Just wanted to highlight Jeremy as his customer service was AMAZING! When ordering drive thru service around 9:10PM he was very attentive and accommodated to all of my requests in such a professional manner. I am currently on a road trip with family and he definitely makes this experience worthwhile. Jeremy deserves great recognition, thank you young man!
Inside was clean, food was hot, tea and ice were stocked and fresh, and the lady at the front helped me find a specific toy that I wanted. Very positive experience, unusual for most McDonalds. Good management.
The customer service was great & we got our order quickly. The food was hot & delicious too. I was grateful the cashier had put napkins in the bag because nowadays if you don't ask for them, they don't give you them. I have no complaints.

I made a review this place before because of how bad they treated us at getting her food out, but since then they have improved immensely Teresa at the window I’ve seen her several times and she’s always so happy and so kind. She seems like a really hard worker.

We came by the drive thru for a quick dinner pick up! Our food order was all correct. Ordered nuggets, fries, Oreo McFlurry, smoothie, and cheese danish. Everything was good. I was bummed though cause we hadn’t been by in a while and I really wanted some chocolate chip cookies, but unfortunately they didn’t have any. :( we did notice also there was some of the young staff playing around in the back area and we could see them at the back/pay window.
Great quality, good was hot! I forgot to add ketchup and buffalo sauce to my order so I called the store and asked if they could add it to the order, they hooked me up and I greatly appreciate it!!
I honestly could not believe the level of customer service I received at this McDonald’s today. I came in around 5:42 PM, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, respectful, and truly attentive — they made sure everything was correct and treated customers with real care. It’s people like this who make McDonald’s look good and set the standard for what customer service should be. The food was fresh, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the team working today — your professionalism did not go unnoticed. I will definitely be back!
This crew was pretty awesome, i have had a few experiences during the day at this McDonalds but they are getting better. This night time crew went above and beyond! They took my order when it was pretty close to closing, were extremely kind and didnt complain at all, order was perfect also, hot and fresh, also fast.

Sent my wife to get unsweetened tea at the fountain while the area was sopping wet with "danger -wet floor" signs all over the area. No lids, no straws. No one pays attention to the counter, had to yell to get someone's attention even though there were 4 people within 10 feet of me.

I'm just used to NOT having to use a computer to order my food. Think it's a good thing. I'm just not used to it. Maybe maybe after a couple times of using it. Ill put five stars

The food isn’t the problem it’s the management. Placed an order plenty of times and it’s always park at the curbside area or around to the front when ordering at the drive-through. Can’t ever get your food at the window and just leave, you’ll definitely spend about 10min waiting.
The wait was very long, I was at the drive thru not many people were there. We waited about 15 to 45 minutes. Food here is different compared to other Mc Donald's we've been to, but not in a good way. Honestly their service was okay but not great.

Walked in. The lobby was empty . The manager just looked at me and didn't pay me no mind. She walked into the little room . The worker at the window assisted me . I waited for 5 minutes for an order that was sitting ready to go.
Missing items on my order. Went back through the drive through and all they offered was to give me the missing item. After being ignored at second window after waiting over thirty minutes for one item I went in and the manager didn't offer a replacement for the now cold food and couldn't handle a request for a refund. I was able to come back later in the day and the manager on duty at the time was able to give me a refund. So it seems the issue was only with the morning crew.
The center was not clean at all, ordered sprite but got carbonated water and they rushed my order, my take out had fries spilled in it.
Not even that busy but still took 20 minutes to get my order done. It's called fast food for a reason.
I called McDonalds today, December 29th, 10+ times. I ordered on DoorDash and once again this store has forgotten my meals after meals after meals. I’m tired. I’m calling this store out for being horrible with communication, food, and service. Don’t take this lightly, this store won’t fulfill your hunger if you’re choosing to buy from here. Consider your options elsewhere.
Took 45 minutes to get our food through the drive through. They had us pull off to the side and we waited for 30 minutes before we went inside to see where our food was at. When we went inside nothing was ready and the lady was very rude to my pregnant wife. They had one person working the register, cleaning the lobby and bringing the food out to people outside she was working hard but had not help from the people in the kitchen
Ordered nuggets and they're covered in charred flakes. Either the fryer or prep area is not clean because those nuggets are not appetizing, especially the smell of burnt crumbs -- personally, I don't think they're safe to eat and not going to find out. I will not go to this location anymore - had several bad experiences already but this takes the lead. If anyone goes for convenience at around 3 PM, at least check your food.

