Never too busy which is great if you're in a hurry. Parking is limited. Food seems fresh and staff are friendly

The service is very slow The music is always so loud. Only one of the lady who Mae the subway is always hard working.

Only problem I have ever run into here is 1) they tend to run out of certain foods on a regular basis ( for example meatballs) and 2) is sometimes either the workers disappear to the back of the store and either ignore the door or they can't hear when customers walk in, and if they do know they take thier sweet time to come and take your order and my final complaint 3) is most of the staff seem to either speak very little English or they act like they can't understand what you are saying.... while my family and I have had all these things happen almost everytime we go there (at least monthly) the food is always fresh and compared to the area the service can j prove but is common!

Very clean space. Servers were very attentive to my needs. THEY MADE A GREAT SUB.

I went to this subway today for my kids. Poor and Sick Deplorable Attitude from the worker with no name tag. She never smiles, she acts as if she's so mad with the world and the customers for coming there. There's never no thank you and come again. Please people do the surveys, this is where it truly hurts these restaurants. My kids food order was simple and easy so I had no problem with the food, just the light skin young lady. The manager needs to fire her. She needs to work in a warehouse in a freezer with a bunch of guys. No customers should be seeing her face AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cashier is rude, got a stank attitude and very much disrespectful! It’s not what you say but more how you say it . Very much unprofessional!

I really needed to talk to someone because my problem was complicated, but when I called the customer service number, I had to go through all these prompts that got me nowhere. And after all that, I still had no answer to my question.

They had the bread and cookies sitting there, and they said it is hot. Even though it's been sitting there for 30 minutes. 🤣🤣🤣 Never experienced that in any other subway.

I called because my bank flagged a transaction here and I don’t live anywhere near This state and asked whichever worker who picked up if someone just tried to buy something and the card got declined and they said they don’t know frustratingly. It was for $29.19. The whole conversation was 20 seconds there was legitimately nothing to get upset about.

I visited the subway almost an hour and half before closing, but the store was locked. We had to knock a couple of time before someone opened the door. Once we were let in, the guy making our sub could not be any less interested. He didn't even bother to remove his headphones as he made our order. This lead to me having to repeat every specification. He was also very stingy with the portions. The place itself was clean and well maintained. Very unprofessional staff. Love subway, but would not recommend this location.

What kinda of subway does online orders however they want? you guys don’t know how to do a sub based on ingredients that they put there ridiculous for 30 bucks online!!!!! by the way the store phone doesn’t work ridiculous!!!!

Today, I ordered from subway through Postmates. After waiting 30+ minutes, I receive a call that they did not have whip cream. I was extremely confused since I didn’t not order whip cream. After a few attempts to understand what they meant, I was told they did not have anything I wanted & that I should cancel the order. I did and was charged $40. Once I call this store & asked for the manager, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with this service. They were rude and did nothing to help. This story is a disaster and the manager should be fired.

My bread was overbaked and stale. The tuna was fresh at all. The cucumber slices was soggy. The sandwich was terrible. On top of all that, no one could tell me the special sandwich for that day. Subway is one of my favorite place but this experience may change my mind. I truly wasted my money and time stopping there.

They need to change managers ASAP! I called and asked for a simple sandwich, and I have am accent. She couldn't understand me, which is understandable, so I passed it to my friend AND THE MANAGER TOLD US TO GET AN IMMIGRATION LICENSE. I am DISGUSTED with this store, and it should either be CLOSED DOWN or have a new manager. I am appalled that they would allow such a racist person to be manager. Disgusted.

Just ordered with grub hub. Ordered Rotisserie chicken salad. OMG this salad was so wilted and looked old and refrigerated. there was no rotisserie chicken on the salad but canned chicken. GROSS. I also asked that the dressing be put on the side and it was smothering the salad now I see to hide that it was not fresh. I also ordered a Steak Wrap that arrived cold. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. DISGUSTING!

Rude management. On May 30th, I called in to complain about a rude cashier but management was even worse. Kept me on hold for over 10 minutes, picked up the phone a few times while I was holding then hung up on me. No sort of customer service. Will never come back to this store.

It was upsetting today as I was getting a sander made why will the manger not help the worker only one worker at the time it was two of them there one working she allowed her to make sandwiches I only knew she was the manger because I ask why isn’t she helping the young lady said she was the manager so I’m assuming she the manger she make you make sandwiches also after making sandwiches you have to also ring customers up at the cash register I was shocked when the sandwich maker felt like it was ok for her to have a huge line while the manger didn’t even help her poor girl the owner definitely need to look into this I have been several subway the manger or the owner if they are present at the time they help all I can say Is poor girl why would the manager just let her do so much even if your doing other things you come back to it later that’s all help the customers first she just walk around back and forth like it’s ok to have this poor girl doing all the work
