The last guy who served me was really nice, friendly, and had a great vibe. He took my bill quickly and brought me my coffee quickly. They made it with a ton of Nutella. I like it.
The nice thing is that you order on board your car which reduces customer interaction, however the service is good.

A great place for coffee-based drinks. The service was a little slow (at the walk-up window) but the wait was totally worth it, plus Diego was super friendly. I would definitely go back :D (I just wouldn't order the chocolate muffin again haha, it's way too fatty and sugary).

They take an excessive amount of time, the wait time after paying is more than 10 minutes.
The service is incredibly slow, and even slower if you arrive without a car. They prioritize cars even if you arrived much earlier at the window.
Lately, the service has become very slow. It had been a while since I'd shopped at this branch, and this morning when I went by, there were two of us in our cars, and it took them more than 10 minutes to serve us. At other branches, they serve at least three or four cars in that same amount of time. Regarding the food, I'm not giving it five stars because of the pastries they sell here. They're too sweet for my taste, there isn't much variety, and the price is high for what they offer. As for the coffee, I really like it and enjoy it, as well as the other drinks they have available. The staff is respectful, and that's about it.
Even when you order on the app, they're very slow. Sometimes the bagel is good. I've had it delivered burnt on the edges. I hope you're lucky.

The truth is that the service leaves much to be desired, the woman who attended and the one who delivered the product was very rude, she threw it at me and closed the window, I asked for the sweetener separately and she added it to the product, what a shame, my first time and the last in those places and the truth is I don't want to experience if the others are different, the bad treatment, I think they should check the hiring filters since people in general have different ways of being, but the filtering should choose people who at least 60% of their profile corresponds to people who are really for customer service, 🤮

If you're not coming by car, don't even bother coming to this cafe. I waited 22 minutes for a cold lemon Americano. They served me at the window, and then I had to wait about 12 minutes standing up before they deigned to take my order. While they waited, they served and served 8 cars (I counted them), and they only prepared my order when they felt like it, even though there were 6 people working at that moment.
