I’ve been to this location twice, and always seem to like my visits. The lady working behind the counter broken and polite. And it’s always clean when I go and even though it’s usually about 7:30 in the morning. They do enforce masks as well as distancing or no table use during your visit. Located off of the main road when entering into town. So the surrounding area at times can be very busy. But a good spot to get sandwiches or salads of your choice made sometimes the chip selection is not the best but you’re taking your chances on the chips when visiting

Just was in with my family of 4. The young lady there was unbelievably so unhappy looking. Had the worst smug look on her face. Just no sense of customer service. Another lady walked in just in time to take my order (cause then i would of been stuck with the younger one). This lady was super nice. Very quick and efficient on making our food. She definitely changed the mood of the place once she walked in. The restaurant is clean and very nice looking. The veggies all looked fresh and appealing. Would go again. Does get busy at times though

The workers are nice but I feel like they're trained to give less meat portions. You literally have to ask for extra meat to get the right portion they already use to give. You might as well make it with sliced bread. It's just not worth it anymore.

The preggy lady server is very rude & mean... It seems like she doesn't like her job. I will never come back there anymore... If you are working in customer service & have a bad behavior, you are in the wrong business.
I came in tonight and it was 40 minutes before closing time. There were two teenage girls helping customers. I asked for the restroom key because my mom needed to use it. They claimed someone was in there and made my mother wait about 10 minutes before they took a look and gave me attitude while looking for the key. My mother explained that the restroom was in disgusting conditions and that there was no toilet paper available. As my husband and I ordered our 3 subs they were rushing us to get us out of there. They claimed that they never had barbecue sauce for one of our subs when I have ordered it for my little brother for the past 7 years. I was annoyed by their attitude at that point. An older gentleman walked in asking for a meatball sub and they looked at each other saying that they threw out the meatballs already. As we were leaving they had already closed one of the exit doors and turned off the “Open,” light sign. This was around 9:40 pm clearly 20 minutes before closing. Another gentlemen had walked up to the door and it was closed. I don’t know if he was able to get in or not. I was so dissatisfied by their work ethic and customer service. I truly enjoy coming to this subway but from now on I will only come when there’s adults working. I hope these girls learn to be more respectful.
I just came from here I always ordered the same things I would always place a mobile order and every time I do they always forget my extra extra pickles I came back here today instead of giving me my extra pickles they gave me extra cucumbers instead I don’t know why they always do this even when I look back at my order it says I ordered extra pickles and my bread is never toasted when I arrive on time its just that I hate when they forget something I really really want in my sandwich and they never make my food fresh for me!

I walk into this Subway, order a footlong turkey and roast beef on Italian bread. The lady behind the register says "WE DON'T HAVE THAT COMBINATION." Now mind you I've gotten turkey and roast beef before from here MULTIPLE TIMES and it was never an issue. But today for some odd reason it was? I've been a loyal customer here for YEARS despite little BS that goes on in this establishment. Whenever the main boss is in charge and there I never have an issue. However, when certain females are in there issues seem to arise... I think I'll be going to Port of Subs from now on. I had no problem getting a turkey and roast beef sandwich from them and it was good too.

This Subway contradicts the written terms of coupons. They only allow one meat(turkey) beside the coupons exclusions. I had a BOGO coupon after the sandwiches were made, the lady wouldn't sale them to me. She said they were trained to only allow turkey for coupon item. This is false advertisement according to the UDAP. Deceptive and dishonest.
I frequently order from this establishment, typically a few times a month, as it's important for me to have a safe and enjoyable space for my meals. Whether I’m ordering to-go or dining in public, it can be particularly challenging for me due to my eating disorder. Just yesterday, I had a smooth experience when I placed my usual order and picked it up without any issues. However, today I decided to place a second order because the food was so good. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem. While the funds were deducted from my account, the order itself was stuck loading in the app and never went through. After noticing this, I waited in line and approached one of the workers to explain that I was there to pick up my order. They appeared confused and informed me that there was nothing in their system regarding my order. I showed them my phone to prove that the payment had already been taken, but despite my explanation, they refused to make the sandwiches I had paid for. Though I managed to get the name of the employee, I was given no guidance on how to contact someone for a refund. The lack of assistance was disheartening, and I left empty-handed, with no solution offered, not even in the form of a gift card. I understand that these situations can occur—I’ve worked in retail for over seven years myself and know how things can sometimes go awry. However, for someone with an eating disorder, finding safe environments to eat is limited, making this experience particularly frustrating. While I have usually been treated with respect and hospitality at this location, today’s service left me disappointed and uncomfortable, making me reconsider my future visits. It felt as if they just wanted to take my money without providing the necessary support or information to address the issue respectfully. Thank you for the lack of help.
WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT ! They will cheat you on the avocado for your foot long, give you less than 1/4 and charge you the full amount keep an eye one the lady who makes your sandwich
I ordered 3 sandwiches today. Once delivered to my suprise it was bread sandwiches. There wasnt much inside the sandwiches. The lady said if I wanted more then I need to ask for more. I ask to speak to the manager. She called and said her phone was off. I asked for a refund and she told me no. She had an attitude because I asked who made this sandwiches.
