It's always busy at this BK location, so the drive thru takes a little longer. The servers are extremely friendly and cooks always get your order correctly. I recommend it.

Whoever was working yesterday morning around 1140AM gave me the best Burger King I've ever had I stg Impossible whopper meat was grilled perfectly and the burger was assembled like a fast food art show masterpiece with just the right amount of veggies. Mozarella fries were breaded so evenly with the correct amount of cheese, the company's marinara does the job. Seriously, give them a raise, that was unbelievable 👏🏽

Stopped in here when taking a bike ride to a friend's house. Burger King's charbroil has the unique taste that reminds me of loving that taste as a child. And the x2 tacos were delicious! Staff were extremely helpful in the ordering process. Customer service at an all time high. Dining area was prepped and ready for the next customer. Facilities clean and well maintained. Burger King is better than I remember from years ago. They upped their game a bit! The service was very good. I didn't remember them having mozarella sticks, maybe they had them before, but they're awesome. The fries also seem better and fresher out of the fryer. Anyways, kudos!

If you like Burger King then it's good. If you don't like Burger King then there are other places. Come for quick bite. Lots of parking lot spaces available.

I come here after I drop off my daughter to her school at Saddleback High. The coffee is decent hot and the apple pie tasted pretty good. They have two tvs in the dining room, one on channel 7 and the other in the lifetime channel. The place looks clean and they remodeled not too long ago. Overall a good experience. I downgraded a star because it seems that my food and of others were hold at the heat lamp for a little bit too long. They might need to schedule more folks for their morning shift.

Burger King gives out cupons monthly in the newspaper. This is where I cash them out. Burgers are awsome. Refill machine is in my top 10. Place is nice and spacious. I like the fact the tv is on. Staff needs improvement. Enjoy might say The King!

Their deals are not as good as McDonald's IR windy there and most of the other places but their food is decent they were accurate but what we ordered for our food the food was warm the most important my kids enjoyed it so that's why they got four stars

Very good drive through experience. Not alot of people, and a very good price of 12$ for two full meals. Food was received promptly, and tray was used for easy transport of food into the car. They don't however serve marinara with mozzarella sticks, and it's a tight drive-through for trucks.

I'm impressed with Burger 🍔 King value! Very impressive that I could get 8 piece chicken 🐔 nuggets and ice 🍦 cream for under $5. And then you get to see happy KIDS having ice cream 😁.

The food was good and everything else was good except for the milkshake that I got which was an choco oreo milkshake. I never asked for a choco oreo milkshake, i asked for a classic one and It wasn't even a choco oreo milkshake, it was just a plain chocolate milkshake, no oreo crumbs.

I placed an order for this location using my phone. I am not one to rush through and miss removing toppings that I don’t like. I went to this location last night, and ordered a 3 whooper and 3 cheeseburger family deal. They gave me the order correct to the ticket they received, but the problem is in-app it only changed the toppings for one of each burger. i pulled around again and the manager told me it was my fault! I mocked another mobile order after insisting she reluctantly remade 4 of the 6 sandwiches The app added the items to my cart with only one of each burger type changed again! I showed it to her. And then she immediately dismissed it “well thats not our fault! I replied “its not my fault either, and you told me it was”. This was the manager there on Saturday night and I never received an apology. I left feeling insulted. I thought a major part of being a customer service store manager was taking responsibility for your brand, regardless......probably won’t order/pickup deliveries here again.

Make sure you check your order before you leave.i placed a mobile order and picked it up with no issues. When i arrived home i realized they gave me the wrong burger. The one i order was more expensive than the one i purchased and had bacon so i decided it was worth the drive back. I spoke to the person there and he literally just grabbed the burger from my hand inspected every inch of it and then just grabbed the right burger without saying anything. Food is good but customer service is not their strongest point.

Where to start?.... I'm not even posting pictures because I had such a bad experience. First, they take forever to get your food. Second, the bag they gave me via drive thru was not even MINE. So I drive around to go inside to get MY order. They realize it's the wrong order and give me the bag with my order. I started to go thru the order and realized the cheeseburger I asked for plain was not plain... so I had to go BACK inside to get my proper order. Finally, when they decide to make my order right, it was done in haste and unprofessional. Put together sloppy, wrapped horribly, lukewarm at best. Not to mention, the chicken fries I ordered were cold and stale like they had been sitting there all day. My fries were soggy and not cooked all the way. Needless to say, I will not be going back anytime soon or at all for that matter.

This burger kings bathrooms never have toilet paper in them and Never have toilet seat covers. They take forever to take people's orders and the food tastes disgusting. It's sitting area is usually clean and they always have familys there Because they have a nice toy play area for kids. There's a nice seating area for people to eat inside and out. But they're bathrooms should be better maintained.

Apparently, customer now need to spend.their own money to use the restroom at this location. I have been coming here for several years with my group of students. Never have been a problem until the last visit, when one of my students asked for a token to use the restroom. He was replied kind of rude from the cashier that he needs a quarter, from his own pocket ( that's what she said) to use the restroom... Probably won't come back to your location.

