It's about 3 main things in fast food maybe 4 or 5 depending on having kids or family, restrooms, and drive through versus walk-in. For me Quality, Price, Treatment, are the first 3 then speed, and if walk-in, BR and store cleanliness.
I love to dine here, The staff are amazing, and the atmosphere with the photos around Santa Ana is nice! My go to burger is the Western Bacon burger. I would eat here again!
I live a 100 yards from another location and will come to this store (#1100132) every time now. It's a lot cheaper and always taste like it should. Good on this location for keeping the standards held high.
Last Monday, I visited Carl's Jr. for the first time, unsure of what to order from the menu. Fortunately, a friendly lady named Carmen was there to assist me. She was incredibly helpful and walked me through all the options they had. After considering her suggestions, I decided to try the Diablo Double Combo in a medium size. To my surprise, the burger was outstanding; everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I was thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend this Carl's Jr. location for their exceptional service and delicious food. It's truly one of the best fast-food restaurants I’ve been to.
I love the customer service and the food is always fresh and delicious.I like how the dine is clean and the restrooms too. When ever I come by for breakfast or lunch my food is always fresh and delicious.I park my car and the parking lot is clean.I love how the fries are always hot and fresh.The people working there are always nice and greet me with a smile,even tho there’s a long line sometimes they manage to get the food out as fast as they can and always working hard everyday.
I love how they are friendly when taking my order. I always come in lunch time and they are fast in taking out the orders. It’s a good fast place to come with family and enjoy a meal. I enjoy the burger they have because there are good and fresh. Every time I go the place is always clean and sanitized. My family enjoy coming because the employees are so nice and friendly to everyone. I recommend this place because it’s a nice place to relax and have a good time enjoying delicious food and have a good time. Totally recommend this place!
This may be the cleanest Carl’s Jr we have ever visited. Food was fresh, lots of parking, and friendly staff.
After a lot of driving after hours I had built up quite an appetite. The Waze app showed CJs on my route back to Newport Beach so I pulled up just after 6am & to keep it short my food was fire af (delicious, fresh, satisfying)! I had the breakfast burger w tots and a Barqs root beer..sheeeeesh I smashed every bite of the meal and felt compelled to share with anyone thinking about coming thru to this location to not hesitate! Especially during breakfast hours. Everything was on hit! Thanks to the employees for the primo breakfast I just devoured. Lol , cheers y’all.
Now that I have braces needed utensils. Cashier was friendly and understanding of my struggle 😆. Maybe burger bites should be a thing.

5/22/2022 = 4 Star = $13 for 1 cup of draft beer, bit expensive and no choice .
I stopped in to use the restroom. They were clean as was the store as far as I could see. The food was good too

Nothing special. Cleaner than most. I go there when I go to micro center. I ordered a double and got a single. Ordered a tea and got a coke. It was still good and I didnt go back to complain because I just didn't care to and it wasn't a big deal. I'll eat again when I go back to micro center lol
Love carls jr but everytime i order here theres either something/s missing or the order is wrong🤦🏻♀️ last time i was missing the spicy chicken sandwiches, this time i ordered 2 el diablo and got 2 sad looking burgers
Friendly service but $20 for a lemon drop in a small plastic cup is ridiculous. Didn’t specify alcohol brand so the fact the bartender charged for absolut is frustrating. No rim, and didn’t taste good at all. At least it got me to relax a little before I got on my flight. Plenty of other options to grab a drink in this airport- I don’t recommend this place.
Wow, the gestapo reprimanded me to not leave with my drink, I decided to hang out, about 25 min later they asked everyone sitting in the section to leave if they are not purchasing anything as this is not a hang out spot and its only because they want to save space for their customers. Place was empty about 90% of the chairs were empty. Shortly after they physically walked around and bullied people out of chairs and said "hurry up and buy"!
Got kicked out of sitting in the corner for "all their guests" who are drinking at 9 a.m. lol. Literally nobody is here. Not a single person at the bar. I'll go stand outside your fence with my baby then. Jerks.
This place has no Belgian beer. Stella now made in USA and nothing else. Deceptive marketing.
Closed hour and a half earlier than their sign says even though ppl still drinking with the bartender at the bar.
Came in to Dine in at 9:40 pm and they kicked me out saying the dine in was closed. The website clearly states that dine in is open until 10pm. Garbage service
Went through drive thru and waited in stall for food. My order was wrong, spicy chicken was ok, but bacon swiss sandwich only had a chicken patty
