All of our blizzards were melting when they were handed to us. We had to stop to eat them in our car because they were making a huge mess.

UPDATE* 12/31/19 Went back to give it another try because its close and was given some gift certificates for Christmas. It is still a major dissapointment and the service, especially the manager today who was taking orders atvthe drive thru, is terrible. First, drove thru last week and my order came out to $10.05 which was great because the card was $10 and I had a nickel. It was fine enough for fast food, but the drink was still bad so I threw that out. Today I decided to go back becasue I have another $10 card I wanted to get rid of. Placed the exact same order and it came out a little more. Just change, but still strange. I asked and they said they charged for the cheese. This meal comes with cheese as it is clearly in the photo and on the website. The "manager" argued saying that the number one didnt come with cheese. Even after trying to epalin the picture and the website shows it has cheese she still refused to confirm or admit she could be wrong. I said I expected 2 pieces of cheese and she said no. I was done arguing with her and just left only to get home and see my order was all wrong. (I know I should have checked before leaving.) So I had to go back. Now I had to wait again. SHe finally came to the front and again I pointed out the picture right next to her head and showed her the site on my phone and she still argued it. Either way they had to remake my food so I told her I expected 2 pieces of cheese since she overcharged me. She yanked the bag from the counter hissy fit style and chunked it in the trash. They remade it correctly, but I honestly didnt trust what came back to me so I ended up throwing it out. The girl at the drive thru and the guy working the register tried to be as nice and polite as they could be, but the girl wearing the orange jacket without a name tag showing needs to be retained on the menu and customer service espacially if she is supposed to be a manager. The drink was still disgusting like they havent ever cleaned the machine. Just drove thorough a few minutes ago. They are new so have some things to work out, but it needs to happen quick. First the drainage in the parking lot is terrible. At least 12 hours after the rain and there is almost a foot of standing water in 2 places because of poor design. It dips down a lot in those places. In one puddle I did see a drain, but nothing was moving. It was the first major rain since they have been there. but it is really something that needs to be addressed. The food is mostly good. About as good as you can expect from DQ, the drinks tasted like it came from an old machine that hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the fries were so salty and cold they were inedible. I live literally a 2 minute drive from here so there is no reason for cold food.

Do not recommend. Servers seemed confused on orders and the quality of food is not up to par.

This location is a hit or miss...I paid $2.99 for a regular size Jalitos. Not a full order and filled with crumbs. I'm sure they put more in a burger.

You need to stop lying about your hours of operation, it is before 10 PM and you are already closed. I haven't been there in 2 years. I guess you won't see me back again.

Slop shop. Only been twice, and learned today why it's always deserted. Guy who took my order was nice enough to me. But he got into an argument with a 70-something Karen. She was showing him something about her receipt. There was some confusion about fries or something. Sounded like an honest misunderstanding from what I could tell. Yes, she was obviously irritated, but still composing herself. So was he, but they kept low-key arguing. He eventually refunded her meal and told her to sit down and eat and then never come back. She said she certainly wouldn't, or something to that effect. She was starting to walk away, when bro said "you just don't know how to order." Sigh.. Bro, if you're reading this - you did NOT have to say that. That was stupid. That boomer turned around and got in his face, raised her voice, demanded he "show her his face" and "look her in the eyes". He refused. To his credit, he never raised his voice, but he clearly didn't know how to de-escalate and just let-it-go. You work at dairy queen, bro. It's cranky boomer central! Then he started going off about how he's "legal" and his parents were immigrants and yada yada. Maybe she said something racist? I couldn't hear it all. Then she was all "well I'll tell the police so and so!" And he was like, "That's fine! I'll tell them such and such!"... All the while I'm just sitting there, face in palm, waiting for my food. Speaking of which, it was gross. I got the burger thing with jalepenos on it. It came out piping hot, but not in the right way. The wrapper was hot to the touch. The bun was hot, the lettuce was wilted, steam billowed out of it as I tried to cool it down to make it edible - pretty sure it had been microwaved to oblivion. Probably made earlier and nuked to radioactive levels when I ordered it. The meat was gray and nasty. I didn't finish it. I only went because I had a gift card that I won in a white elephant. I still have $5 on the card. I will not be using it.

