Probably the best taco bell on the island. Seating inside is never too crowded or hectic, and the food is usually always good , can’t say the same for the other taco bell’s on the island

It's taco bell so what do you expect. Food is pretty decent compared to the one on forest Ave. Service isn't to bad, my only issue if you you don't pay attention they don't give you back your change. I've had a few incidents where I gave a $20 & my food wasn't that much but didn't get my change back. I ask for my change & cashier plays dumb. Receipt clearly shows how much change to give back but they didn't. So make sure you watch how much you give because someone is definitely pocketing that extra cash. They also had one day that card wasn't working to had to pay cash which is very suspect.

what the freak i wanted taco bell for me my wife and 16 children but i got a chickenless quesadilla and a salad crunch wrap. I do want my bread up but i didn’t mean all this.

I have never seen in my life a horrible and horror restaurant like this taco bell Richmond avenue, it is too bad team. It is today saturday, january 8th at 9:00pm. I walked in to pick up an item for my grubhub client, I waited an hour and a half. each time I asked for the Items , they answered : "we are preparing it". after an hour of waiting, they said to me and to two people from doordash that they have not received the order !!!. (Ohhhh ) after we found the tickets order in the garbage , ( oh my god ). if I'm the big boss of Tacco , I push the manager and all the team to the door, a team does not know anything as the Asian girl, the girl with piercing in her nose, the young man with shivering long black hair, the young man in glasses with short hair , the girl in long green hair, the guy with orange wool hat ....all the staff really they are too slow , the service is very slow , it looks like they take drug , they do not know how to do anything. All team is unprofessional. after an 1h30 min , I went out and they did not do the commonde for my client. I called my customer , she said : it is first time and last time to order in this bad Tacco bell " . Really it's a horror restaurant, I wasted my time, my energy and for 1h30, no income. I give you a advice: " stop kidding customers and deliver people !!! close the store , is better !.

I am very disappointed ever since this Taco Bell opened up ,there hasn’t been no improvement the entire menu whatever you order, they only put a short portion. The portion size is very small. I ordered these burritos 🌯 completely empty, not the full ingredients and served cold small and wasn’t heated on the grill I did a couple of surveys, and there was no improvement Their portion size is very small compared to all the other Taco Bell‘s are three times bigger and full with the correct ingredients and made proper , look at the portion size of this burrito I posted and look how much extra wrap Dough and how empty it was how they’ve treated their customers , and every time I recommend people they told me the same thing that this Taco Bell they don’t serve their customers properly extremely lazy, I swear there was times I had to bring extra meat from home because their portion is so small , a lot of the Taco Bell‘s are starting to improve, but this one hasn’t since it opened , every time I take another chance to order from here it gets worse I can’t enjoy anything here , employees seem so comfortable not doing their job properly , .

Waited 20 mins just to receive the food all thrown around and it was cold ! Their wasn’t even a rush ! Just as dirty and filthy as their nasty workers !

They told us there was a store policy that no minors allowed inside when we are 18 and we showed them proof. They kicked us out and we left.

wouldn't let me get my baja blast because i'm a minor.... all i wanted was my baja blast and because i didn't have the app, i wasn't allowed to order. they also weren't very polite while telling me to leave. to the handful of kids that ruined my experience at taco bell, thanks.

If you're going to order food , do not order it inside. You must go through the drive thru. They prioritize the drive thru. Two separate times I waited up to 20 minutes for my food. Only to watch as car after car blazed through the drive through. It took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge that there was an order placed inside. Another 5 minutes to start my order. So order through the drive through. No matter how big your order is.

The costumers curse at each other in the store, they go outside mid shift to smoke weed and come right back into serve the customers. The food quality was absolutely horrible. They rush the food u can tell by the way it comes out. I ate a supreme crunch wrap and it felt like I was eating straight bread. and I found a piece of hair in my food to make the whole situation worse. I’m never eating here again.
