The lady that works here is so nice and friendly. And my sandwich was delicious - full of veggies as I requested and nicely toasted. I ordered on the app, came for lunch on a Wednesday.

Personally I don’t like Subway but if you crave for a sandwich this is a convenient option in the area to grab a bite. Enjoy it!
I place online orders here often since I work across the st. I would like to recognize Omar for being AWESOME! He has great customer service, I see he always greets customers even if he's busy making a sandwich which not everyone does but should! My sandwiches are always done on time and that's every time! I would have given 5stars but not all the employees have the same great attitude and enthusiastic as Omar.

Half cut, twisted , put it by force, bad spread on the ULTIMATE sandwich, and not even the ingredients are that fresh.. What happened?!! It wasn't like this when I came with my daughter the last time.. Please take care of your sandwich and they will take care of your customers.. Thank you

It wasn't awful, by any means, but it was just not very friendly. The lack of customers reflect it though. Likely the last time I go to this location.
Customer service was great, but the food trays didn’t look fresh and all veggies didn’t look fresh. The door windows are very dirty. I still did the purchase but I will rather go somewhere else next time.

As someone who has eaten at multiple locations, let alone worked at them.. what even is this poor excuse of a “serving” of steak?? I will say, the employees here, are hit or miss. I will say, the older gentleman that usually works alone, KILLLSS it 🙌🏼 this morning though, just wasn’t it..
One of the worst experience I’ve ever had by ordering on the app and having my lady pick two Food long tuna sandwiches upon her returning there was barely any tuna so I could try calling them the first time they didn’t answer the second time the guy that picked up the phone would not give me his name and then I asked for the manager he put me on hold for over 10 minutes finally the manager comes barely understands or speaks English and I’m telling him what’s going on. He says there was no tuna. I said there was barely any tuna how many scoops supposed to be on a foot-long except for? I said there wasn’t no four scoops. He said let me check the camera. You said there was no tuna. I said no there was barely any tuna. I know this is not the first time I’veshopped at Subway or eight at Subway, but I’ve never been treated or treated like this. The guy was very rude obnoxious barely spoke English. I wanted the owners information he would not give it to me and he hung up saying that I’m screaming at him, don’t ever shop here because they don’t know who you’re dealing with. I’m telling you I will never shop and I will put out the worst sports and advertising for these people.

So messed up of subway to fire everyone and only keep one person cause of the minimum wage increase. This poor lady working here.
If I could leave a 0 star I would, if I wasnt so hungry and they didn’t close in 15 min. I 100% would’ve gone back. THE WORST SUBWAY IVE EVER HAD. Whatever lady closes on Wednesday nights needs to be re located at the subway in a town with the lowest population rate so at least there’s a lower chance people are eating the sandwiches she makes. I would say get her flipping patties at McDonald but if she can’t make a sandwich she shouldn’t be cooking for people either.
Hello, I came in your store very polite yes, sir to him. The young gentleman was giving me a hard time how to make my sandwich I was telling him I wanted my green onion peppers and to be toasted before my sandwich he keep insisting keep putting the green peppers on the sandwich and I told him I wanna toast it a little bit longer And then put it on top of the sandwich and then toast my sandwich and then I ask for mayonnaise first he put the meat first like what is the deal? It’s called Subway. I thought is the way the customer wants their sandwich not the way. The employee wants our sandwiches. He has bad customer service and then he told me I’m getting mad at him. I said no I’m not. I’m just telling you how I want my sandwich that was the weirdest experience I ever had encounter at Subway ever in my life. I will never ever return back to the subway again bad customer service
This place has gone downhill. Ever since the subway deals came out they put less meat and sometimes the bread is like a rock. I think they’re keeping unused bread for the next day to save money. A couple of the employees are quite rude, no hello when you walk in, rather a frown. They look at me funny for coming in. Guess what I don’t have to come in, which I won’t be anymore. This location also does not accept any of the online deals.
They did not honor their own national campaign spe ial. It is called BOGO pay one. Story short we took our business elsewhere to Whole Foods. Cheaper there
I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, not even a simple acknowledgment of my presence. The service was by far the worst I've experienced at any Subway. The employees seemed uninterested in helping customers, and the whole atmosphere was unpleasant. I won't be returning to this location again. Highly disappointed. Visit date:9/19/24.
Food poisoning 🤢🤮 I vomited for 2 days straight! They're not replacing their vegetables efficiently and banana bell peppers tasted awful. I enjoy a good footlong sandwich but holy crud this franchisee needs to square away his rotten vegetables.
I came in on January 26 at 845 pm to get a sandwich. Two guys were working that day. They were a short Hispanic guy and a tall skinny Hispanic guy. I was helped by a skinny, tall Hispanic guy. Unbelievable what has transpired next. I told the guy that I wanted a tuna sandwich. He than turned around and leaves the front of the store and goes to the back of the store. When he come back I asked him to change his gloves. He than spoke to me with attitude using f word. I turn around and left. He than was shouting in front of 5 other customers as I was leaving. Using f words. My recommendation for this employee is to work else where and away from customer service. I hope the owner reading this will review the cameras.
