Late night drive through during the pandemic. Had a sudden urge to have Chicken McNuggets in the middle of the night, 2am. Wish fulfilled with a French Vanilla Zero ice coffee. What else can I say? Heavenly :-):-):-) Should have urges more often. 05.31.22: The urge hit again. This time it was for 2 sausage McMuffins and a large hot coffee with no sugar and 9 creams. It was 3am in the morning and this McDonald's drive through just started to serve breakfast. Excellent.
McGriddle was cold and waited 5 minutes at the pick up window even tho my fiod was sitting on the counter
Now, l know why the Jack n the Box across the street, is always empty. Way better service. No missing items or receipts. Though l do like JB. I'll never go to this location (Jack's) ever again.
I Like The Service And Atmosphere @ That Pinole Ca. Location Is Very Convenience Clean And Fast In & At The Window Only Issue. Is When They Keep The Menu Signs On. But There's Is Not Service When They Supposed To Point That Out On There Local Website (Business Hours) It Was Close To Midnight Or So Last Night And I Drove To The Place Near By In The Neighborhood. And I Did Check The Business Hours And It Was Showing As It Supposed To Be Open. But Sadly It Wasn't And Just Wasted My Time, Coming From Fairfield Back Home. I Should Try The McDonald's Restaurant In Hercules Since Is Actually One Exit Before Pinole Valley. And Not Drive One After At Appian Way Exit Please Update Your Business Hours On Your Website, Since That Can Save Time To Many Other Possible Customers. And Please Turn Off Those Menu Signs By The Drive Through When The Restaurant Are All Ready Closed Thank You!.
The service was fast and efficient. I ordered the Cheeseburger Deluxe and a filet-of-fish sandwich. The meal was very tasty. I would recommend this McDonald's location to all
It was the need for some fraps that got me there😂 , used the drive through it was fast and accurate, some homeless outside but no bother just share a of bucks and it was all good. You never know if you'll ever need a dollar yourself!

Despite how busy this McDonald’s always is, the experience still deserves a positive review. Heavy crowds are the norm here, yet the staff remain polite and efficient even during peak hours, never cutting corners. While the wait time can be a bit longer than usual, it’s clear they’re doing their best to handle every order carefully. The number of customers really shows how popular this place is, so a little patience and understanding from everyone would go a long way in making the experience better for both customers and staff.
My daughter and I sometimes get a quick bite to eat here. When we stay a bit longer, we can have a conversation because it is always quiet. The place is always clean. My daughter uses the kiosk to order our food. We get our number and place it on the table, and without fail, our burgers with fries or nuggets with our sodas are brought to us within five to ten minutes, sometimes even sooner. We love McDonald's. We have never been disappointed, and, most importantly, we have never gotten sick from eating here. As a matter of fact, we have never gotten ill throughout all the years that we have had McDonald's. We always have stopped at McDonald's when traveling. We always have found parking, which has been free. Now, we see that wheelchair accessible parking and entrance are always available. 👌 Most of McDonald's we have been to have an enclosed area for kids to play where the parents can comfortably eat while watching their children play safely. McDonald's also has a meal for the kids. As far as dessert, they have ice cream with fudge or caramel 😋 with nuts, making it palatable. McDonald's also has a 🚗 drive-thru for those who do not wish to go inside if they are in a hurry. However, just in case they need to use the restroom, they have one available. Enjoy your meal!
Don't know why the reviews are so bad for this Mc Donald's, they serve breakfast the earliest I've seen and they gave sauces, more than we ordered, which is rare. Good service at 3am
Mickey D's is a nice treat & tastes pretty good considering it's been about 7 months since I've had it. When I drove past I couldn't help myself... The aroma was pulling me in like a vortex! ! I couldn't resist!!
Went into the drive thru at 3:45 A.M. during my work break. The drive thru attendant wasn't the most cheerful at this time of the morning, but he was cordial and respectful. Placed my order, and had to wait a few minutes for the car in front of me to recieve their food. Due to limited staffing. Recieved my food shortly afterward. Most of the items were fresh and made well. The sausage in my mcmuffin had an extra sear on it. Seemed to be cooked slightly longer than normal which was a pleasant surprise. What a revelation. Added another dimension of flavor. I now order my sausage cooked a little longer. I removed a star because the hash brown seemed to have been double cooked. It was extra dark, crispy, and just saturated with oil. Overall, good service and good food. Except for the hash brown of course.
McDonald's is youth oriented work force at this location and it has come a long way employee wise fantastic wifi no plugs for charging due to the local homeless which keeps them out. My self I carry a portable charge pack unroll next time I'm Lovin It.
It's a small McDonald's. Service is good and fast, just the place has no ports to charge, the bathroom is not the cleanest.
Went to the only McDonald's open 24hrs so food was fare as always fries were great.. Plus my Coke didn't with paper straw which makes my day! Until next time folk's Happy trails Happy Holidays and Great New Year for All.....

