Good burgers and fries highly recomend

This is the best Jack in the box I've ever been to. Hot food, friendly service, for some reason everybody makes you want to pause and enjoy

Everything was great today! Usually hit or miss service. UPDATE: (3.2.23) Back to usual at this location. Dirty oil leaves for nasty tacos. Took food back and got a refund. The service and food quality is like flipping a coin at this location. Boo.

Jack In The Box is one of the better fast food restaurants. It's great for me. It's an acquired taste. This location can get busy at times.

Love the hamburger and tacos from this place, absolutely delicious 🤤 lol 😂, if I could eat burgers everyday it would be from here. Can wait to visit again, great place to eat!

This is one of the Jack in the Boxes we tend to visit frequently, and when I found out the added bubble tea to their menu I knew what needed to be done. Had our must-have taco order and tried the milk tea with boba; I really liked it! Would order it again!

its a good place to eat & chill the bathrooms are usually well tended though you do get customers that are absolute SLOBS but thats not the worker's fault. Overall I recommend

This place is always clean! The bathroom smells like bleach it is nice to be able to smell bleach from time to time in restrooms because a lot of places don't use bleach anymore. Today they were running a manager special which was a really good deal for only $4 and something the customer service year is always the best. it's always clean so I was curious not like McDonalds or the Jack in the Box in National City that I did a report on a few months ago.

When you order a shake ask them for strawberry w Oreos milkshake. It's great but too sugary honestly. Burger King has the best and balanced!

Always fast and pretty decent dailys all the time. No need for a value menu lol. This location is always busy but very prompt. You won't wait more than 5 minutes even for a large order cant go wrong for fast food.

Good option for a late-night craving or a quick and affordable meal. However, if you're looking for the highest quality fast food, there may be better options available.

Jack-in-the-Box is a local hometown favorite as they are headquartered in San Diego. They carry an extensive menu and serve their full breakfast menu all day. Jack is where I go for variety like their 3 piece egg rolls or fried tacos both of which have been on their menu for a few decades. Of course you can order burgers and chicken items as is typical with fast food but their sides menu is also plentiful. This location is quite busy and they work to keep it clean. Enjoy!!

The food here is so good, love it. Service is very slow and workers can be a little rude. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

Visited this burger chain to have a quick bite. When asked for promotion deals, the worker said " there's no promotional deal at this point, but once I mentioned that I had a coupon he said let me check and came back with a how can I help you. I'm glad they were able to accept the coupon I had. So far, the breakfast sandwich were good.

Food took too long. Food was barely warm. Forgot one of my items had to go back. Never got a receipt. They usually put it inside the bag.

This is one of the better JNB. Unfortunately today was not the day to shine. Slow service but the worst part I Spent $12.00 for a Buttery jack LG Fri and a shake. The Burger the bun and meat were overcooked and dry I could not eat and the fries were cold and greasy and went right in the trash.

This establishment has been here for many decades. It's a busy place, and even though it has been renovated, expect the decay of a busy place. Food is okay. Staff is okay, considering it's busy most of the time. Restrooms are dirty everything time I stop by. Just a quick place to have your favourite Jack in the box option.

This location has gone down in the past years. It has crazy long lines plus they take long to serve you. It seems they are under staffed

It is a dull Jack in the Box. You get what you order, but the sizes are odd. Ask the guys as they take your order about the size of what you are getting, it may be too much it may be too little. Should say avoid this place and ear healthy, but the chances are that you are running out of time due to an express visit or quick tour, so feel free to recharge your batteries here. Ohh, by the way, did I say there is an infinite refill on your coffee? And it's not burned 👌

Nothing special here. Ordered six tacos that should have been in the fryer until the tortillas were crisp, they were hot and CHEWEY, not what I expected. I was already home five minutes later when I tore into my tacos and was NOT going to tote them back for some new ones. Jack tacos have ALWAYS been cooked 'till crispy,... it's the CRUNCH we love. For me, it's like eating soggy french fries. Disappointing 😕

Called the restaurant, Grubhub missed up on one of my orders. I talked to "Liz" a manager and she was very sorry for the order and offered me to come by the store for the missing item free of charge. I came the next day and asked for my free item. I told them my name and info But there was no order with my name written down. Until they got "Liz" from the back and didn't remember me and the phone conversation about the order. I showed the order and that was that. Gave my 15 mini tacos. Would've given 4 stars

Food is so so and very greasy. Overpriced as well. Service is above average. No atmosphere at all. Very clean.. Has no play area for children and limited supply of highchairs.