Very disappointed today. Didn't have steak fingers, didn't have chocolate for dip cones, and almost all the beverages in their machine were unavailable. Settled for tacos and ended up with an upset stomach. I won't be back anytime soon.

Not allowed to order things listed on the menu, employee also declined make our orders large because cup were designated for door dash.

I came here today to buy a cake. I’ve been coming to Dairy Queen for 10 years, 4 times a year. I asked to write Happy Birthday on the cake as usual. The staff was not willing to do that. They said they are not allowed to touch the supplies and only the Manger can write on cakes, which was not present. None of the staff would write on the cake and didn’t allow me to write on the cake either. I will still be going to Dairy Queen in the future, but definitely not this location. If anyone is looking to get writing on their cake, you probably should go to a different location or call in advance. Disappointed that today the Birthday cake won’t have any writing!

This is truly the worst dairy Queen I have ever been to. Every time I go here they make my order wrong it doesn't matter what it is it is never right. Anytime I order chocolate anything it always comes out vanilla. Or if I order a blizzard they only put toppings on the top it doesn't even be blended as a blizzard the whole cup just be vanilla cream. God forbid if you order a malt they just give you a plain shake they don't even know what malt is they say .

The absolute WORST Dairy Queen in the U.S. Prove me wrong. We stopped by to order the “Royal Ultimate Chocolate Brownie Blizzard”. We were delivered something that was whiter than a vanilla blizzard with butterfinger added. Lol… No joke. No chocolate. No fudge. I laughed and said sir, let me show you a picture of how they are supposed to look. A PICTURE YALL!! It came out a second time, and was off white. I said you know what, just give me my money back. If you wanna know How a lot of DQ blizzards are supposed to taste, then go to a small east Texas town or Louisiana town. We can’t make them right in Houston to save our lives. Mainly because you can tell the staff has not been trained. AT ALL!! They were too busy clowning around by the drive through window and you could tell there was no care about who was ordering what. We had to laugh because this lady walked up with a vanilla shake and said this was supposed to be chocolate. lol…. no wonder the parking lot was empty. What a joke this place.

Can’t speak on the food here as I couldn’t even order! They were closed at 10pm even though it says they’re open till 11. Saw another review with the same issue. It’s still occurring 9/12/25!

Went to go redeem one of the coupons in the QQ app, the Monday special that showed for this location. We were told this is an American Dairy Queen. We don’t take those here. What is an American Dairy Queen? If the coupon has your store location why can’t we use it at your store?

Pulled up a few minutes before 10 p.m only to find all parking lot lights turned off as well as the drive thru menu lights after driving 13 miles because this specific locations web site said they were open until 11 p.m. There were still employees inside but they turned backs to us and pretended not to see us.

We came through and ordered the Dude meal. We asked for it to be customized and it was made completely wrong.and the sandwich was cold ! How when it’s cooked to order! We got the meal and didn’t receive our fries ! Ordered tacos , they were soggy and had barely any meat in them. Our daughter ordered the strips and the fries in her meal were way too salty to even eat. Worst meal I ever received there! They usually are great but this visit was horrible!

The person who took my order was well mannered...as for the other staff that greeted me at the window with charisma had poor customer service skills. I asked the employee to flip my blizzard to be sure of the quality and they dropped it as they played around and still proceeded to hand me a half melted blizzard. The best part of it all was watching the manager watch all of this happen and tell her employees to close the window as I was about to ask for a new blizzard 😀 HAHA. I've had bad service with good food before, BUT this here location is a joke. P.S. The photo shown is the blizzard when I got home..absolutely no structure
