We had Chef Elido 3 times on our trip to tulum. Twice for dinner and once for breakfast, and it was the best decision ever. Elido and his team arrived on time and ready for the meals we selected. They prepped, served and cleaned up everything each time. All meals were so incredibly fresh and DELICIOUS! We can’t wait to come back and use him again.

Elido is hands down the best chef in tulum, for the best pricing, and he’s the easiest to work with. He was our private chef for 3 days: catered to every single request we had. I wanted to get my meals lean and he did so, he curated tomato soups, steaks, pesto pastas, spaghetti’s, chicken dishes, that are better than most of the best Toronto restaurants I’ve been to. He made us feel comfy and right at home as he cooked, and he such a great guy. Only work with Elido and you’ll thank yourself.

The food and margaritas and service were top notch. Everyone on their team had such fun and playful energy which made the dining experience very memorable. The Ceviche had great umami flavor and the fish tacos had amazing perfectly balanced spice, crunch and cream.

Such a great experience with chef Elido in Tulum! They were punctual, super professional, and very easy to communicate with beforehand. Very friendly and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Our Airbnb smelled so good while they were cooking, and the table setup was done so nicely! Everything was smooth from start to finish and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I 100% recommend and would absolutely book again!

Our first night we got in late and Chef was already at our VRBO making our fabulous Meal! It was incredible!! Red snapper hand picked fresh that day right from the fisherman off the boat! Soooo good and fresh. And we are considering having him again during our trip... such a luxury! I recommend to anyone! So worth it!!

We are so happy we hired Chef Elido for our Cancun bachelorette dinner! He was extremely professional, kind and an amazing chef! Our Airbnb kitchen was tiny and A/C was not working.. host also left the grill dirty.. but Chef Elido and his wonderful team still graciously prepared our meal with no complaints and it was delicious. They even played local songs on the TV while we had dinner and set the vibe. We had leftovers for lunch the next day as well— soo good. 10/10 would hire him again and we will get a place with a better kitchen next time 😂

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We had the privilege to experience 3 meals together during our stay and I have never eaten this good anywhere. Chef Elido made my family and I an INCREDIBLE dinner while we were in Tulum. He made tacos, guac, and rice that were out of this world and topped it off with margaritas for all. I was thoroughly impressed by the flavors, the decorating of the table, the immaculate service and the wonderful experience. Thank you Chef Elido!

Amazing . Elido came to our villa , 8 adults + 8 kids . We ask him to set menu that can work for all of as for one week breakfast and dinner . The food was very good and we all enjoyed a lot . Highly recommend

Elido and his team were wonderful! I was in Tulum for my friend’s bachelorette and we had Elido cook us a welcome dinner for 8. He was accommodating with food restrictions some of the girls had and the food was incredible. The cocktails were also delicious! Elido and team were attentive, kind, and portions were generous- we even had leftovers for the next day.

This is our second year in a row hiring this service. Food and service is amazing. Ceviche is the best!!! Definitely recommend shrimp tacos and steak.

Chef Élido did NOT disappoint! Our group of 8 (including my Vegan friend) devoured some very delicious chilaquiles for breakfast. Presentation was 10/10, I was moaning in between each bite. I wish we could hire him again for my birthday in Chicago. Este guey es bien chingon al 🌶

Chef Elido was the best. He was very affordable and provided exceptional service. The amount of food we got for the price was such a good price. His food was tasty and well received by the group. We also had some dietary restrictions and was able to accommodate easily. He was on time, and very prompt for dinner service. I will be recommending him to all of my friends that go to Tulum. He has a large menu to choose from and is flexible if you like something outside of that menu. Thank you again chef!

Quite literally one of the best experiences I’ve had in the 7 years I’ve been coming to Mexico. Such a unique and intimate experience and the food is beyond words!! Not everyone can get the food and aesthetic right but chef Elido got it all down to a tea! Such amazing food :)

Chief Elido was amazing. He arrived on time and had the food ready exactly when we agreed. Throughout the entire process, he was professional and extremely helpful in putting together the perfect menu for my girlfriend’s birthday. On top of that, the food and dessert were absolutely incredible. The next time we’re back, we definitely plan to work with him again. I highly recommend booking with him.

We booked a private chef in Tulum through Lucas, and it was the highlight of our family vacation. He made the whole process so easy, arranging everything for us. Chef Matías came to our villa with fresh local ingredients and prepared an incredible dinner. Every dish was beautifully plated and full of flavor.