Food prepared without gloves, raw patties, no one serving, dirty, I waited a long time for someone to approach me, I asked for gloves, and she made a displeased and surprised face. I ask the health department to come here and inspect this garbage dump because children eat there! And I advise you not to go there at all and that they should be closed down completely, it's the worst McDonald's in San Antonio.

I experienced super slowfood at a No.1 Fast-food restaurant in US.
It seems the drive through is the only line being served. I had to use the kiosk to place my dine in order and been waiting for 37 minutes. It’s a Big Mac meal folks!!! One Big Mac meal. I didn’t even get a cup for the drink yet
Waited in curbside as that was the option I chose, waited about 30 minutes and never got my order, seen many a different cars arrive and receive their order and leave even tho they were here after me, had to cancel the order as I don’t have all day for my lunch break. Service was damn near non existent, went inside to the counter to see what was up, nobody attended me or anything, straight up ignored me, forget this place, if you want good service, try elsewhere, this place isnt the one, I’d give this place negative stars if possible.
Went to order through drive thru at 9:09pm got our food. I always check the bag because there is always missing food. But today I didn’t, and sure enough we were missing food. Went back through the entrance we tried getting a workers attention no one ever acknowledged us. We went through the drive thru we didn’t get the rest of the food until 9:48. This is ridiculous but that’s what I get for going to McDonald.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to living in about 8 states in my life. Confused staff, 30 minute wait time in the drive thru. Food is GUARANTEED to be cold when you get it. Different staff members every time, which is understandable most likely to an incompetent management staff.
I'm writing this while waiting. The man at the drive thru stole my receipt at the second window so I couldn't leave review. $19 for a 10 piece meal and a triple cheeseburger. Was told they cannot make the triple cheeseburger a meal. Charged an extra $3.20 for a frappe on top of the meal. I don't appreciate being lied to and then attempted silenced because of their crappy service.
Cashier didn’t wanna be cashier, she wanted me to use the filthy screen (very dirty) to order my food. I told her soon you will lose your job just like she told me technology is the new thing. Now I’m pissed and will not be going to McDonald any more . This is why we are going to technology because customer service is not a thing anymore
Spent 45mn-an hour inside waiting for my food, when it came my food and drink were both messed up. They remade my food and drink and got the food wrong a second time. Overall a very frustrating experience that caused me and my coworker to be late for work and forced to eat lunch in a rush driving back.
This place sucks so much!!! Their service is ridiculous no matter the time of day. My wife placed an order for pick up 28 min. Before we got there and they took an additional 15 min. after we got there to receive our order which made us late to eat lunch with our daughter. Not only that, we were missing a ten piece nugget which made us even more late because my wife had to run inside to get it. This place needs better management and better staff. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
The service is terrible, there were 3 girls literally hanging around while we waited for our food. I waited for more than 20 minutes for a coffee. Because of waiting so long, my food got cold, and the 3 girls just didn't do anything.
Just went to get some breakfast on the way home. When we told the girl in the drive through our order she was snappy and rude. Then she told us to wait in a curbside spot for a very long time. They proceeded to give us the wrong order twice. When we asked for a refund they tried to tell us is would take 30 minutes to get a refund because a manager wasn’t in and that they would just fix the order a 3rd time. When my husband refused and said he would wait 30 minutes for the refund, they magically were able to give us a refund right away. Ridiculous
I hadn’t been in a McDonald’s in 10 years I walked in this McDonald’s. There were no menus. Boards There was nobody at the cash register. All it was was a machine, but you had to stand up an order and then put a credit card in. There was no handed a $10 bill to anybody so I just had to walk out and went up the road. Found another McDonald’s with normal human people working in there.
Ordered inside on the mobile app and it took over 10 minutes to get my food. They prioritize drive-through over anything else. I guarantee you they didn’t make somebody sit up the drive-through window for 10 minutes waiting for their food. Bathrooms were nasty. Drink counter was disgusting. Would not recommend this McDonald’s.
Will echo the other recent reviews. Employees will tell you to pull over and then forget about you or bring you an incorrect order. I will no longer pull over for them and they hate it. Pimply faced teenage "manager" will tell me how Im the one responsible for holding up their line. Yeah ok, not my problem. Perhaps your metrics should reflect the time it actually takes you to provide service. Then magically I get my order and everything I need straws, napkins, ketchup promptly without having to go in.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We ordered food at 12:05. Waiting until 12:30. Placed to be delivered to table. At 12:30 I went to the front, and was COMPLETELY ignored by everyone (there were SEVERAL people working). I had to ask and no one knew where my order was. Turn out it was handed off to someone else. Then I asked for my money back and they said no they would get us our order. 15 minutes later and several more people getting their orders out, we got ours cold, and with disgruntled looks. Super frustrated. If we would have been acknowledged and even told I’m sorry we would have understood however the RUDENESS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. We will never come back to this McDonalds.

