The employees were very nice and friendly. Everything we ordered was great! It took awhile to get our order, but they were very busy.
this all began when I went to the Starbucks on University lane, the girl at the drive thru there was so rude for no reason, I understand she might of been having a bad day but unfortunate that she took it out on me. So I make my way to richmond road starbucks where katelyn (long black hair) was the absolute best, I mentioned what had happened at the other location and she even apologized for them! She really turned my day around she deserves a raise ✨
Enjoyed seeing Lynette on my visit here. Her customer service is always amazing 👏🏽
Great location with clean restrooms. I ordered a custom drink and it was served exactly the way I ordered.
Visited today and asked about Valentine's Day drinks. The barista went above and beyond to recommend drinks because I was looking for something specific. She had the best attitude, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my mother and I got what we wanted. The drink was amazing. The baritsa had the BEST smile and cheerful attitude. Top-notch experience. :)
Everything I get from here is very good. It's a bit pricey, but it makes for a good treat every now and then. I like being able to use the mobile app to order. I really hate having to go inside and talking to people. Download the app, pick out your food, pay, go through the drive through and pick it up. The green drink in this picture is a Caramel Matcha Cookie drink and it tastes exactly like that. It is all very good.
It has been a while since I have been here, but it is a nice Starbucks and comfortable inside with hard chairs for seating, but it has a lot of window area, so you can easily look outdoors. The worst thing about this particular Starbucks, and it's not their fault, is that you have to take something of a twisting, turning, circuitous drive to reach them from I-30
They were SLAMMED! Wanted a keto coffee fix on my way through town (road trip). Drive through was backed up all the way to the road so I went inside. I’m fairly certain they are supposed to serve the drive thru more than the inside so I was expecting a wait. I will say, despite them being as busy as they were, all the employees seemed to be working hard. And the gal that seemed to be the one printing all the tickets was truly a joy. Pretty sure I heard her say “It’s going to be a great day” in the midst of this chaos. And she meant it. Only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because the drink seemed very heavy (more than normal) with heavy cream. Prefer a little more coffee taste. Ordered an iced coffee with heavy whipping cream and two stevia. The sugar was on point. Just not enough “coffee taste.” I may need to order differently to improve that (Aka it might be a me thing). Great job to this team though! ***Can’t speak to restrooms or food.
This is my addiction! I seriously would go every day if a venti didn’t cost $6.00. I love the butterbeer Frappuccino. Toffee and caramel in a cream base yum 😋! They always fill it to the top so I get my money’s worth.They usually have two or three cars in the drive- thru, but they are quick to get your order completed very quickly.They also have a secret menu(Shhhh)- google it! In the not far future, it will be time for pumpkin spice/ I know lots of people don’t like it, but that’s ok- just more for me.
Good service, good coffee, and kind staff. This is purely a review on how rough the exterior is of this location. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Starbucks look this bad. I’m sure it’s the landlord not taking care of the property, but this locations poor upkeep of the property is soiling the Starbucks brand.
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for 1.5 years and always had good experience up until now. The drinks used to be great, no matter what you ordered it would taste perfect. I also started getting to know the majority of the baristas and they were all very friendly. However up until recently, I’d say for the last couple of weeks especially, they seem to have had a major staff shakedown/restructure. A lot of the old timers seem to have been gone and these new people that they are hiring are HORRIBLE. The drinks have never SUCKED so much I don’t know if the baristas are just sleep walking when making drinks. I’ve had matcha lattes that was literally flavorless and tasted like diet soy milk, and I’ve had hot mochas that tasted like there was no coffee nor syrup in it at all, just some weird tasting sugar packet that was thrown in. For $7 a drink this will not be the result that I will get. Out of the hundreds of Starbucks locations I’ve been to this one might now be topping the worst of it all! Get it straight!
Highly unsatisfied with my interaction today. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for an online order because the drive through cashier prioritized chatting and laughing with a customer over delivering orders in a timely manner. She then proceeded to tell me a snarky remark about how I need to gain patience and I can’t be rushing people. (She had 10+ cars pile up behind me during this time) Highly unprofessional. Drink was good per usual.
Terrible service two days in a row. Placed oreder then waited and waited for two coffees and a cookie. They waited on car after car after i ordered. The lady ahead of me had one drink and cookie. She was also upset. Finally got the coffees and they forgot the cookie. Orders should go in the order they are placed.
Service was horrible drinks were ready cashier was no where to be found water tooooo long for 2 drinks 6:07 pm
I’m not just being A hole here, this place is terrible lol. Ordered a Carmel macchiato.. and I got a reg macchiato? No Carmel at all, whatever that equates to. Honestly it wasn’t the worst thing in the world. Problem is I was sitting there waiting for 4 drinks and they put 3 out and 1 by the window. I told them twice I was missing a drink and was told twice it wasn’t finished. Finally someone brings me the missing drink, but not before this girl washing whatever at the sink closest to the mobile order counter presses this mixer up again the faucet and shoots a jet of water across the counter in my face all over my shirt. She sees this out of the corner of her eye and jerks her head down and just looks straight down. no apology, nothing, just goes about her business. On top of that, it was sheer disorganized chaos behind that counter. No one wanted to help me out with anything. Even the guy that attempted to help hesitated to walk over to me lol. When I’m pay premium prices for a cup of coffee, that cup needs to be perfect, the best thing I have ever tasted. Instead I got an 8 dollar cup of gas station coffee. 8 DOLLARS!!! Corporate greed much?
I was trying to get a venti carmel macchiato. The coffee tasted like descaled coffee water. I drove off and came back and requested it be remade. The remade coffee wasn't any better. I requested an additional shot to add to the coffee. It didn't make a difference. There is something horribly wrong here. I wish I would have kept it to test it in my lab. I will not go back. Starbucks need to secret shop investigate this franchise.
Unbelievably slow aero for walk in customers. No greeting no conversation. Waited as 14 cars went by, and ordered. Barista seemed annoyed at everyone and finally someone else stepped in to make my coffee. Additionally, the egg bites were devoid of bacon(see photo….one little sliver on top. No thank you. I won’t be back.
Very disappointed! I Stopped in this Texarkana Starbucks for my evening Cappuccino. I had to wait for about 20 mins and when asked for my drink, the lady who took my order started to work on it and when she was done, she turned her face away and extended her arm with the drink! Very very rude! I asked her if she should call the name which is printed on the label, then she threw the drink on the counter and left. I asked another guy if I can speak to the manager who was very kind and apologetic. But that person was acting like nothing happened!!
