a 6 buck fish sandwich was thrown together and shoved in a bag. It barely had cheese and was sloppy. It was obvious that they didn't care. And it wasn't because it was busy. There were only 2 customers in there.

I like McDonald's. This is a first where the food was just horrible. I ordered a Big Mac and a small order of fries. The fries were hard and cold. The burger was just disgusting and I just ended up throwing it all away. It was a waste of my time and money.

I'm literally speechless. We ordered the most basic, common thing on the menu (2 sausage McMuffin w/egg meals), watched 7 or more parties who came in and ordered after us get their meals and leave at least 5 minutes before we did (several who ordered exactly the same items), and after waiting what we got was this? I'm so confused how this even happens.

Not a pleasant place to be. Street people hanging around the entrance, dirty tables, messy bathrooms, overflowing trash cans. But if the take-out service is snappy and the food is to a high standard you might forgive all that. Unfortunately, this store prioritizes delivery service orders over lobby customers so you can be waiting a long time for even a simple purchase. A guy in front of me ordered a medium black coffee, the pot for which was in plain view and full, yet he still hadn't been handed his drink twenty minutes later. My meal, when it eventually arrived, was cold and they forgot the chicken nugget bbq sauce. My advice? If you really must have McDonald's, go to a different one.

You reading reviews about a fast food you already know the taste but more importantly they advertise EBT accepted outside but inside they deny every transaction then tell you just to pay with cash or card it's just to get you in the door scummy company.

I ordered a Daily Deal and a Happy Meal, and unfortunately, the meat was extremely disappointing. It tasted off—dry and unpleasant—and I suspect it may have been old. Definitely not the quality I expected.

It says online AND in the app store that they are open 24 hours. They are not. Same goes for the one on 41st in Capitola. I'm not sure about the one on Missiom St on the west side. Just a heads up, the 3 in Gilroy are not 24 hours either.

Staff was very rude and on top of it Manager came yelling and with an attitude telling us we took picture of staff. I showed my camera throughly though I was not required to. McDonald’s App offered free fries with $10 min order. So guy partially filled paper bag. When I asked he ignored me and other lady said it is free sir (very loud) Free is offered by McDonalds as a Deal who r they to partially fill. I m filing complaint with Corporate also. Date was June 22nd and time was around 1.30pm. Manager was very rude and employees were rude also. We didn’t create a scene or were loud but she tried to create a scene. Look at pic how filled was the Medium fries we didn’t eat we just got order and showed them right away.

Our whole order was pretty much made incorrectly, even though the sticker/ticket for changes to items were attached to those items. Item #1: Added another patty and pickles. When we received it, the pickles were added, but not the extra patty. I took it back to the front counter and received a new sandwich with the extra patty, but not the pickles. There was also a stand of hair stick to the sauce of that sandwich. Item #2: Requested for less sauce and extra pickles, neither was accommodated. Item #3: Tea was not cut and had more ice than tea, even though I requested light ice.
