Just in the main station foot court area. Nice sit outs. Nothing fancy but it’s a good place. I liked their veg burger much and it’s been a few times visited. Just go there crab a burger.

It is a Burger King, and it is a good one. Staff is friendly, seating is rather spacious,wait is (usually) quite short. Don't confuse 4 Stars for fine dining

The burgers are much better than McDonalds in my opinion. The fries weren't so good, but the service was fast. I ordered take out. The restaurant looked very nice, but this is e October and it was freezing inside. The people sitting down were wrapped up in their coats.

About what you'd expect from Burger King in Germany, and then some. Spacious venue. Location does not accept Discover credit cards and kiosk machines do not print out on receipt your order number so if you don't memory number, be prepared to show receipt and have staff take it away from you and never give back. Restrooms are located upstairs, so keep that in mind. If a guest does not clean up after themselves, it may take staff awhile to realize to clean up after them. Prepare for 15 to 20 min wait time. Generally on par of what you'd expect from Burger King in Germany. Food prepared perfectly and consistently. No refills on soda.

Food is ok. But not good service the day we visit. It was not busy at the time.

More time in queue due to very less staff. Too hot inside.

Only 3 person as staff and specially during rush time there is more than 20 minutes waiting in line time

It's a Burger King place, nothing more or less to expect.

Nothing wrong with the food, it was as expected but there was no AC on making it unbearable to stay inside.

If you are not in a hurry, you may consider this place. It might take some time to get the order, but you will have a lot of place😂

A million times better then the pork hating compitition. Though BK were always the more expensive of the two.

My veggie burger was good but my friend didn't even eat his chicken wings they looked gross and tasted worse of the one bite he had.

This was during the daytime. Seems there were more customers than staff so service was slower than slow. No AC so it was warm inside. One guy taking orders and making up meals for customers. He deserves a 5* rating alone.

The manager crew chief waited on us, because we spoke English even though we speak German. Ordered a meal without ECT. This way it's possible to get fresh food. We had to take fries back because soggy and cold. Overall typical fast food

The fries were not fresh , bacon under cooked and the service was not very friendly.

I was give a coke, didn't ask what I wanted to drink. Only one toilet and the door doesn't lock.

Not enough staff. Waited almost an hour before we could order. The rest was as expected.

Rather strange. American Express was not accepted and even other credit cards were told told to be supported. Based on cashier only bank debit cards (ec card) are working however credit cards are shown outside to work. I used them before, I think only Amex is not working because of higher fees for the merchant.

Cold fries, half of our order was sold out which we were told after the orders were placed and paid for. The staff didn't understand properly and appeared to be very unmotivated.

Extremely dirty , the floors are Extremely greasy tables are not clean and the service horrible , you wait for way to long and sometimes your order will be wrong.

It's honestly a shame to see so much wasted potential. The place looks abandoned, dirty and poorly maintained. The staff always seem understaffed and in a bad mood. This could be an amazing place but it's all so sloppy. Only go to this restaurant if you have no other options and are REALLY hungry.

So relived to see the BK sign through the dark and wet night. The place is huge but at this time of night, just a few stragglers scattered here and there. Most probably escaping the cold rain I figured. The ordering was quick and I waited in eager anticipation for my crispy chicken and fries with the soft drink. It'd been a long day and I was weary of travel. The food arrived very quickly and I found a seat in the warmth. The fries looked fresh but was tepid to the touch and tasteless indeed. The crispy chicken burger looked deflated and the only crispiness was the edges, stale from having been sitting under the lamp a tad too long. The fizzy drink was fizzy, watered down and tasteless. You couldn't blame the staff, they looked beaten within and what use was it complaining. If they didn't take pride in their work, the outcome was littered in my tray. Fasting teaches you to be more tolerant and so I was. I placed my tray away, just because I tell my kids to do that as it's good manners. My gut feeling was to just leave it there on the table as an exhibition of discontent, but manners maketh man. Oh BK, how you have you forsaken thee!

Don't eat here. They have mice or rats running all through the place. While I sat to eat, one ran underneath my feet and I lost my appitite and threw my food away. When I talked to the manager, he told me they come in from the open swinging doors but offered no other reimbursement. So gross never ever again.

If I could I rate it 0 stars. Difficult speaking English with us. The drinks came out warm (room temperature), not even sparkling. We asked for a BK ( BaconKing) got a double cheeseburger with 2,5 peace's of bacon on it. ( Didn't take pictures because a fault could happen, but after reading so many comments I had to mention it.) Not even the creamy mayonnaise. They had like 30 burgers prepared beforehand , and I was the only customer at that moment. Once and never again. Didn't like this visit. Definitely could change drastically. Needs a visit of undercover boss !

