It is a taco bell, but when I asked for an " excessive amount of hot sauce " - which everyone knows goes great on everything from tacos to fries - they actually gave me 2 heaping handfuls and wished me luck 😅. Food was above average for a taco bell, speed was average.

I dont ordinarily review chain establishments, but wanted to compliment the automated ordering terminals, they are a delight to use and service was fast. Whichever systems engineer designed these deserves a pat on the back, its pretty good.

After living in Torrance for over 20 years, there's not an establishment that I've been to more than this Taco Bell. Many years ago, taking my daughter out for before a Valentine's Dance ... where did she want to go ... nope not Cheesecake Factory (nothing against them), but Taco Bell - the family's favorite. In regards to menu - it's nice that they keep changing the items (spicy grilled cheese burrito didn't last long enough). Can't beat the $5 boxes.

This is a good taco bell. I've been to a few others, and this one kinda tops it as far as taco Bell's go . Food is always tasty, I've never found any hairs in my food here. they have long lines in the drivethru sometimes, but it goes fast. The Mexican pizza is actually pretty good. Im going to be getting another soon that's for sure.

Still our go to place for a double decker taco. Corporate must have changed their crispy taco because the crunchy tacos now fall apart after one bite. Shame. This place had the best crunchy tacos of all the Taco bells we've eaten that. Guy at the counter wasn't sure how to enter a double decker taco into there point of sale system but their most experienced staff person showed him how to do it

If there's one thing they do right, it's the beef. Their tacos are great and cheap, and the great meat brings it all together. It's also the only place to get Baja Blast Mountain Dew, which is the more flavorful, slightly tropical upgrade to the classic flavor, and is definitely the superior option. However, their bean burritos use a sort of bean taste which, quite frankly, sucks. If you want beans, make sure to get something with actual beans, not the sub-par paste.

This particular Taco Bell is one of the best Taco Bell's I have ever been to. The food does actually look like the picture that you're looking at when you order it. The staff is always very friendly and this place is always absolutely clean and continues to stay clean.

Truely the best fast food joint in torrance as far as I know the employees make this place my go to place. Daniel, Shwn, Christian, and a short white lady with dyed hair wish i caught her name and even more of the employees they are all kind and personal. When you got people like this it makes a huge difference in your day and makes u wanna come back for more just to say whatsup. PS every employee here is awesome!!!

I love the remodel of the dining room! Food is consistent with Taco Bell standards, customer service was excellent. Dining room and restrooms were sparkling clean, and thankfully with the remodel they did not remove paper towels. Not fond of ordering from kiosk, but you can still order from the human.

Very quick & efficient service. The people are nice & respectful. Never really had a problem. If there has ever been an issue with my order they fixed it or replaced it without a problem. Especially since I absolutely hate sour cream.

When cash is low in the pocket and your hungry and you want some Taco's well I guess Taco Bell is the spot to come! I ordered 12 pack taco's and me and my coworker eat them all, in fact, it was not that bad but very little meat they put in. What this review is based on is that the girl at the counter was very nice, super nice and greeted us as we walk in the door. At no time did she rush us and trying to hurry us out. This is one of the best customer services that we got from Taco Bell. To the managers and owners of this Taco Bell, you got your self a great worker! Keep her and she will be great asset there. Headed home for the evening and decided that I wanted to get my Taco fix in. There was ample parking outside. When I came in they greeted me and were very polite. The location was clean. I ordered the bean burrito, Dorito taco and some chips and cheese. All three items were good. I recommend getting one of the freezes if they are available at the time. I will come back to this Taco Bell and I had a positive experience at this establishment.

Menu has wide variety and sizes of servings. Great for us because at 75+ we eat a lot less than we used to. One of our favorite places.

This location is not bad at all. The workers for the most part are nice and the dining area is kept up. It’s the only location I choose to go to around this area. Usually most other locations are horrible. Luckily the team here from what I seen are adults. Tbh it makes a huge difference.

Standard Taco Bell. Good for when you're on the go! They have some yummy options. Not the most healthy place to eat but it's tasty. This one's located in the heart of Torrance convenient on your way through town. Clean restaurant. Good for kids too.

This is a really great Taco Bell. The service is always fast, and the food tastes good. If I'm in a hurry, this is my go-to place. Their crispy tacos are kind of addicting.

Lunch rush was quick; we got two crunchy tacos with a side of pintos & cheese, and a bean burrito with extra cheese and no onions. Everything was hot and tasted great, except the bean burrito was just a bean burrito. We asked for extra cheese, but there was nothing but beans in it. So that's why only four stars.

Food is as usual for fast food places. The location is very clean and well kept and the service quality is great. I been here a couple times and each time i saw customers walking in and been greeted very nice with a personal touch many look to be returning xuatomers who the employees recognized. Make me feel very comfortable seen those returning customers seen that the service quality is great.

It's Taco Bell! The new Dollar double stackers (cheaper gortita crunch- basically) Not bad, more crunch than flavor but good for a late night food run when you need a fill-up with no throw-up.

Quick service. Didn't see anyone cleaning tables between diners, it wasn't filthy but a nice wipe down of the table is always appreciated. And, if it just me or did they chop the heck out of their menu???

This location is very hit or miss. You'll either get the best taco bell you've ever had or the worst inedible food ever. Theres some staff who are very friendly and other staff (mostly managers) who are very rude and short with customers. I've never had to wait very long in line. A lot of the time my soda is flat, rice and beans are old, and they forget to put the sauce packets in the bag.

