The service was slow but they were apologetic. The dinning room was dirty and garbage was overflowing.
Shoutout to Robbie for his Costumer Service, I was in a rush and becuase of his quick assistance in getting me my order he in turn helped me arrive to my destination on time. Taco Bell needs more employees like him.

The online order app failed for a 2nd time! But they were awesome recovering the order. Food is four stars because the app needs to put the "default sauce options" MORE PRONOUNCED up front. I have the LAMEST tongue for spice... and just completely forgot to look at "sub details" -- look, i get it "how is that this taco bell's fault?" If Taco Bell as a franchise is wondering why their customers don't "repeat" as much as "ought to", i promise you... its for this reason (especially in this location) why my face isn't as constant.
Required to use machine to order. Really don't like these machines. Descriptions of food not available on menu so have to guess what you want unless you are very familiar with the menu. Helpful staff. Iced tea is awful.
Husband ordered me lunch and my 2 tacos were made wrong. I know its weird, but I like my tacos without meat. Yep, both tacos had meat.
I've been here 3 times now at very different times and I've never had a wait under 10 to 15 minutes for my order. Drive through was over 10 minutes both times. Ordering in took almost 15 minutes! The 1st drive through was around 9:00pm and I ordered the nacho fries box and you can tell that they are NOT a company that should be selling fries... They were soggy and cold. Super long wait. Very nice woman at the window. The 2nd drive through was probably 7:00pm and I ordered the regular $5 box. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Super long wait. Another very friendly woman at the window. The 3rd and last time I ordered a simple burrito at around 3:30pm and it took almost 15 minutes to get my order. The guy at the register was pleasant. There's another location about 2 miles away and I'm going to try that location in the future in the hope that the wait times aren't so crazy.
Add on! Tried again.. really my fault for thinking anything would be better the employees are just so rude. If you can sleep at night guess that’s all that matters. The employees need better attitudes. You having bad day is not the customer fault. I’m confused on when bad attitudes came with the food. ? But hey, just wanted to let you know your staff rude. Why round up if they don’t care?

I’ve been an Uber Eats and DoorDash driver for over 6 years, and I’ve picked up from this Taco Bell many times without any issues.. until Friday night. The so-called “manager,” Rochelle, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with from start to finish. When I arrived at the intercom, there was silence for a while before she finally said something, but her voice was so muffled through her mask I could barely understand her. The only part I heard clearly was her telling me to “wait,” and even that was said in a rude, dismissive tone. Since there were no cars ahead of me and it was just an Uber pickup, I pulled up to the window so I wouldn’t be sitting there looking crazy. That’s when her attitude went full force. Rochelle was sassy, sarcastic, and condescending. She kept interrupting me, talking over me, rolling her eyes and neck, and giving me looks like I had done something wrong just for being there. When I mentioned I was also on the phone with Uber support, she didn’t care and just kept talking over me. When I asked for her name, she flat-out refused and told me she “didn’t have to give it” to me. I reminded her she claimed to be the manager, and if that’s the case, there’s no reason to deny a customer or driver her first name. She only gave it to me after arguing and rolling her eyes.. completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Even one of her coworkers seemed embarrassed, quietly mouthing an apology through the window, which told me everything I needed to know. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue with anyone else here.. only her. If this is how a manager treats drivers and customers, Taco Bell needs to seriously address this. Someone with this attitude and lack of basic customer service skills shouldn’t be representing the brand or managing a team.
Haha. What a JOKE! I walked to grab some food. No menu or cashier. Make me take my own order? Do I get a discount for being a part time employee? Walked right out. What is going on?
very rude customer service. whoever was at the window basically threw our (two) bags out the window - no hello, no confirming our order, no nothing. the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
This place jacks up the prices over the app. Stopped here for lunch for a second time. To swap beef to chicken was $1.60 per taco. It's $.60 through the app. No steak quesdillas, though it can be ordered online. Do not expect to get any help. It's all kiosks and employees hide in the back. There are much better ones in the area, so check out those instead if you are craving Taco Bell.
This place said they updated their hours two weeks ago. This clearly was false. My wife and I came out of our way to this TB because they were the only place that said they were open until 1 Am. I had looked at the menu and had my whole meal planned. We pulled up to the drive thru at 12:15 am. All the lights were off. It looked like a ghost town that shut down long ago. I have never been so upset in my life. 0/10 would not recommend.