Sodas Machine station is often in disarray (lids, straws, etc). There isn't a ketchup dispenser, which is fine, but the packet ketchup bin isn't well stocked even though it sits at the registers. It's a better experience to just grab and go.

They always mess up and you have to tell them to make your food fresh when it comes to burgers and fries.. it's in the hood but that doesn't mean feed us the bottom feeders
I ordered a caramel mocha Frappuccino. I had to wait for the four people who ordered meals in front of me to get my drink. Since I had only ordered a beverage, I thought I would have received it much quicker. Instead I waited in line for finished orders for about 10 minutes to get my coffee
It's like any other McDonald's just one thing. Always check your order before you go. You don't wanna have to go back when you get home and are missing something. This never happens to me. But for some reason always happens to my husband :-)
Just the average McDonald's, my only issue is that the drive thru because an issue at night when they only have one lane open, you have cars coming directly from the street into the drive thru and others coming from the parking lot area into the same lane of the drive thru, it becomes congested and now all the cars and honking at one another arguing about who's first... My suggestion would be to keep both drive thru lanes open at all hours.
Ya cant go in expecting too much, most of the workers seem to have bad days everyday lol. Though theres the occasional good day where they actually give ya fresh cookies. At the end of the day, thanks for the food, that's all we pay for
The gentleman who works the drive thru window graveyard shift is always very kind and patient. Tonight they were only able to take cash and I was informed first thing as I pulled up to order. Fries were over salted and there was so much mayonnaise on my McChicken it oozed out the sides as I took a bite. The service was pleasant and that was a nice surprise!

Drive thru menu does not populate when new customer arrives to speaker box. However, the young man who was taking our order was very patient with us through the frustration. This isn’t the first time we’ve been to the location with issues occurring because of either: 1. Lack of staff knowledge, 2. Technical issues, or, 3. Poor customer service. With that said, again, the kid provided his best service, but, tech issues and a lack of knowing how to resolve the issue shined. Save your time from this overcrowded drive-thru and go the one by Raley’s market which is on the other side of the freeway.
Slow service, computers didn’t work, and it was cash only. They gave me my soda with no ice , didn’t have 1/2 of the breakfast menu “ready” . Forgot syrup for my pancakes :(. The food tasted like McDonald’s . I’m sure they were just having a rough morning I would return again .
Facility is clean management here is ridiculous! There also not friendly or personable. it's slow even when there aren't but 1 or 2 customers. I purchased a coffee tried to get a refill stood and waited 5 or more minutes after being seen then proceeded to be ignored while the manager on duty took an order of someone whom walked in after then she had me wait while she checked to see if I actually purchased the cup however while I stood there waiting she proceeded to get orders and after standing and waiting 15 I sat down waited that much longer went back up she still not looking and still ignoring me so after 38 minutes I asked again for a refill then FINALLY she told the new cashier to look. REDICULOUS!!! Unbelievable for a freaking cup of coffee. But yet a vagrant who had left for at least 30 minutes and came back she had no problem refilling his.
We ordered ahead of time. We got our order as soon as we drove up which was great. But was very disappointed with the fries. McDonald's is famous for their fries. The fries I got were luke warm, and it seemed they were the bottom of the barrel. They werent long like you suppose to get. I got short stubbs that had no flavor. Salt wouldnt even stick to them. They were awful. And my lg coke that i couldnt wait to take a big long slurp, the soda and syrup ratio was so off. It was horrible. So dissatisfied.
I personally will not come here anymore due to bad and shady business practices. It seems like most the time I show up there they're on a cash-only policy. Which is weird in 2019 the constantly only be able to take cash. Then they change the oil in the middle of a dinner rush so they have no fryers or no way to make half of their menu. I don't know what brainchild did that but they need to go back to just scrubbing toilets cuz that's the level they're at. the the staff treat the job like it's a throwaway job and it shows. I would go to the one over on San Pablo dam road or over by Richmond parkway because they actually have their stuff together I've never dealt with any of the incidents as I deal with there at those other locations.
3 or 4 cars in front of us. How did we get soggy fries. Ordered nuggets. Asked for honey mustard sauce. Of course, none in the bag. Plus they use a bitter sweetener in their sweet tea. Yuck. I guess this is paying for where you go.
#McDonald's very poor customer service. Was sent a coupon to my phone. When I went in a few minutes ago to use it. The scan button would not work. They even tried to pull it up on their tablet and didn't work. Left paying full price for the coffee when it was buy one at regular price get the lesser of valued one free. We are talking about a one dollar LG coffee. So much for customer service
Multiple times already have they gotten my order wrong. There was even one time that I specifically asked for a sandwich to have extra pickles and onions with the ketchup and mustard replaced with big Mac sauce, I asked if they got that right like 3 times since they got it wrong before. I got a sandwich with no Mac sauce or pickles and onions. I swear they did that on purpose in order to spite me. The issue is that the other McDonald's nearby is even worse than this one. This place is my only option. I very much wish there was another one. The only saving grace is their late night guy that takes orders. He's always great.
I don't usually dine in McDonald's... but they have been tempting me with their promotions lately and thus my visits to their stores. Somehow the stores that I went to appear to be dirty and inadequately managed. This store is no exception. The tables and floor are dirty with wrappers, food crumbs, napkins, etc.The only saving grace, I would say, is the electronic kiosks where you can take your sweet time to pre-order your meals. I like this electronic ordering system. Overall I would rate it 2.5-star experience, mostly due to the filthiness. Please "Like" and "Share" if you find this helpful.
They don't bring your food to you, so what's the point of the table markers. Food is way over priced come paired to other McDonald's. The sweet tea had to much sugar.
The fries are always burnt here, change the fryer oil more or less cook time idk but yall need to work on that
The speed of service here just keeps getting slower and slower. It took me about 35 minutes to get my order. The food is hot SOMETIMES. The stars I'm giving are for the very sweet and understanding employees at the front who seem to share your frustration of the whole experience.
Hospitality sucks! Most of the Asian people will not speak even if you say hello more then once or thank you for my order. Evertime I go back to give it another chance, I'm always missing 2 to 3 things from the order. So I won't be going back at all!
The food is NEVER hot and barely warm. I can usually give my toddler fries straight out of the bag without cooling them off AND they don't have salt half time(yuck). I can easily be short a nugget OR 2. AND the app doesn't work most of the time there but will work down the way @the next location. They only get my business because they are the one McDonald's in my area that is open 24hrs and 4/5 of my visits are after midnight.

