Your automated menu got my order all wrong first we couldn't find the cold cut sandwich so I then ordered the club sandwich without mayo,it had mayo without onion it had onions, without tomato it had tomato I was disappointed with my sandwich

The night shift sucks , You have to beg them to give you a straw that came with your meal . I’m there honking , I had to called them thru the phone just for the straw after the lady with the muffin top answer she gives me the straw and don’t even say sorry about forgetting about it just throw it and go back to being lazy , ridiculous

They forgot to put the cheese. They didn’t put no oil and they hardly put anything in it. It’s freaking skimpy. I won’t be going back to this one.

According to their menu at drive thru they charge nearly 7 bucks for a cup of soup. Not sure if that's an error with their drive up. It might be because I've tried to order a single footlong that came out to nearly 30 dollars. They have gotten my drive through topping wrong in the past as well. Be careful to pay attention to prices when ordering here.

Being that they moved into a new store you would think that they would follow the orders in drive thru and make the sandwiches like you ask. But no something is ALWAYS missing from my sandwich. It's getting annoying. All I want is to eat something at work and not have to add what I asked for at work. Must pay attention to what people order and stop being lazy. Drive thru

It’s the drive through, simply. I feel this is an all time high of “I don’t care about the customer” at this location and it has nothing to do with the people there. The people are on it, polite and well spoken. They squeezed so much building on to this property they forgot people actually need to access it. 10 parking spots and a drive through meant for motorcycles. At this point this is my last visit as I am sure to scratch my work truck and get fired over a sandwich. I’ll grant you I am unsure if Subway built the building or developers and they lease, but it is not an excuse. Also, there is still an empty space for another company to come in lol, that’s greed.

Sorry but if you put lipstick on a pig it is still a pig. The food and service are still less than desirable. I can not get my sandwich the way it is ordered and the quality is awful. The new building is nice that the only thing going for this location.

Bought 2 sandwiches and both were terrible. I knew something was off when I swallowed my first bite and my stomach started rumbling. Came back for a refund in person and noticed 2 teens in the back both high. I never had a bad experience in the old building but this new one is a no for me. Management needs to step up and prevent these kids from getting high on the job.

Here now, placed the order at about 9:40pm, it's now 10:29pm and still waiting at the window to get my food. I can see them cleaning and manager in the phone, but no one bothers to come to the window and let me know anything about my order. Poor customer service. Got my order at 10:34om and I asked to speak with person in charge or a manager, I was no one in charge. 2x a worker saw me at the window, but didn't bother to tell me it's going to be a while or something. The truck behind us literally fell asleep of waiting too long. She was polite, but overall customer satisfaction was poor due to the fact that no acknowledgement was made. I would have been fine if someone had came to the window and said hey I'm sorry it's going to be a while.
