Well I asked them if they sell grilled chicken sandwiches. And they replied yes. So I ordered two of them with only the patty, and let me tell you those grilled chicken patties were all so good I mean they were fresh and hot and juicy 😋! Just the way I wanted them to be. I'm going to make sure i keep going to jack in the box for grilled chicken.

The taste is almost as good as McDonald's😋. But Jack hamburg is bigger than McDonald's 😍~ French fries taste so crispy and yummy👍

Food prep was definitely polar opposite then the previous visit. The cashier was helpful and was very attentive.

I ordered two Cluck combos and two grilled chicken sandwich combos. Not really sure why fried chicken doesn't warrant a tomato slice. Also the Clucks looked like a chicken nugget on a bun. Tasted okay but next time I'll get something with, hopefully, more meat. Service was great, employees were friendly and respectful. And it was Christmas, so this place was the only place open, and it was crowded.

My husband and I both got the meat burrito. It is a good size and tastes good. I don't really care for their drinks because what you order always tastes like another flavor, but their iced coffee is pretty good. The staff is friendly.

I came here last week, the store seemed clean yet the cashier was my problem. One of the cashiers, Melanie, had an attitude. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day but I was being nice and respectful and she had an attitude towards me. I didn’t want problems since I was with my kids so I just asked for drinks and decided to leave. As she handed me my cup, she gave me a dirty look a proceder to turn around and go to the back. Will most definitely not be coming back here.

It is 5:54 AM, and I’m not from Tomball, so I didn’t know this Jack in the Box doesn’t open until 6 AM. Most locations are open 24 hours, so I stopped by while passing through. I waited patiently at the speaker with no response. When I finally said “hello,” the employee who answered sounded annoyed, like I was interrupting him. I still placed my order, and he told me to pull around. When I got to the window, he gave me the total. I politely asked, “Are y’all closed?” and he said, “Yeah, we don’t open till six,” with the same attitude. So I said, “Never mind, cancel my order,” and he just said “OK”, no apology, no explanation, nothing. The energy was very unwelcoming, and based on how he carried himself, he looked like he might even be the manager. Honestly, judging by the reviews, this location clearly has ongoing issues. They might as well shut it down and reopen with better staff, better service, and better food quality, because the current experience is not it. Off to Whataburger I go, where they actually want customers.

Tried to call about a refund and no ever answered. They didn’t have any bacon on my cheeseburgers and then they gave me moldy bread. I would like to speak to someone about this who can actually do something

If you order delivery you won't get your order, the driver will lie and say you did, and they will not be able to help you at all. Don't waste your time.

I was so excited for the return of the potatoes wedges. I ordered the classics, so it should have came with bacon, cheese and ranch. They came with ranch and one smear of cheese.

DD driver here I have run more than 4,750 orders over the past 3 years and tonight 7/17/22 was the first time I have ever reported a restaurant. 10pm manager was rude, argumentative and hostile. I got there and it was only one car ahead of me. I told them in the intercom who I was there to pick up for. It took them 12 minutes to take care of the guy in front of me. Pull up to the window and this rude manager said I need to go inside. Are you kidding me? Why didn't you tell me that at the beginning. So I go inside and this lady handed me my food . I was irate. I immediately contacted doordash and told them. We're picking up food for your customers too. I would be real careful about how you treat Dashers. Your bosses and Corp aren't going to be real happy when they kick you off the platform. They will wonder why they can no longer take DD orders. Gig drivers. Avoid this place.

First off do NOT say you are 24 hours, when you are NOT. This place isn't even 20 hours a day. I have tried to come here multiple times in the last 3 weeks and I swear it has been closed EVERY single time. It literally doesn't matter what time of day it is. Here are my pictures for proof