Sadly, after sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting past their opening time for my very simple two for $6 ham egg and cheese sandwiches with a hash brown. I am seriously broken hearted about this location, I've been coming here since 2014, this morning the location manager made my breakfast herself. Usually at any other location, mind you there are few and very far in between. Any other location, I would have been served ham that was warmed on the griddle and cheese that is properly melted over top. This kind of woman, handed me cold buns, cold ham and cold hard cheese. The only thing that was semi warm was the egg. You guys have got to hire more people who truly care about the food that they serve at minimum. Thank you again for a wonderful breakfast after I patiently waited in front of your location for 30 minutes passed your opening time listed as 7:00 a.m. not to mention waiting for this breakfast made me 30 minutes late for work and I don't even have the time to heat up my food.

Ordered a Double Whopper with a coupon at the drive thru. 5:45 PM 11/14/20. No problem with pick up, got home and separated the meat from the bun to reheat in my microwave. To my surprise half of the bottom burger was missing. I tried calling the store several times and just got a recording each time. The bun seemed old, it just kinda fell apart as I was eating it. I took a picture of it and would like to post it, but this site won’t allow it.

This place is the absolute worst, avoid at all costs. This is the closest Bk to my house, and I drive 10 mins out of the way to go to other burger kings now. Every time I go here I have a problem. Most recently I was charged twice for an order and then the employee refused to reimburse me and told me “call Burger King about it”. Which I did... and have yet to hear back from. This place always serves old food. I've given this store multiple tries and each time my food is never fresh. Chicken fries, chicken nuggets, chicken patty, mozzarella sticks, burger patties, fries, everything is bendy and rubbery and is clearly old. I usually come here but after today that will change. I've left good reviews only many times but now that's changed. Service has gone down. Ordered though drive thru manager Mary gave me a hard time and said she wouldn’t take my 2nd order because it’s only one order per car which I’ve done before she then passed me to a team member Alejandro who then told me again I couldn’t do two orders I told him I’d park and get down once I went inside I told him I know they don’t want to take my second order because they know I’m trying to buy a homeless guy a meal and he proceeded to say yes and also because it’s rush hour for them mind you they only had one ticket on the screen and no one in drive thru and why did manager Mari have her employee take over a “difficult customer” isn’t she a manager all she was doing is acting stupid watching from a far acting like she was breaking boxes down then started undoing her bun (hair) in the kitchen where food is being prepped

I placed an online order for pickup in the Burger King app. The app stated the dining room closed at 10pm. However, when I arrived at 9:52pm the doors were locked and clearly the dining room was cleaned and mopped and had been closed for some time. I walked around to the drive thru and knocked on the window and was told by the manager that they had changed the hours and I could only get my food by driving a car through the drive thru. I had walked to the restaurant and there was no way I was going to walk back and drive to the store. I tried to request a refund through the app, but got no help from the the bot in the app. As of this time, I paid for food that I have not received. I will never return to this store after this experience. Clearly the manager decided to close the dining room early and cover with “we changed our hours”. This is false advertisement and fraudulent.

Walking into this Burger King, the first thing that hit me was the overpowering smell a mix of stale grease and something unpleasantly sour. Outside the entrance, several homeless individuals were camped out, which made entering feel uncomfortable and a bit unsafe. It seems most customers shared this sentiment, as the majority were opting to enter and exit through the rear entrance to avoid the scene altogether. Once inside, things didn’t get any better. The staff were inattentive and unhelpful. When I approached the counter to place my order, I was told I needed to use the self order kiosk because “they can’t use the cashier at this hour.” Excuse me, but I’m the paying customer here. It was frustrating, to say the least. To make matters worse, they forgot half my order. When I brought it up, I had to explain what was missing, as if they had no clue how to handle basic customer service. The lack of care and attention was shocking. And then there was the food if you can even call it that. The chicken was wet, cold, and tasted as if it had been defrosted and served without any care. It was soggy in the worst way and honestly borderline inedible. Every bite was disappointing, and I couldn’t stomach finishing it. Overall, this place is a disaster. From the unfriendly staff to the dreadful food, everything about my visit was a letdown. Avoid this Burger King at all costs it’s not worth your time or money.

The price has skyrocketed but the food has shrunk and they are stingy with the sauce . I paid $6.99 +tax. The mozzarella cheese was like plastic...ugh, pretty gross! It was a bit dry for me so I had to go ask for marinera sauce.

I asked for a regular hamburger, they put it down as a cheeseburger, I corrected them and told them I wanted a regular hamburger and yet they still messed up and gave me a cheeseburger. When I called the number they have listed to let them know, the number was out of service. Very disappointed that they couldn’t get one simple request correct.

Hi, I'm using burger king app and never got any problem with until today. This what happened in this branch today: "701 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92701" Less than One star for the manager there and sorry from burger king👉 deserve five stars. I ordered hamburger and got it with no problem them I saw on the app a free ice cream cone with $1 purchase and I asked a lady there (Cecilia) how can I get the cone? She said this is a mobile order and I did it, I ordered 10 Pc chicken nuggets (screenshot receipt) when I was next to her and she said: right... So, I surprised when I got my order with no cone!!! And I asked on the manager (the guy in the photo) he didn't behave like a real manager and refused to give me the free ice cream cone even I showed him phone's receipt... this guy is not pro and in the wrong place. This is first negative review I'm publishing and sorry about... 07/14/2021
