The success of any business, besides its products, is customer service, and at this branch, the customer service is terrible. Even though the cakes and pastries are delicious, the service is disappointing.

Muy triste, está tarde compré un pastel individual por el cumpleaños de mi hija , supuestamente era tres leches y estaba seco y sin sabor, desde que cambiaron de local (y de empleada) el sabor es pésimo ,ya no se sienten frescos los pasteles y son más caros, eran nuestro pasteles favoritos...ya no nos dan ganas de volver a consumir , antes eran deliciosos. Muy mal todo!

I had been buying from them for more than 5 years and had never had any problems. The cakes are excellent, but today, 06/15/2024, I bought an opera cake and it came out sour. It has a very strange flavor in the cheese. 8 days before, I also placed an order and the cake came out very dry. I just hope they improve. I had never had any complaints. They were one of my favorite bakeries.

TERRIBLE: too much meringue and not enough bread, it had no flavor, it's a shame because in small cakes yes, but for the large ones they put too much irrelevant filling.

I was HUGELY DISAPPOINTED with the cake I ordered for an event. It looked great on the outside, but when I cut it, it fell apart because of the HUGE pieces of guava they put on it. Then they added a thick layer of meringue to make the cake look bigger (it's worth mentioning that my cake was for 90 people). I ordered vanilla cake, which had absolutely no flavor and was that kind of spongy cake. They added a layer of Nutella-type chocolate frosting, which was nothing like what I had ordered. It's not the first time I've bought cakes there, but it was the first time I ordered a cake that size, and for a first-timer, it was very DISAPPOINTING. Terrible service 🙄

Terrible service today. I needed three cakes for a commitment, but the lady who helped me didn't pay attention to us because she was on her cell phone. She first gave us a price and when we paid, she didn't come up with another price. The lady was very despotic.

Terrible service at the Texcoco branch! The employee didn't even acknowledge my greeting, answered rudely and with a very unpleasant attitude! The cakes were delicious, but I won't be returning as long as the service remains this bad.