I wish I had taken a picture of everything. My Egg McMuffin came Reuther pieces missing and a black egg, but I tossed and fed parts to the dog. Then we opened the pancakes and found a good one on top, half of one in the middle, and a few pieces making up a pancake on the bottom. Not eating here again. Seems like they drop everything on the floor and then serve it.

the employees here don’t know how to do anything , line stays long. They need to train the employees on how to do the most basic stuff because it’s unacceptable to be told they can’t do the simplest tasks.

We were in town at the splash pad so opted to stop by for a quick lunch. Unless you are in the drive-thru, expect very little of the establishment. We ordered through the self-station and had to check in with the front just to receive our five drinks. THIRTY MORE MINUTES passed and we went to the front again . . . they forgot to make our order so we left. From the service to the atmosphere, everything was chaotic, disorganized, and prolonged. I mean at point the manager was scolding a young lady, an employee, that was trying to help us. NEVER AGAIN.
I never have problems with the food, at least that was good but the store itself is terrible. As soon as we walked in we almost slipped because the floors were recently mopped with probably week old water because it smelled like sewer in there. There was no working cash register and only 2 working kiosks. Nobody could stop for a second to say be right with you or hello nothing. I had to wave down one of the workers to ask them if they can take my order because I wanted to pay cash, he left and didn’t come back so my husband paid on one of the kiosks. The ice wasn’t working on the soda machines and there was no ketchup or napkins, I once again had to hunt down a worker to give me ketchup and napkins. What’s going on guys??
I just sat at your drive through to order for 15 minutes and no one responded to take my order. So I left and went to Whataburger that got me in and out in 3 minutes