I used to love coming to this location for drive through and dinei in. The food is always hot and consistent. Unfortunately the last 2 times in a row my order was wrong. I was a loyal customer, I only want what I pay for. again the food is good. Check your order before you leave

Place serves food warm and staff was polite. However; they could focus a little bit more on maintenance and dinning cleaness. The men's bathroom door did not lock and one of our chairs had a customer hair on it.

I stopped in the morning for breakfast . I may think the microphone or the speaker on their side may be broken or I can't speak clearly because they were having trouble listening what I said. I had to repeat myself several time which I found annoying to say the least. They did not took too long but the food tasted stale and it feels like it had been re-heated couple times before. I don't know if it's my perception but I had found the same issue on other fast food places when ordering early mornings. As other times I had the same issue I probably will not stop to order again from this place.

I hadn't been to this jack in years..... the place seems really run down only two soda flavors available out of 20 or so... the trash cans were over filled and most tables were dirty. My food was good but it makes me think twice before ordering here or coming back... no bueno..

Wow! The remodel looks great. I came in to have breakfast the service was basic. The food was hot and delicious. The only Issue is that they have the AC at an extremely COLD temperature when it’s currently 53 degrees in the mornings right now. It was extremely uncomfortable to eat there. Another customer had a blanket on it was so cold. I did ask several employees and they both said no and that it was locked. Attention management please regulate the AC.

Long waiting, they only have the drive thru access. It's fast food so If you looking for a quick bite this is the place. They also due uber eats or online delivery. There is alot of parking. The in side restaurant isn't available. There is a plaza with jack in the box. The staff is friendly and ready to help

Terrible ! Terrible !! Terrible !!! Smashed up sandwich with missing ingredients and the soggiest fries I've ever had. Change your oil or get the right temperature on it or something but don't serve customer's wet fries 🤮🤮🤮 Update; District manager reached out to me because of the review and wants to correct the issue by offering to make my order better. I didn't go in but it was the effort on their part that matters. Thank you.

Only had Spicy Popcorn Chicken available and not the Regular flavored one. Girl working the drive thru could use some better English skills.

Management and customer service plays a big part on any type of business. By making the consumer which is the customer comfortable. I work fairly close to this Jack in the box short walking distance and because of what I witnessed from a female Manager to a couple of senior citizen customers. Just to avoid a conflict with this person by putting her in her place of respect..... I've decided and have been driving my car throughout the drive-thru Other than that the food is good and I highly recommend the drive-thru it's the same amount of time as inside And you won't lose your appetite.

The food is always good at this place, but the blond chubby lady who was attending the drive thru yesterday in the afternoon, was kind of rude, I asked for condiments and she just put ranch, no cutlery, ketchup or salsa in my order. I got two drinks and just one straw. I just think if you're having a bad day or have personal problems is better to go home, instead of having a really poor customer service.

Food quality is just about right every time, like any other jack. However, the likelihood of this place forgetting something in your order is so high. I have too many occasions where I have to drive back for whole items. That's not including missing condiments and incorrect ingredients that I let go. Also, wait time in drive thru can be a good 15 minutes sometimes when there's only about 3 cars in front and they might ask you to wait infront.

3rd time is the charm. This is how I always get my spicy chicken burger. I mentioned it nicely to the cashier so she could mention that to whoever is making burgers back there.. She gave me an attitude like there was nothing wrong with my order.

Just left this jack in the box. Horrible service and its sincerely bad. Some people should not be hired. I ask all consumers to be picky with your money and don’t support corporations who hire bad employees. Left ended up going to the mom and pop shop down the street where people were actually happy to have my business instead of seeing it as a burden as the cashier did.

No matter how full or empty the drive-through line is, I can always count on this Jack-in-the-Box to be the slooooowest one I dealt with, and I can also count that my food will be cold once I finally receive it

Rude staff the worse I've seen so far. First one of the employees was talking politics incredibly loud. Like we are all supposed to agree with her opinion?. Very poor service. Customer parking is only 30 minutes. The security guard harassed me by telling me the time is ticking and I am not allowed to be outside (there is no law sign saying I am not allowed to be outside). I was waiting on family so we can all eat breakfast together. When I went inside there was a long line and people that were waiting 15 minutes just to order food. I decided to use the drive thru since I had that security guard looking at my car wanting to tow it. I talked to the manager and she said that parking is only 30 minutes and you are not allowed to be outside. I than asked her were is that not allowed to be outside law written because I didn't see any signs saying that outside. I guess they can just make laws without letting their customers see them. This situation will make jack in the box lose many customers because they will feel harassed and not want to eat at this jack in the box location.