Should not have to park if you go through drive thru so they can be at their timer. They want more money but still can't do their job properly. And the worse part is they have you park, others get their food and go on then they bring cold fries to you.

I went to the drive threw a few times and they have the worst customer service. Drive thru nightmare. My order was simple. A kids meal w a coke and a chocolate shake and two apple pies. Get to the pick up window and they tried to hand me a milk. I ask for a small coke. Next out the window came a Carmel frappe. I was charged for a drink for don’t even know what a Carmel frappe is. The sent me to park and eventually brought me a choc shake since I paid for this extra drink. Had to go back inside for our apple pies and then when I asked for my coke they refused to give me one. I asked to speak to the manager and I’ve been sitting waiting for him/ her for over a half hour. They could afford to couldn’t send me home with a little kid coke? Did someone forget to tell this establishment that the customer is always right? So I am leaving but not happy. They should rename the happy meal because it was far from a happy meal.
If I have a zero star choice I will give that to this branch ( San Pablo and Rumrill) We had given a lot of chances in this store #763. Every time we buy there is always something missing….catsup for the fries, syrup or butter for the pancake, sugar for the coffee or even the items we ordered and paid like 10 pcs of nuggets or sometimes given a wrong item. Such a ridiculous mistakes. We need to go back to keep correcting the mistake and even we emphasized that the last order was a mesh still they do the same mistake. This morning is really too much, the manager is not even wearing her ID. They did not even give back our receipt when we shown the manager the missing item. This store branch #763 needs staffs that can give a quality service… I think the manager her self needs more training. Today is 8/19/21 time is around 8am. PT.
Welp, despite having 2 drive-throughs service is still slow, I still have to check my order everytime, the stupid employees continue to get my order wrong. I ordered the double quarter pounder meal and got a big mac meal instead though they charged me for the double quarter pounder meal. Only way to complain was to get back in the drive-through that had like 10 cars waiting, I just said forget it, never coming here no more!
Rush you out of drive thru just to get number percentage for location to be at required performance. Truely have customers wait at parking just to complete order. Then why have a drive thru. Then get order wrong and you have to ring door bell to be helped and then take forever to get back to you like if you did something wrong