The food has taken a processed, packaged turn for the worse. They were expensive compared to their rival! The young employee's were very hard working and nice. The employee's are the best thing they have going over there!

40 minute drive thru wait would have been acceptable if our tacos had been at least warm when handed out the window. Appeared to be seriously understaffed, not the staff's fault, they were pleasant. Also not the staff's fault that the taco salad has been removed from the menu. I won't be back.

Ordered a taco supreme and received no sour cream but was charged the dollar. It wasn't worth going back in, but I'll take a bit of their reputation with this review. 😏

I don't know if something is wrong with the sensor in the drive thru or my truck is just too big to trigger it but when I pull up to the order podium they never know I'm there. I generally give it a couple of minutes then if it doesn't work or they don't see me I pull up to the window. Nobody seems to have a problem with it that works there except for one fat chick who always has an extreme attitude and has no problem showing it.

1st time my boyfriend took me here for dinner, I was impressed by the price and the food. This is why 2 days after, we decided to go here after church for breakfast but this time, drive thru. The staff who took our order was jovial, but the disappointing part is, we specified no sour cream in the breakfast burrito order, but guess what, when we got home, there is sour cream inside, what a waste of money. Kitchen crew should never assume, there is a reason why we give specifications of orders, I think they should realize that. If someone gets hospitalized because of their negligence, will Taco Bell pay for damages?

I ordered the discovery box and asked at the order speaker for hot sauce then again when i got to the window and when they handed me the box i asked a third time is the hotsauce in the box they said yes i get home open my box and low and behold who would have guessed they forgot my hotsauce. How they can ask for $20 an hour but cant do something that takes no intelligence blows my mind.

Got in at the Marriott down the road, late. I was hungry and didn't have a car. They were closed even though the trading hours said 7am to 12am. They did want to help me nor allow me to order at the drive-thru.

I ordered online but it wasn’t ready yet so I pulled up to the front and I looked in .And the guy that was preparing my meal was wearing gloves he put his hands in his mouth and walked to the back and put my food in the bag I got home and put the food in the trash i don’t know if he pulled spit out of his mouth or what the other workers was just smirking after that I don’t know if it’s a race issue or what because there was no disagreement and I was polite but I don’t play about spit that’s nasty and I will be calling the heath department

What’s the use of this coupon if they refused to apply in our order? Employees are rude when we ask about using the coupon.

1 star for failure to provide receipt. The stupid self serve kiosk machine only offers the option to text or email a receipt. I double checked the email address before hitting submit. Stupid TacoHell has yet to send me a receipt! The workers tell me I have to call TacoHell to get a receipt.

Never again. Got sick to my stomach. An Employee who appeared to be specialt needs had a dripping nose while wiping trays to serve my food. I then asked that he not serve me told several Employees who did nothing even though the nasal discharge was obvious maybe in an attemp to be accommodating and political correct. I recently visited a Taco Bell location and had an incredibly unpleasant experience. Not only was the food disappointing, but the staff's attitude was completely unacceptable. The main issue was the stuffing they put in my taco, which was both messed up and something I can easily make at home, why spend so much money to eat at Taco bell if I can make better ones at home. Additionally, the service was slow and inefficient. This guy was so rude to us when we asked him about our order. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell location failed to meet these basic expectations. The employees appeared disorganised and unmotivated, further adding to the negative experience. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unlikely to return.

This Taco Bell has been shorting me food on my orders for years. How many others have they shorted? When you try to call them to report missing items, no one picks up. While I considered driving back to deal with the matter in person, the thought of burning gas and time to get a refund doesn't really make things right. Writing a review hopefully helps others. THIS TACO BELL LOCATION IS TERRIBLE WITH ORDER ACCURACY. If you are someone that gets annoyed with missing items or wrong items in your order, you should avoid this Taco Bell location. It has taken more of our money on missing items then all of the other fast food places combined. Ordered the #1 combo and sat in the store to eat. The tables had not been cleaned all day and my burrito supreme was missing sour cream and had minimal portions. I approached the cashier while they were busy making fun of a homeless person and asked for sour cream. Cashier refused to make another burrito sumpter and I demanded a refund which was placed on my credit card. However, the cashier would not provide to me a receipt for the credit. Mentioned mgr. was making a copy. Next time I will drive to different Taco Brll and I relate to all of the low ratings this place receives.

I am a regular customer at this Taco Bell. Yesyerday my order took longer as they were busy with the drive thru. Literally my order was made after all the cars in drive thru were gone. It seems Taco Bell pays more attention to Drive thru customers then walk-in customers.

This is the for the staff working on 12/11 at 12:30am. I arrived and they told me they were closed. They refused my business of a $50 order when they do not close until 1am. I will be calling corporate to let them know their staff is closing early missing out on business. I just went to this location on Saturday night around 9 pm ish. I didn't know there are 2 different prices for the chalupa box. I ordered and was surprised to see a different price. My daughter asked if there's a different price because we bought some earlier. The guy who was taking the orders and operating the register. In a nice way. Told me to know next time to order the correct thing that I want. Because, management will get upset with him for cancelating the first order I ask for. How 🤔 was I to know! I will avoid this location and go to another one. Management stop getting upset with your workers and stressing them out. Behind mistakes. There will be cancelation orders in the future from many customers. Be kind to your workers. To get better results!