I live down the street from here so I come constantly, every time I come the employees are rude , today the girl at the drive thru yelled at me through the mic “hello are you there” bc I was taking long to order and when I got to the window she was being even ruder and slammed the window on my face when i tried to ask for the sauces I wanted this is not the first time I interacted with her and she’s always rude to me , I don’t know her name but she has a neck tattoo thats numbers and Mexican with blonde hair , I hope the manager sees this so he can tell her something

Worst place ever. Service is horrible. I do not recommend this location at all. Conveniently for them their service is always down. No matter what day and what time we come throughout the night or early morning, they make us wait about 10 min just to say the service is down and cannot take our order. Not the 1st, not the 2nd and not the 3rd. I honestly lost count already.

Cash only! They should post a sign before you enter the drive thru!!! I had to wait 9 minutes for the car in front of me to go somewhere else because they failed to post a sign.

There's a huge sign outside that says Dining room now open again but the employees at this Jack in the box on West San Ysidro Blvd have the dining room doors locked. You can't even walk in and take it to go the only option is the drive thru and I don't think that's right especially since there's a sign that says that location is now open for dine in. I think corporate should visit this location and see for themselves.

Friday around 9 am i Was in line for about 5 minutes nd cashier kept saying use the kiosk. When my turn to order came up cashier said you have to use kiosk and I said I don't want to use it and she said you have to to place your order your going to have to learn so I said never mind I don't want anything and left so what next time am I going to be required to cook and bag my own food Many people were bothered by her yelling and saying people use the kiosk

I came in the cahier walks away I was ignored while I stud in line to order while your employees were standing around talking and I will not use your self serve I'm paying with cash

Worst jack I've been to they take for ever to take ur order always under staff none of the employees know how to work anything always asking each other how to do work the machines or register food was horrible I will not be going back or recommending anyone go here unless they plan on waiting in Line for almost an hour and another hour to get their food fyi guy in the pic does not no what his doing need to be re trained

02/26/23 @3:33 am. We were waiting for the drive thru for about 15 min for someone to assist us. We even went to the window to see if there was anyone to give out the order. Come to find out that there was no one inside, not in the cashier, in that kitchen or cleaning tables. It was like they all decided to sleep or not work. If the establishment is supposed to be 24/7 first you need to have employees that actually are there to work.

One of the managers is very rude and he thinks he feels like the owner of the place and is very arrogant. My point of view is that you cannot serve the cars and leave people standing for up to 10 minutes without counting the other people in line and nobody attends the cash register and you tell the person and they answer in a bad mood, it hurts the place and the worst I think and I believe that they have each other's backs. I would love for the owners to pay more attention and send people so that they realize the kind of staff they have, especially that manager they have

Worst experience ever!!! Do not go here, the cashier in the drive thru is so lazy!!! She will wave at customers to wait behind the timer that they have at the window to not get punished for not having the order ready. This is the second time it happens to me, she asks the car in front of me not to drive forward. When I asked why she was doing that she played STUPID and pretended not to hear me. I waited a total of 20 min for my order through the drive thru!!!!!

Terrible experience! From the time I ordered, to the time I left the window, was an unacceptable 19 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of me. So, when I confronted the drive thru person about the wait, he gave me attitude. Will never go there again!

This place needs help ASAP! A story about a cashier. Absolute worst customer service ever! Went through their drive tonight greeted with "Can I take your order" I say Yes Hi can I get a #1 medium with onion rings and a diet coke, please. Then I hear "What else! I say 2 chicken sandwiches with Swiss cheese and tomato, please. Again what else? I say that's it. I hear a pull to the window. Mind you I almost forgot I sat a the speaker for a good 3 minutes before anyone greeted me. So I pull up to the window to wait another good minute before anyone takes my money. When the window opens all I hear is $18.60 I hand over $20.00 she gives me my change and says any condiments I say can I just get some ranch, please. She throws some ranch in the bag says here you go and slams the window. OK. So I pull off. When I got home I realized they didn't add the tomatoes to my chicken sandwiches. I was upset after that disrespectful encounter. So I decided to head back and get them swapped. I pull up to the speaker window and again no greeting for like a minute and again "Can I take your order " I start to explain, hi I was just here and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches when she cuts me off and says pull up to the window. That's when I decided to just get my money back. So I get to the window and here goes the Jeopardy music again meanwhile I'm looking at the recipe and find out her name is Karla. The window opens and she says so what happened? I said are you Karla she said yes, I say ok I was just here and ordered the 2 chicken sandwiches with Swiss cheese and tomato, but forgot the tomatoes. She said ok give me the chicken sandwiches and that's when I cut her off and said no I'm giving you everything back and I want my money back she said but! Ok and proceeds to start the return on the register. She pulls the money out and says HERE YOU GO! With no recipe I said can I have a recipe for the return pls she said no there's no recipe for that I say noo I think you have to give me a recipe, I might be wrong but I did think that. She says I can give this recipe the original recipe of the order. I say ok, and leave. Not one time did I get a greet hello, a Hi, an I'm sorry. Nothing just absolute power over me. What ever happened to the customer is always right, to the " Hi! Welcome Jack in The Box, Can I take Your order? And thank you have a good night something! I get that this place has sales and for the most part, it's pretty busy but you should still at least act like you like your job little by little you do this to enough people and it can hurt any restaurant. It's sad unbelievable and unfortunate at the same time this place is right down the block from my house. So yes this place needs help! ASAP!! Or at least KARLA does.