Disgusting food. These nuggets literally seem to have been cooked yesterday , how can they serve this to people?! Look at it, literally just ordered it drive through. They charge me wrong !!! $ 17.37 when I went to the 2 window to pick up my food i let them know and they ask for my card to fix it .today I check my transactions and they give me the 17.37 back but charge me twice $10.71 and $13.70 when they should only charge me $10.71 !!! IF I COULD DO ZERO I WOULD. I used to go to this location because it used to be the good location not anymore last four times I've been there has sucked. I will get to all the other issues later , but for now let's talk about my most recent visit yesterday morning for breakfast. I order my food on the app prior at 7:39 I go in used the screens to order two large drinks while im waiting on my food so take my receipt up to counter i set there good ten minutes waiting until finally someone approached me and said my number handed me the cups at this point I ask him where do I pick up my online order and can u check to see if its done I was quoted 2 to 5 minutes he said ok thats it and then never spoke to me or let me know about it or nothing so I wait and wait after about 45 minutes go by I go up about to say something then I hear the cook yell my number and say here this for the order and he pulls out a bag puts my burritos in it then walks away again to help customers at the register who had also been waiting a long time, then while the cook making my hashbrowns and sandwiches I see a lazy employee hollering where is her bacon mcgriddle and the cook has already made mine and some other lady puts them in my bag so this lazy employee grabs one out of my bag for someone in the drive thru and shrugs her shoulders and laughs me and my husband both saw it he was pissed I was like well jokes on her then will be back in because I order mine no eggs.So after all that waiting not one time did they say sorry or anything. Two ladies left without their food or a refund then one lady ask for her money back said she couldn't wait any longer mind you she waited about half the time I did but as soon as she said this they made sure they got her food in like 2 seconds. Now all that aside here are the problems that persist and have been at this mcd for over a year now, one it looks dirty when we go inside, the left soda fountain ice machine has worked since can't remember when and their co2 tank obviously doesn't work cos the soda on the side has no carbonation, the one on right only one that works and im always iffy about using that one because the cabinet under neath or the trash can in between one smells like they are hiding a dead body I kid u not. It is horrible smell. The ketchup dispenser in middle has never worked not to big of a deal but all the ones in new braunfels does and they have napkins you have to ask for them here and they give you like 3 napkins and 3 ketchup for my family of 5. All around i would have to say this has become the worst mcd I have been to, its not as bad if you use the drive and more than half the time they do have you pull into pickup and you still have to wait but nothing like 45 minutes usually.
This was, without a doubt, one of the most abysmal fast-food experiences I have ever had. We placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving, hoping for a quick and efficient pick-up, but what we got was a masterclass in disorganization and apathy. At the drive-thru, it was immediately clear they couldn't locate our order number. Despite asking for a receipt (which we never received), we were eventually ushered to the next window to keep the line moving. There, we were bafflingly asked if we ordered a sweet tea – a stark contrast to our actual order. After another wait, we were then directed to window 3. This is where the real nightmare began. We waited for a solid 10 minutes, watching in disbelief as the next 5-6 cars behind us were all shunted into parking spots, seemingly because food production had ground to a halt. The sheer inefficiency was astounding. Fed up with the interminable wait, I went inside. I spotted an order runner with our food and, still missing a receipt, asked for it. What I encountered next was truly infuriating. One "manager" was openly playing on his phone on the customer side of the counter, completely oblivious or simply uncaring about the chaos unfolding around him. I approached another manager, requesting my receipt. He took my food around a corner, out of sight, and disappeared for 2-3 minutes before returning – still without the receipt! When I asked about the holdup, he claimed there was only one cook on the line, a blatant lie given the clear presence of 5-10 employees milling about in the back. Then, this "manager" simply walked away, leaving me standing there. I then asked the first manager about the store's General Manager, to which he flippantly replied, "he quit." When I pressed for the owner's information, he falsely claimed they couldn't provide it before also walking away, abandoning me again, still without a receipt. During this entire ordeal, the store was a scene of utter chaos. 10-15 people were inside, all waiting for food, many of them former drive-thru customers who had given up and come inside, desperately asking about their orders. "Management" ignored them all. A sweet, young lady at the register was visibly dumbfounded, unable to locate my receipt in the system. The collective frustration was palpable as customers, who had ordered well in advance, continued to wait, ignored and increasingly impatient. Ultimately, we had to leave without our food because we had another commitment. This McDonald's location is a prime example of everything wrong with customer service and management. The lack of organization, the blatant disregard for customers, the outright dishonesty, and the sheer number of employees doing nothing while customers waited endlessly is simply unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs.
I came from Houston to see my family in Seguin and went to this McDonalds for breakfast. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Flies everywhere, the staff is a mess and can’t handle the crowds. I had to make several trips to the registers to ask for missing items and witnessed other customers complaining about their wrong orders, it was a total disaster.
Beautiful restaurant but the wait is really way to long. It took 25 minutes. One of the employees was arguing with an upset customer who had been waiting for 30 minutes. If they are hoping to not be fast food, then they are the winners!
Seriously the SLOWEST place ever!! Even if you order through the app!! It won't make a difference!! Never get the order correct either. Too much talking in the back, not enough working on orders.
The customer service here was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. The employees were rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I understand that everyone has bad days and can’t provide perfect service everyday but I’ve been to this location MULTIPLE times and each time I leave and say to myself “never again” they will leave food out of your order, serve you old, cold food and then have the audacity to get upset and mutter things under their breath at you when you go inside and POLITELY try to get the order correct. Just a heads up!
Yesterday we went to McDonald’s at Hwy 46 and IH 10 East at around 9:00 am . We were greeted at the door by a young man a told it would be a 30-40 minute wait time. Staffing issues. Unacceptable! This is a franchise, why wasn’t owners and or staff from other locations involved? Funny that Bill Millers next door was packed and had plenty of staff . I’m pretty sure Whataburger was open and fully staffed. This is a management issue. Chic Fil A next door opening soon , some how they will find all the people they need . The location across HEB is just as bad . Long wait times and order is always wrong. Do better McDonald’s or just shut your doors
This McDonald’s location doesn’t even deserve a one start to write this review! Horrible customer service, they can’t talk to people right. Food is always wrong. We stopped going for a good while went tonight and we remember why we stopped going. This location needs new management and definitely new staff. Also better training! Ridiculous.

