We very much enjoyed our food and experience here. We are frequent chipotle eaters. I felt the food looked very fresh and the counters were very clean, the pico was a deep red. Absolutely beautiful food quality. The service was very patient with my 9yr old, who is now insisting to order her own food. Our favorite location by far, wish we lived closer.

Obviously Chipotle has small portions but today I actually got good portion sizes. The worker there was super nice. Man the prices are crazy two bowls for 25 dollars is crazy. At least both had a good portion, the atmosphere was good
Chipotle has always been stingy with its portion sizes, increasingly so in recent years… but wow, this is something else. I still enjoyed it nonetheless. The rice, meat, everything, is really tasty. I just think you deserve more for what you pay. I really want to like Chipotle, but it is deserving of only 3 stars. Other than the food, the atmosphere can be comfortable but the tables are not always clean. The service also varies, but I usually don’t have any problems. Overall, 3/5.
This place is fast, but i have always found the portions smaller here than other chipotle places. We(my colleagues) mostly try to avoid this location due to their portion size. Other then that there is plenty of place to sit and of course fast service for a quick bite.
Your every day Chipotle store. Store was clean, service was fast, food was OK; my guacamole was freezing cold. It seems the size of the meals are decreasing every time I go to the store. Due these two facts I am giving 3 stars instead of 4.
My favorite Mexican food was nacho but they dont have it here but I think they have at other chipotle, iam Vietnamese but i think this place we dont call authentic Mexican food ? Am I right? Cause some other place i ate it more flavor and tasty

I always love this Chipotle location but was disappointed this evening. I arrived around 8:40P.M to order a steak bowl and guac and chips. There was a nice girl with blonde hair who was making my bowl. At the start of my order, she mentioned there is no guac for the rest of the night. Once she finished making my bowl, she passed it off to the register. I waited patiently as I could see the girl working the register, Magalie, grabbing guac from a container in the back area and place it inside of a to-go order bag. I didn't appreciate being lied to, and I couldn't understand how a restaurant that closes at 11:00P.M will not have guac for the rest of the evening. There were still 2 hours left prior to the store closing for the evening. Next time the workers want to lie to customers, I advise them to hide it better.
I went in expecting something of magic…this was not it. I hear chipotle is amazing but it was absolutely disgusting. it didn’t make me throw up but if i kept eating it probably would have. i may have just gotten a bad order but this was the nastiest take out place i have ever eaten at. not just the food was bad the staff was too. as i was making my bowl the person helping me was very clearly under the influence he was zoning out stuttering over his words and gave me the wrong amount of change like could you at least wait till your shift is over?? I would like to try a different order and definitely new location.

This service sucks. I ordered on line to pick up. My kid picked it up and brought it home. Half the order was missing. The label printed on top has the right order but they did not put everything inside. I tried calling and it diverted me to Pepper, The automated helpline. She did not help. The selected options for answers did not have what I wanted. I’m still trying to get a hold to a real person. This is a waste of my money. If I am paying for a half ass job they should charge me the the half ass price!! The label clearly says lettuce. Nothing!! I have never in my life complain about a service anywhere. This has happen to me twice at this location.

I ordered a veggie bowl and when I got home it tasted kinda funny. I saw something that looked weird in the bowl and found a lady bug cut in half. I understand things happen but this is not the first time the food has been bad quality from this location.
This order was one of the worst I've had in a long time. It had nothing to do with the delivery because that was fast and convenient but the food quality was disgusting. 1st of all the meat was dry and tasteless . The portion size was tiny (half of what I order from mom and pop store or delicious Pancho Villa just the entire food itself was tasteless. I normally get burritos from a mom &pop store or Panchovilla (my fav) but decided 2 give this a try...BIG MISTAKE!! My burrito consisted of basically 90% of rice.We ALL actually had 2- 3 bites of the food and then gave it 2 the dog's. At least tbey liked it. So me spending $65 for garbage didn't completely go to waste!! The tacos were ridiculous dry and the amount of their dry meat wouldn't fill up my cat. The quesadilla my son didnt finish because it was horrible tasting and dry meat almost made him choke. The commercials they have for this place are ridiculous it's NOTHING like you see in the commercials. The quality of this food is so disappointing I will never buy anything from here again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
What is with this covid 19 that people at Foster city chipotle are completely oblivious and absent minded. I ordered a burrito bowl in which the teenager who served it gave me hardly no chicken. I was in infuriated because I had previously went to Panda Express and left there because they were so stingy. Anyway I ordered a burrito bowl and ended up with a lettuce bowl and here is the pic to prove it!!! They are total @%#$*&!! Excuse my French

Ridiculous portions, I ordered a bowl with rice beans corn and meat and it wasn't even filling half of the bowl, the place wasn't busy, only one table was occupied and all the other tables been filthy and sticky. It's rare that I regret eating something but I do.
I’ve given this Chipotle location four separate chances, and the same issue keeps happening: mobile orders are never ready on time no matter what the app says. Even though the app consistently gives a 15 minute prep time, I’ve learned to give them extra time. I now arrive 20–25 minutes after placing my order, and still end up waiting another 20–30 minutes in-store. Worse than the delay is the lack of professionalism. Staff never apologize or show urgency. When I ask about my order, I’m told to wait while they continue serving the in-store line. Only after the line is gone do they even start mobile orders. It’s honestly much faster to just order in person, which defeats the purpose of the app they’re constantly marketing. I’ve kept proof of every order with timestamps, so I hope management doesn’t try to dismiss this as a one-time issue, if they even care. It’s clearly a consistent problem at this location. Disappointing experience for a brand that claims to prioritize digital convenience.
Avoid this location if you’re ordering online. My app sent a notification saying my food was ready for pickup, yet I had to wait an additional 20+ minutes after arriving. When I asked for an update, the staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic, offering nothing but a dismissive "you just have to wait." Total disconnect between the app and the kitchen, topped with zero customer service.
This location does not follow Chipotle standards in many aspects. The manager is restaurateur certified yet doesn’t know how to properly run a store. They make up rules that go against corporate standards.

There is a guy who he said his. Name is Juan Carlos he was so rude he was not saying not to me I was waiting more Than 2 minutes and he don’t said to wait or hi nothing bad customer service less food I wait 7 minutes to get out of the place bad customer service here
