemed upset for some reason or another and it showed by his attitude. Now let’s get to the food. I purchased six sandwiches and four of the six were burnt. My two fish sandwiches and my two original chicken sandwiches were absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was brown on all the sandwiches, and four were burnt. You can see the pictures below I added to this review. I tried calling the store several times and no answer.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place definitely needs to do better. Twice now I have found something wrong with their food. This last time was the final straw. After finding a dead fly wrapped in one of my breakfast croissants, I urge a lot of people not to eat at this Burger King.

The employees here clearly want this place shutdown and be left unemployed. I've had items missing from my order multiple times already. I don't know how you could possibly forget all the time without fail. It's honestly sad. Never ordering from this location ever again. Thanks for ruining the Burger King name.

Got to drive thru ordered 2 whopper combos, 1 whopper jr combo, and 1 med oinion rings. The burgers were trash. No lettuce, no mayo, no ketchup, and the patties were dry and cold. You can tell it was intentional. We drove 16 miles round trip for this. They dont answer the phone at the location and will be disputing this transaction with my credit card. Done with BK. Will never stop here or anywhere else thats BK.