I’ve worked at McDonald’s and go to multiple McDonald’s and ask for it. They all give me fresh but apparently this McDonald’s they rather reheat them argue with you . I’m done wasting my money here. It’s happened every single time. I’m driving to McDonald’s in town they are way better and that’s probably why they are always packed. Because apparently the people who work at the one on the highway can’t do their jobs. It’s ridiculous to have to keep driving back to get it fixed and they don’t I told them if you don’t want to make them fresh I’ll take a refund. What happened here today, ordered on my mobile app and still waited almost an hr, drive thru speaker didn’t work,drive thru service was slow, went inside for my order and every one was zombie like, food was cold,they forgot our nuggets and didn’t even know if my food came w drinks or not, it was horrible, I will not be returning to this store again.
I made a door dash order they had terrible service. The driver was there almost an hour terrible cold food. Phone goes to full mailbox just whole thing stubk
They seem very understaffed. Cars were waiting a very long time to just order through the drive thru despite not having any cars at the window. As someone who works in this type of service we never have cars wait this long no matter how busy it is.
I waited in drive through for 20 minutes before the vehicle in front of me moved. I was trapped between 2 vehicles so I couldn't leave. I finally made it to the speaker and they asked if I was using a mobile app, I replied no. Then there was silence for 45 seconds. I said hello and there was no response. I left and went to Burger King down the street and had my food within 1 min. McDonald's has really lost its appeal and I will not return
Was just there in the drive thru a girl said something to me. Couldn't understand. Day there saying hello for almost 8 mins. I was the only customer there and got no service at ay
Not sure why this place has gone downhill so fast. Over the past week, the few times I’ve come for breakfast the wait is RIDICULOUS. There’s maybe 3 cars in front of me and I had to wait TWENTY minutes. And this morning my suasage biscuit was hard!!! It’s $3 and I know I shouldn’t be upset but I don’t think I’ll be returning. It’s not worth it.
Absolutely the worst customer service and food quality ever. McDonald’s has gone downhill so bad! I was there today for lunch and my ticket time was almost 30 minutes for an order of 10 piece nuggets and a crispy chicken sandwich. When I asked the manager what the status was, she just kind of frowned at me and grabbed my receipt which I never got back. Eventually, I got my food. And of course, everything was cold when I asked for everything to be cooked to order. I will never go back again!
Well… the customer service is the worse I’ve ever experienced. The food was horrible, tastes like it’s been sitting on a counter all day. The restaurant smelled terrible when you walk in. Like they haven’t cleaned in months. The woman who was giving me my food called my number and once she saw it was a BLACK person. She sat it on a counter and walked off. In my opinion as a business owner… I would fire everyone!
Nasty lady behind the counter forgot my coffee and got upset because I mentioned it. So I got no cream or sugar. Lol! Quit if you hate your job. Edit: Turns out she gave me the wrong sandwich as well. Waste of money, won't be coming back here.
I ordered for dine in. The girl called my table tent number instead of bringing it to me. I go get my food and it’s just sitting on the counter in a bag. After I go back to my table, I realize there was no jelly/jam, so I go back to the counter and the girl with the glasses was talking to the guy on the food line. He looked up at me but she never did. She went and got him a cup of water and he started drinking it while on the food line, spilling some on his close. The manager came and assisted me with my jelly. The workers there were very inattentive and the service was poor.
