I stopped there in the evening around 6 pm after a hike at Harriman. I ordered a small coffee light and sweet with milk, a chocolate glazed donut and a banana. The donut was typical of a Dunkin Donuts chocolate glazed, the banana was just right and the coffee was perfectly prepared, perfectly.

We stopped on our way back from a strenuous hike. One of our hiker was severely exhausted. I needed to get an electrolyte drink and some food quickly. I suppose the owner instantly obliged and even before the entire order was placed and paid for. We appreciate his kindness very much.

Service is ok. Bathroom is always clean. They are mostly fast. Not much traffic at one given time.

This place is decent, I get coffee, donuts, and most importantly, bathroom when I go hike Harriman. Can't hit the trail without a couple of glazed and a chocolate glazed now can you. They are adequately friendly and the food is decent too.

Very busy on Sunday. Had to wait just for a Medium hot coffee. But it wasn't burned or over heated and just as I ordered. Parking lot can be very full and hard to get in and out.

I usually do mobile orders here, they’ve gotten my orders right each time and fairly quickly too. And simply if they mess it up, just ask them to make you a new one.

The donuts were pretty on par. It was a bit crowded since it was small. There was also a smaller donut selection. I got a Kreme Delight Donut and it was pretty good. The bathroom was also respectably clean for the age of the store. Overall, I’d say this is a good place to get a snack if in Sloatsburg, New York.

It's a Dunkin so food is as expected but the space seems dirty with debris on the floor along with what looks like mud everytime I visit. Staff could also be a little more friendly or smile more but that could because of understaffing.

I told him to just put it back because no one touched and it was still clean I knew none of my friends would eat it. Attention is soo bad.. need training and they dont even understand the difference between regular and decaf and very unattractive crew.. but there are very good donuts and coffee and thats is the reason for 2 stars.

Ordered a Brown Sugar ice coffee. They took my order charged me then told me they no longer have that. They then tried to sell me something else and I just asked for a refund which was apparently quite a hassle.

I do not recommend this Dunkin if you like safe food handling. I paid and then realized they use their hands to pick up the donuts. No glove or even a paper, or tongs like most places. He had just handled money and I wondered what other safe food handling rules they ignore. I threw the donut away.

Stopped here on a road trip, got coffee and really needed to use the bathroom and they literally don’t let their own customers use the bathroom. It’s seriously ridiculous. I understand covid and everything but if you own such a business, take measures to clean it or rotate the bathrooms This is exactly why I don’t come to Dunkin’ as much anymore.

Older Indian woman at the register overcharges. I got a $3 combo, which she rang up at $4.50. She told me its for ice coffee, then she said that only the sandwich is $3 even though it clearly said "DD Combo". After the fact, on the receipt, the sandwich was $2 and coffee was also $2. She charged the two items separately and changed her story 3 times as to why its an extra $1.50. Good job, you made yourself an extra $1 but lost a customer. Never going back there again.

Mobile app orders are never ready when I arrive. I put in the order 10-15 mins before arriving, then they wait until I’m standing there for 10 minutes in the store to even start making it. Drinks are not exactly as ordered 50% of the time(wayyyy too much milk, or missing flavorings).

I can’t believe this store has an employee like Abdul around for so many years. Do NOT come to this store if you wanna be treated rudely. I frequent this DD on a daily basis. I only go here because I live in this town. The owner of this franchise is the rudest most disrespectful person I have met who calls himself a business owner. His motto is the customer comes last. Do yourself a favor and find another DD. He also owns the Suffern and Mahwah stores. I am going to stay away from them as well. RUDE... I cannot empathize how rude this establishment is to paying customers. The guy making my drink gave me such a nasty attitude I was shocked. As I waited for my drink I saw him speak like that to other customers and that prompted me to write this... perhaps a change of staff to fix the problem.

Making a 2 year pee outside because you're not allowing paying customers to use the bathroom is a shame. You can't pick and choose who you allow to use it. I love getting Dunkin donuts coffee. Went the other day to this location I was on the road about 3 hours and stopped for coffee and to use the restroom. This is not the first time or first location that I've asked to use the restroom and been told it's out of order. They said no. I finally said I am done doing business with Dunkin donuts. I'm sure it will not phase them but they sure do leave a customer feeling pretty annoyed.

Horrible HORRIBLE service since forever honestly. They always get my order wrong, no matter how simple it is. Terrible attitude. If you don’t want to work in customer service and at least fake that you want to do your job, then work anywhere else where you don’t have to interact with the public. It’s not just a once in a while thing, they’re rude ever. single. time. I’d put up with the horrible attitude if you at least made my drink right. Then I can’t even ask them to fix it because they screw it up worse on purpose almost. Save you time and patience and go literally anywhere else!

If I could give less stars than I would absolutely give it less! Drinks are always made wrong, employees in the morning would rather tell you the oven doesn’t work, it will take 15 minutes to warm up, or 2 minutes- if you work in emergency services they especially do not like you and change their whole attitude when you approach the register. I’ve been to a lot of DD but never ever been so surprised by the lack of actual service or CUSTOMER SERVICE being offered. I would rather go to a gas station for coffee. Best advice avoid this DD at all cost!!!

This place is terrible! The owners are extremely rude! I ordered plain bacon and was give a bagel with bacon. They consistently get my orders wrong and I didn’t want to deal with it. When I asked for my money back the female owner just started screaming and yelling at me telling me no I can have the bacon. I was mortified to be treated so terribly, especially in a place filled with other customers. When I order on the app it’s never ready so for this order I went inside. It’s no wonder they have so many bad reviews they have terrible customer service.

I placed a mobile order for a large hot chai latte with oat milk and espresso and paid over 8 dollars for it and the idiots at the store literally did not put any chai in the drink. It was just a cup of oat milk with a single shot of espresso. The employees were also very rude, especially the cashier. 0/10 I do not recommend this location to anyone and will not be going here again.

The main cashier was very rude. My friends and I stopped by and had some talks and laughs but he didn’t allow it, saying this place has to be kept quiet. We are not in a library or a church, don’t really understand why we cannot have chats in a coffee shop. I never leave reviews nevertheless, poor ones but the Indian man that works here mainly at the register has to be one of the worst customer service workers I’ve ever met. He had such a horrible attitude no matter the time or day you come in. The staff is rude I go there every weekend because I work in the area . The manager is not nice and the staff seems to get annoyed when you ask them to make your drink a certain way. I feel that since we are paying for our drinks we should get what we want. They get annoy and make it wrong. I asked for a certain flavor and I didn't get what I wanted.
