We spent a day in Soria, and after seeing the reviews we went there... I highly recommend it. Fast service, and spectacular croquettes: we ordered two, one with ham and one with boletus mushrooms, which were tremendous, as were the torreznos. Small and quite busy, but with a great atmosphere and good prices: two beers, two croquettes, one with bravas, and one with torreznos... all €20!!! Definitely a repeat!!!

Probamos las almitas (torreznos en láminas finas) que estaba buenas pero creo que calientes ganarían más, la tortilla de patata trufada con mozzarella, que estaba buena y la cecina de león que fue, sin duda, lo que más nos gustó. El bar es pequeño y tuvimos que comer en terraza. El camarero joven que había fue muy simpático.

Buen bar para un picoteo. Las almitas están buenas, pero mejor el torrezno. Las croquetas muy cremosas.

A classic neighborhood bar, it does its job perfectly: friendly service, simple but delicious food, and low prices. The menu is simple but effective: tapas, small plates, a variety of Spanish omelets, hamburgers, and sandwiches. Enjoy it all with a perfectly poured draft beer, and you won't need anything else. The "almitas" are a standout: thin, crispy fried pork belly chips. Absolutely addictive. The Spanish omelets and the "huevos rotos" (broken eggs) are also excellent. For a quick, cheap meal with great service, it's ideal.

If you want to try typical Soria tapas, this is a good place to do it. The torreznos (fried pork belly) were freshly made and delicious. The only downside was that it was very crowded and they didn't offer table service.

We ate at Torcuato restaurant and overall the experience was good. We ordered almitas (small fried almonds), croquetones (large croquettes), huevos rotos (broken eggs), and torrezno (crispy pork belly). The least impressive item was the almitas, which arrived cold, and being fried, one would expect them to be hot. On the other hand, the croquetones were very tasty, the huevos rotos were a good portion, and the torrezno, although delicious, was a bit small. The service was excellent; the waiters were very attentive and friendly. It's a recommendable place, although there's room for improvement in some areas, especially regarding the value for money and the doneness of some dishes.

A bar well-known in Soria for its tortillas and "Almitas" (very, very thin fried torreznos). It's true that their "Almitas" are delicious and are another way to eat the typical torrezno from Soria. Regarding the bar, it's self-service, with no set hours, and no kitchen on a Friday at 1:00 PM. Even so, it's always packed.

I came back to this place due to a fond memory from the previous year, but the memory was tainted this time by extremely poor service. We sat at a table outside for about 15 mins and then my wife went inside to ask and order a drink and some food. After quite a long wait my wife had to go back inside to find out food, still waiting on the bar and brought it out herself. After finishing the rather lacklustre patatas bravas, and some Almitas, we had to wait another long period of time before someone came out again. We asked for the bill, only to be told to go and pay inside. I definitely won't be returning here on our next trip to Soria!

All the good things I could say about the food and atmosphere are overshadowed by the poor service (the manager, the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly). They practically kicked us out of our table so their friends could have dinner. I've never been asked to vacate a table with such arrogance and rudeness. A little courtesy would have sufficed. It wasn't because we hadn't ordered anything, which is the usual excuse; we'd already had several rounds of beers, soft drinks, and tapas.

Appalling service. I wouldn’t recommend it. Staff serve their friends while you wait invisible. Avoid!
