First male cashier was attentive and friendly, then I approached the counter once more to get a drink refill, and a female server was a bit rude the way she told me they don't have free refills when I never asked for a free one. I ended up paying for my refill and another drink as well. The establishment had dirty floors and tables as well which makes no sense since there were plenty of personal just walking around. Overall in a scale from one to ten, I give it a six. Thank you.

These past few days/weeks I've been buying from them and the quality has been very poor: cold, stale bread and terrible service. They no longer want to sell products after 9:30. The manager on duty isn't doing his job properly; they need to look into that. For now, I won't be buying there anymore.

While the food is very good, on many occasions the desired sides or basic items were unavailable. When you ask for the toy from the children's package, they rarely have it.

Cold, dry food! How is it possible that, during almost empty hours, they can do this kind of thing? The food tastes overcooked; out of politeness, we finish it. But I wouldn't go back.

We went to buy the bucket, it took them a long time to give us our order, we used to like it when you could order it with spicy BBQ sauce and now you have to buy it separately, we bought 4 small bottles of the sauce for 19 pesos each, of which only one bottle was refilled, they gave them to us almost empty, at least if you're going to sell them, put them full.

Absolutely awful! I ordered a 3 piece white meat combo. Ended up getting raw, mixed chicken that was sopping with oil. Had no KFC seasoning at all. Meal was also missing the cole slaw. Threw the whole thing in the garbage. KFC management really needs to look into this place. After this experience, I may never go back to KFC. Nauseous just thinking about it.