Fries were cooked in old oil the fries had what looked like black pepper on them. But it was burnt particles from old grease. Chicken sandwich were not fully wrapped, I got mayo all over my hands all 11 sandwich had more mayo they should have. Chicken nuggets tasted old and dry
Trash from the delivery side to the drive thru to walk in. Dont even waste your time. Luckily Chick-fil-A is next door but it ain’t much better just cleaner. Somebody shut this place down. Please like for real please shut it down. If ya wanna get sick and disappointed then try it out…bill millers is bad too… keep driving. Bad exit
My husband called me this morning around 5 am ish after arriving in seguing for his job and stated he got one syrup for his pancake and was charged for the syrup, they manager stated they charge for extra but he only got one syrup and not an extra, this is clearly scamming the customers just for one .. I can see if he would of asked for like 5 syrups but for one this is very concerning, plus when you try to use the points they take the whole points and don't let you use the rest of the points.. clearly this is not what it used to be .. people should now head to the new burger places or chick fil a .. shoot maybe Whataburger they have better quality food and employees there .. that's why people do what they do because of extra charges and how they are treated.. I hope corporate see this ..
Again they forgot half my order. Delayed when bringing out the other half. Kept forgetting what I ordered. They acted annoyed when I mentioned the error. Then brings me a completely different order that isn't mine. Not sure what's going on with this place.
Horrible customer service ! Management needs to do better at staffing fully and teaching their employees good etiquette. The managers leave their employees hanging, out for the wolves most of the time. Every time I go my mobile order is always wrong and I can never get it taken care of because no one answers the phone !!! Also expect a wait time of 30-40 minutes. One star is being generous
I asked for nfl bundle 2 fries 8 burgers and 20 nuggets waited 30 min cold food and 18 nuggets… learn how to count. And I still had to give you one star and my meal was $26. No stars if I could and called 12x and you don’t answer the phone. Go back to school and learn how to count
OMG, this McDonald's sucked! I ordered at the kiosk and waited 15 minutes for my food. Then they messed up my hot and spicy. I ordered tomatoes 🍅 on there, and they didn't put them. I had to go back in and wait again. So frustrating!! A bunch of kids playing around instead of working!
I’m a usual customer that comes every week and I can say every single time I order from the drive thru, to mobile orders, to dine in I’ve had to wait over 20-30 minutes unless it’s breakfast items!! They consistently check your orders off their list like they are taking care of you but forget about you till they give you old dried out food! 4 double cheeseburgers with one cheese and all of them are dried out and no they’re not McDoubles And no it’s not because I waited to get home to see the quality of my food. It’s because your cooks decided to leave your beef patties in the warmers over 30 minutes. And you can tell they cook more than what they are supposed to at a time because of the quality of the meat. The staff needs to understand that the meat is burnt from the start and then it gets worse while they’re getting cooked while distributing the orders and ignoring them there to get other people out. This is a coordinated problem here. And I can say the one calling the shots is not making the right calls here. I wasn’t the only one upset at the time either. Other people just got their long lasting orders and left. The girls are polite and always welcoming but there is no authority after that! Someone please get a grip or pay your loyal workers more to step in. Because this is not my first time I’ve had to wait for my food or had poor quality.