I’m in line waiting to do my order no one talks on the speaker to get my order I drive up and the cashiers tells me she can’t get do the order for me. Then says they tought I was an Uber?! I don’t have no uber sign on my car at all... I tell her no one talked on the speaker after waiting couple minutes to decide to drive up and the cashier denies to take my order. I’m always having bad orders At This place or stuff missing in my order I decided to come here since I’m in a hurry and it’s the closest place but like always disappointed.
I ask for nuggets fried fresh and the same for my fries and I ask Them again when I got to the window and the lie and say yes, this Has happen to me more than once, I even let them know that I don't Mind waiting I tried to call them and no one answered the phone After the 4th time I stopped trying and I was not going back out in The rain. Waited 40 minutes for a sweet tea with creamer on the side. Had to ask for service. Had to ask for them to make my order. Had to ask for creamer. Had to ask for a straw.
Parking lot was awfully packed for only four or five small families dining in. Coco-cola tasted very strange with a dull sickening mint taste. No plain soda water for diluting the sweetness. Ketchup dispenser was completely empty. Fries taste as if they were cold. Burger was cold.
Worst service over. Was told to park Waited over 10 minutes on a 2 minute told wait. Made my other food that was ordered get cold and soggy and the staff questioned my honesty when i confronted them on this issue. Corporate you need to stop hiring clueless people. Start investing in the robots!
Employees have the worst attitude here. Most of them were sitting in the break room .The guy who was supposed to take my money left the window to go chat .Waited 11 mins for food after that. Drive thru took 14 mins total. Just go to the McDonald's across the highway. The 3 min drive will save time and you'll get better service .
this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. management doesn't even care at this point. this place employees are rude, they dont get you're order right and they could careless about making it right. I've never eating somewhere I think should fire and rehire a new staff until this McDonald's. as a person who loved McDonald's growing up, makes me not want to not eat at another one ever after going to this one.👎 disappointing

Worst experience at McDonald's I've ever had. They had 1 cashier working the lobby with 10 people waiting in line. 1 person filling the lobby orders and 4 workers covering drive thru. The poor girl filling the lobby orders was filling them out of order so customers were starting to get irritated. If possible go to another location.
I had to wait 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and when I asked why it took so long I got attitude that they "Were Busy". I guess you can receive good and fast service only when they have very few customers. They were not that busy!
It’s such a shame that this manager has allowed this horrible service, during there PM shifts. When I come in the morning the ladies are so sweet, kind and attentive. Evening time these kids that are disrespecting hardworking people by trying to physically fight them. This is too far and the typing kid working the first window taking the orders isn’t lucky I didn’t call the cops and the one working the pickup order is just as worse when I voiced my concerns, she called the young man to the window to confront me. Workers don’t greet you nicely, they mess up orders, and the workers obviously don’t know how to work with the app. Telling me I couldn’t use 2 codes when the first code I gave was for points and the second code was redeemed for food. The guy just kept trying to argue with me then his manager came and made him feel stupid, because i was able to use both codes. Just a complete waste of time, avoid this location.
Always crowed, only one cashier. All attention and fast service is given to the drive thru customer , and in that line you can feel trapped. I wanted to add that they only change the oil once a week per owners request. This does a lot of business,it explains why the fries taste like old dish rags
Went thru the drive thru, only to be asked to park so they can have good drive thru times. Then the lady comes out with two orders, gives a bag to the car next to me then turns to me and asks if I ordered what she had I said no. She then turned back to the first car who was all in the bag checking it, swapped bags with them and proceeded to try to give me the bag that another already had their hands in. I advised I did not want that since she gave to another.
I asked for a sweet BBQ bacon and got a spicy chicken Sandwich. I asked why the order was wrong and the reply’s with oh we don’t have that sandwich. I said how don’t you have the sandwich if it’s advertised on the menu. I needed another item but before I asked the girl in the drive through for the item. She walked away and ignored my sister and I. We waited 5 more minutes and kept ignoring us. She finally came back near the window and I said hello. No response and then I said hello again. She told me I’m free to go and I said no I’m not because I needed one more thing and gave it to us so unhappy. Really bad customer and the manager didn’t say anything about the incident, he was just laughing with her not caring. I guess they don’t care about having good customers. If they don’t like their jobs then they need to find different ones.
I Just Left that place after waiting in drive-thru for over 20 Mins. Only to be told my order wasn't ready. I parked up front for another 5-7Mins and Over heard someone call the restaurant and they told her it would be another 30 mins for her order to be ready.. 30 Minutes! So I just decided to leave. I've been Here a few times before and it's always a waiting game with them, but after today I won't be coming back to this Location anymore.

I would have ordered something but had to use the restroom first and found that that was impossible because their buzzer would not unlock men's room though they did buzz it twice. I did wait at least 10 minutes and no one left so either it or someone inside it is broke, but either way it's the last time there for me.
Yet another McDonald's that doesn't have table service. The employees seemingly can't read English. A very badly managed store. Stay away.
ordered a happy meal, they didn’t give me the hamburger that came in the happy meal but covered it up by giving me a lot of napkins to cover it up. Didn’t give he the apple juice that came with it or the fries, terrible workers. Also everything was stale.

