Every single time i come at this location to order food at night they dont know there menu combos and that combos come with a side too plus the lady at night that takes order doesn’t know how to speak english or has hard time understanding it. Either way my experience is never good. I am not saying that dont come here but yeah definitely dont come here at night they really suck. Food was no doubt warm and good.

This crew is absolutely SLOW!!!!! Popeyes needs to retrain them or hire new people. We came in to order and it took 20 minutes. Really ridiculous. Will not be coming to this location.

i went in ordered the Tues specials (2) and a large coleslaw. Total was $12.96 Told them if i could have only thighs instead of leg and thigh. The cashier and the Cook agreed the manager came out and argued. I wanted to cancel the order and then she said that's fine. Will give it to you !! when I went home I was lied to. I had all legs. Why would you take my money and then lie to me ?

While traveling, we stopped at this one to sit and have a meal. there was hair on my daughters food so we exchanged the chicken. my son wanted to eat when we got home so he proceeded to eat his chicken when we got home and now found a hair on his now two hairs on two different orders. That’s a sign of variance sanitary conditions, and apparently not following food sanitation Regulations. Extremely disappointed and grossed out. We threw out the whole meal.

I was at the drive thru I ordered wings the girl asked me what flavor wings I want and I kindly asked her what flavors do they have and she said "omg" over the speaker and didnt tell me the flavors. So rude! My last time going to this popeyes I always get weird vibes from the Hispanic girls working there.

The atmosphere was satisfying. Service well can't say much when your ordering from the computer screen. The food was dry and burned. The white rice and beans had no flavor and bland. Overall, everything was awful.

Ordered 3 pc white meat combo and just everything about the meal was off. The biscuit was lacking any sort of flavor (it’s usually buttery and flakey), the chicken was dry and looks like it had been left over for at least an hour or more, the mashed potatoes was even disappointing too, like how do you even mess that up?? It’s just prepackaged! Overall, would not go back. Rather make an extra drive to Stafford.

The service was horrible. The manager was too busy eating to assist me. And the two other ladies just stood there until I noticed my food was already there for pick up. Picked up my food and then the Second Lady walked up saying is the food mine. I also asked for a cup of ice, the manager and third lady said yeah but walked away from the corner. So I took a cup and got some ice. While the Second Lady was like that’s not the size cup for ice. Just an overall bad experience. All Hispanic ladies with bad attitudes. Never had service from here like that.

I placed an order ahead around 12:00pm this is the classic chicken served. This is lunch time food should be freshly prepared. My chicken looks hard as if it was rewarmed from the day before. This location is not consistent in maintaining there food quality.

I was overcharged and didn't even get what I ordered. I ordered the 16 piece with 3 sides and 8 biscuits for $47.99. My sides were 2 Mac and cheese and 1 red beans and rice. Instead of getting the red beans, I got mashed potatoes. Even after verifying the red brans twice because I was asked twice. They still got it wrong. You can see on the receipt. Large red beans. I got mashed potatoes. Then, the 3 sides were a part of the $47.99 price, but I was charged .50 per side for 2 of the sides. On the receipt, you can see the .50 charge for the 2 sides. This is not the first time. Even when I send my employees to get food for my staff to eat. They had issues with getting what we ordered. Also, when you point out, your order is wrong. Popeye's staff gets an attitude.

Went to the drive through, note was on the speaker " cash only at window, debt card in lobby" yet there's an open register at the front counter not being used. The girl taking orders for drive though is too lazy to walk over to the other register so people paying with a credit or debt card can proceed through drive through. Manager was rude AF!!!

Don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to after 4 consecutive times where I went where the pieces are laughably small. I kept on telling myself that maybe it was just that day where the pieces were small so I'd give them another chance a couple months later but nope same result everytime. In addition, there was one time where the location was having issues with their system being able to process mobile apps orders and a lady came in to pick up her order after prepaying without knowing this and they showed little care and ignored her. She essentially lost her money and did not get what she had even paid for. Now I try to avoid this location as much as humanely possible and advise others to do the same if they don't want to feel scammed of their money. Surprised this location hasn't been exposed already for this.