The concept of Fast Food has not been grasped at this place. I spent 10 minutes observing a single service person attending 1 customer inside (who had ordered before I came in) and one at the drive thru window. All the while he would have made a sloth look like Usain Bolt during a 100m track race. Can’t tell about the food since I decided to cut the story short and leave.

Extremely unprofessional in preparing delivery. I ordered 'no onion', but the burger is full with raw onion. I ordered chips, but there are no chips. There are instead onion rings, which are the worst. This happens so often. Unbelievable.

Its a bad experience since you enter the restaurant. There is no AC whatsoever, the staff is unfriendly, also, not many workers when its completely crowded. We got three burgers, two of them were not what we ordered and after asking for a change, they gave the wrong order again. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We waited for 1 hour, most inefficient staff and kitchen I have ever seen in my life and we also saw mice running around on the floor and big rats in the outside area. They didn’t even have water and we got takeaway and they forgot three of our burgers but charged us for them. They didnt even want to give us a receipt. Never go here. I waited for 10 minutes for 1 Cheeseburger, which was lying on waiting for me until the service woman served the client which was actually in queue before me. Burger was cold until she passed me. Never again.

Absolute dive. Been here twice in the last few days only because I had no choice. Flat and warm soft drinks, no soap in any of the toilets. Unfriendly staff, I felt as though I was putting them out just by placing an order.

I ordered a plant based nugget burger and they got it wrong giving me normal meat burgers after making me wait over 10-15 minutes. Then i tell them about the error and i wait another 10 minutes just to get normal meat burgers again. Third times the charm and they get my order right after making me wait nearly 30 minutes. The burger is bland, tasteless and 2 of the nuggets seemed old. 7 hours later i wake up 5 in the morning and vomit up the burgers up that still were in big chunks as if my stomach refused to digest the food over the 7 hours it spent in my stomach. Now i sit tired and sick after the foodpoisoning the "meal" gave me and it was such a horrendous experience that i will never set a foot inside a burger king willing again. Thanks for ruining my stop here in germany burger king

Mixed up order, the kiosks don't work as they should, no drink mixer, weird staff, the food didn't taste fresh... This doesn't even feel like burger king. Don't visit.

During my 5 days stay in Frankfurt, I went 3 times and all 3 times I waited an hour for food. At the same time, they had 4-5 orders for plowing me, including the outer part. Staff very confused and rude and executed. Mild horror

Delivery was delayed, and when the food finally arrived, it was far below standard. The fries tasted like leftovers, and several items from the order were missing, including cola, sauces for all the sides, and one other item entirely. After waiting so long, it’s frustrating and unfair to not receive what I paid for. A complete waste of time and money.

Atmosphere: 0 stars. People here throw their garbage around, as if it was a garbage dump. Half the lights weren't even on in this restaurant. The staff can't clean up fast enough, cause people are trash and don't understand how to put away their trays and trash. The food was okay and hot, but they can't serve everything that you order at the machines. If they don't have chocolate sauce or can't make you a milkshake, then you'll only find out once you wait at the counter. Also, the fries were barely salted. The building itself is very cool, but the garbage and dirt everywhere and the mismanagement of food and what you can order gives the store 1 star in my opinion .

Probably the worst Burger King I have been at. They are slow, constantly preparing wrong orders, not following hygiene rules (eg the cashier goes with returned food back to kitchen)...etc. it's fun to watch how bad and chaotic they work though

Bad, bad, bad. Incompetent staff, long wait, cold fries, ordered Emmentaler King burgers, instead we got a different cheese. When I complained, I was told “it’s the same thing” and the Emmentaller was anyway discontinued since one week. Unbelievable.

lack of staff and very un-helpful. a friend of mine waited for his order more than 30 mins and then they say that his order was out of stock. he changed his order and waited another 30 mins or more.... many orders were out of stock when the cashier machine took orders. if there was notice/information of out of stock, people would not order and not wait for very long long time... place is mess and does not clean the table, take out garbage and just a mess with no absolute air-conditioning for summer day. I will never go back here

Just Terrible. Bring a lot of time. The food was cold or poorly prepared. Staff was slow as they could be. 2 out of 4 people were actually working. Place is a trashcan. Dirty, garbage everywhere. We did not finish our meal.

First wait 10 min to be served with only one customer in front of you, then wait 15 min for the food. Workers are all foreign with minimum german knowledge and very reserved and cold. Cold is not inside this restaurant because in the heart of summer, no air conditioning. Everybody was sweating like they ran a marathon. One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been. Too bad, BK is way better with the food than McD but not like this…