Not a good Jack in the Box location. They will ask you to wait 3-5 minutes at the intercom before taking your order. Then you’ll wait another 10-12 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for the other cars to advance. And when it’s your turn to pull up to the window, they’ll tell you to stop (with a hand motion), before pulling up. And you’ll wait another 5 minutes before getting to the window for your food. They don’t say thank you for waiting or nothing. They just give you your food and not even a goodbye.

i dont know if its becouse they are close to the border and they serve mostly people from tijuana,, this guy Name Angel at the cashier, has the most horrendous attitude toward clients, he has nothing to do with costumer service, get this guy fire

I just experienced the rudest young man at the drive thru. I ordered via app since they have 99 cent tacos on there for pick up through drive thru since I had my young child with me. I get to the speaker and let them know I’m there for an app order. The guy tells me to come to the window. I eventually get to the window since there’s a few cars in front of me. The guy gives me a price and I inform him that I’m here for my app order. With attitude he starts speaking in Spanish, rolled his eyes and turns to get my food. With attitude hands me my food. I asked him why he’s being so rude. He stated he wasn’t he was just asking why I didn’t wait for him at the speaker and just came to the window. I let him know I did talk to him at the speaker and HE told me to come to the window. He did say it was his fault but still had an attitude with me. I was so taken back with his attitude I didn’t even check my order or get sauces before I left. Our tacos ended up not having any taco sauce in them and our fries were barely warm. I’m not even upset about the tacos or cold fries, I just can’t get over how an employee can be so rude to a customer.

I had one of the most disgusting experiences in a fast food drive through. The associate taking my order was rude and aggressive while taking my order. He did not know the menu with tipped him off to be disrespectful and when I asked to know who the manager was on shift he boastfully said it was him. I asked him to attend me with the right attitude and he continued to be rude. Awful training. If this is the manager I can only imagine the rest of the night crew.

It's 24 hrs open drive thru but this is the second time a came and they tell me they have no service cause there system is rebooting. Then they said they said they don't open until 4.00 am horrible ain't no 24 hrs like it says

Had to update review after a year plus of not eating here, and I can say that nothing has changed. Horrible service, I'm the only one in line with the associates just standing by and in front of the register talking. I'm patiently waiting, then someone from the bathroom gets in front of me and they help him ... And not only that, they proceed to not assist me even though there was six workers there just talking. Why are we increasing the minimum wage which in turn increases the price I'm paying for meal, yet I'm receiving horrible service?

This location needs more working equipment like the coffee machine coffee is always cold, employees said that machine was not working well, needs more employees one for the register machine and one for the kiosk, it was one employee taking orders for kiosk and drive through and it was a time wait for 10min or more for the orders in person this place is always full , the employees are working with extreme stress is clearly the administration is not doing the job

This customer service is terrible, I went to pick up my order and they never call you by your name nor order number even if you’re standing there they tried to avoid you! They prefer to talk to each other. Bad bad bad customer service. Bathroom : No toilet paper No toilet seat covers.

It’s jack, you get what you get. But Roberto the manager of this location wears a second name tag that says digital champion. I came by and placed an order through the app and ordered the taco pack. This is the third time I’ve only been given sauce no tacos. As a manager and “digital champion” you need to better understand your products and when asked for a refund just process the refund. Don’t laugh in a customers face and try and excuse the whole situation multiple times.

I was going to buy a cup of coffee before my drive home, I already knew the restroom code for today, 123 twice, as I had stopped in the Jack in the box earlier that day. The security man stopped me from entering the restroom and told me I had to buy the coffee first before I could pee. The line was ridiculously long, I went to McDonald's instead. vary sad that i had to repeat myself 3 times on the same order i felt like parrot and still got it wrong. i don't think i will be returning 3/10/22 so after a while i went back and nothing has changed i ordered the new Bacon Double Sourdough Patty Melt and got a cheeseburger i think no grilled onions or bacon cashier did not help at all

The worst service!! After waiting 40 minutes in the drive through, these fries were COLD and soggy! They were DRIPPING in oil. They obviously do NOT CHANGE their oil, because the fries have burnt pieces of fries and other foods. And they didn’t even have large cups and they charged me for a large combo!