My name is Ricky Bryant I had a family member place a order for a 20$ gift card so I could get something to eat because I'm homeless at the moment and either the manager that was on duty Sunday September 22nd ,2024 around late evening took it , lost it or one of the workers stole something that didn't belong to them , so I have been calling up there all day and now they are ignoring after I went up there and talked to the Asian girl manager today she said call back in 30 minutes to a hour that was three hours ago. So now I need to reimburse or I'ma complain to H.R.
You would think after a raise at there job they would be more polite, or have a better attitude towards customers. So moody all the time.A chubby girl that works at the drive thru Monday thru Friday 430am Management please talk to employees
ordered online through door dash and did not get the big mac nor oreo mcflurry. If they dont have everything packed they should not give the food out to the dasher. People who package the food like this should not get a raise. PLS PACKage everything next time
There is no care from management in how theses employees treat you,talk to you or handle your food every single time I go to this McDonald's they always get my order wrong or forget to put sauce with the nuggets even when I tell them to not to forget this one picticular employee Jennifer was very rude so I've reported her to corporate we will see if its even addressed
They gave me 4 nuggets instead of 6 and they told me to wait outside to get small fries and they never came out
Did a curbside pickup order waited for my food for almost an hour kept going in and checking they said it wasn't ready yet when I got my food it was ice cold I will never come back to this location there is nobody inside there and the drive-thru was almost empty and it still took an hour to get my food
Please stay away from this McDonald’s location. Tonight was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any fast-food restaurant. I placed my order at 7:19 PM through the app and arrived at 7:40 PM to pick it up. When I got there, the staff claimed they “couldn’t find” my order at all — no explanation, no effort to resolve it, nothing. The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. No one apologized, no one tried to remake the order, and it felt like they simply didn’t care. I wasted my time, my gas, and left the store completely pissed off. If you value your time, your money, or even just basic customer service, go to another McDonald’s. This location will NOT be getting my business ever again.
This McDonald is not good service they’re working very slow to make my order and I am waiting for 40 minutes and my order still yet ready
Came at 3:00 am and door is open, tried to order something and an employee who was laying in a seat told me it was closed and made a hand gesture as telling me to leave. Very unprofessional from him I must say.
We ordered food and they forgot the 2 hush brown and they didn't look happy or polite
The store manager looks like he just got out of Jr high the store was a hot mess ketchup on the floor the tables are dirty no ice in the machine it took 20 mins for me to get my fish combo the had very little tarter sauce and taste like it was over cook the place is horrible will never go there again
Visiting my moms and had to find something to Uber Eats late night cus I flew up here, and maaaaaaaaaaaan.. I know it's McDonald's but this was extra Garbàge. Firstly, they didn't give me my ranch, secondly, they didn't give me my ketchup, and lastly, you know how sometimes you'll get the fries that are a lil limp and soft, Pause, and they're lowkey fire? Well, every single fry in this box was only those so it wasn't fire. Fries were soggy, full of oil, and less than mid. The 1 star is really cus yaw forgot my ranch. I really wanted my ranch bro....Yaw suck. Also, I paid $30 for this wack meal cus im dumb. Ranch woulda made it hurt alil less.
Fries were burnt, soggy and dripping oil Burger was tossed in the box, has to reconstruct it and it also was dry and cold. The coke machine needs cleaning, cooked tastes like sewage water. They mess with the app orders after midnight so that you can't order using the app (other McDonald's works fine) The meal is $12. I threw it away
If you need a gift card this coming holiday or even just for kids' party giveaways, avoid this place. GO TO In and Out and Starbucks! I was buying 15 gift cards, and this place refused to serve me because I would pay with a credit card. I know this might be due to fraud, so I showed them my passport. Still refused me. Bye Mcdonald San Pablo. Mr. Wong if this is not a policy, and just make up BS. Train your employees well or get better employees, and your new general manager Alicia refused to sell me gc via phone on 10/25/2025 too. This clearly shows you can lose business.
Food was dry and dull. The chicken was definitely not fresh and neither were the fries. The restaurant in general was gross. I did the self service kiosk and at the end, the kiosk stated that the food would be brought to my table. After a while, I noticed that there was a tray with food on the front counter. When I went to go check, it was my food waiting to be picked up. What’s the point of even getting the table numbers when they’re not brought to your table? What if I had not noticed and someone else took my food? This place needs better management.
