No es ni lo que era a subido los precios el trato malísimo por la camarera. Por otro lado mucho curre para solo 2 chicas. Y después de gastarnos 56€ en consumir ayi lo q sobró le digo ponmelo en un táper para llevar en ningún lado me cobran por ellos y ayi me cobró 1€ por una triste caja sin bolsa ni na. Mala educación por parte de las camareras.....por nuestra parte todos los q fuimos no volveremos.

Coming on a Saturday at 10 PM and being told the kitchen is closed when they actually close at 1:30 AM... Where have you ever seen that? They have set hours every day. Last week, on the same day, I came at 11:20 PM and the kitchen was open... Their schedule depends on how much they want to work, and I just haven't noticed?

Suelo ir a menudo a merendar, la chica que atiende es un encanto. Pero el mantenimiento del local por los propietarios es una auténtica verguenza que no se cómo lo permite la franquicia por la imagen que da ni el Ayuntamiento por sanidad. El baño de abajo, el de caballeros, lleva MESES cerrado por avería, por lo que todo el mundo tiene que ir al de arriba de mujeres. En el baño de arriba lleva años con un agujero en el techo que se ve la máquina de climatización soltando porquería. El contenedor higiénico del baño está rebosando de tampones y compresas, que asoman ya fuera y así pasa semanas y semanas sin que se cambie. La falta de limpieza y mantenimiento por todo el local es deplorable, telarañas, cables sueltos, en fin, de verguenza. No entiendo que ni Restalia, ni el Ayuntamiento tomen cartas en el asunto.

Si tienes un cartel que dice que ABRES A LAS DIEZ, no es normal que a las 11 menos cuarto me digas que no entre que no está abierto. Y así todos los días . Debe que ser que tú jefe no se entera de esto. no me extraña que esté vacío para los desayunos. Jefe, date una vuelta por allí a las diez y veinte verás el panorama ..

he venido aquí un domingo y hemos pedido 18 platos nos han cobrado uno de más y no me lo han dado, encima hemos ido a informar de que no nos han dado los que hemos pagado y de malas maneras nos han dicho que no lo hemos pedido cuando le hemos pagado. Al entrar he bajado hacia la parte de abajo y olía a un olor bastante desagradable con el que hemos tenido que comer. Lo recomiendo a personas que vayan a coger una cosa o dos y para llevar. La jarra pequeña de ladrón de manzanas, viene con dos enormes hielos macizos , que si les quitas es mucho menos q un corto de cerveza.. y encima no la llena del todo . Cuando les pagas te dicen q si quieres unas patatas o algo de picar ( dando a entender que es cortesía del bar, intentándote vender sin que lo sepas unas miserables patatas que te lo ponen en todos los bares ) intentando engañar a la gente de nuevo… con esto se creen q la gente es boba o no se q pensarán pero con esto solo ganan qno vuelvan mas… en todos lo demás 100 montaditos jamás me han preguntado si quiero unas patatas y en la jarra pequeña te preguntan si quieres hielo y si dices q si es solo uno y pequeño. Mal camino lleváis con esta forma de engañar a la gente . La foto de la jarra tenía dos hielos , tire uno al suelo y en la foto aún tiene uno y no habíamos bebido ni un solo trago.. de jarra NADA

Noely cajera quien atiende de mala manera obligando a el cliente a tomar algo que no es deseado simplemente y porque no hay hielo, mesas sucias donde limpiadas con el mismo trapo del bañó

Several times we've arrived before half an hour before closing time, only to be told we can't eat or drink anything. Today, Monday, we arrived at 10:25 PM, even though the closing time is listed on both the sign at the entrance and on Google as 11:30 PM, and they wouldn't let us in, saying they were "closing." You go all the way there thinking you might at least be able to have something to eat or drink, but no. It's incomprehensible and unpleasant.

The place is awful. Cobwebs everywhere, moldy walls, and loose electrical outlets with exposed wires. Plus, the music is way too loud to eat in peace.

I've never seen workers with less desire to work and more unfriendly in my life. For the second day in a row, as soon as a line forms to order (normal, considering how slow they are), they have a waitress stationed at the door to tell all the arriving customers that the kitchen is closed. Yesterday, Saturday, they did it at 10:00 PM; today, Sunday, they went too far and did it before 9:30 PM... Since when can a food bar not serve dinner at 9-10 PM on a weekend when they close at 12? The problem is that they have no desire to work. If instead of having an employee at the door exclusively telling people the kitchen is closed, they had her in the kitchen to speed up service or serving at the bar, everything would be much better. I don't think it's too much to ask. They should learn from the other 100 montaditos at Vallsur, with many more people and they go faster and they don't close the kitchen at those hours... Simply: SHAME.

We took home a surreal situation, unexpectedly and undeservingly. We went to get something to drink, one of us ordered something, wasn't happy with the service, and the waiter started explaining things as if he wanted to inherit the place. He asked for a complaint form, and while they were waiting to serve us, he didn't want to file a complaint, the argument continued between my companion and the employee at the restaurant. "If you want me to call my boss to explain why things are done this way... I'll call him... Well, I'm not going to call him..." "I'm going to call the police... Calling the police." The police spoke with us, and she explained what had happened, to the point where she said we had raised our voices too much and said some pretty nasty things to her, when it was a COMPLETE LIE. We had talked, but at no point did we disrespect each other in any way, as she was portraying it. Already speaking with the police outside, they ended up clearly agreeing with us, arguing that if we weren't happy with what they were serving, we should go somewhere else, something we understood from the start. What I didn't expect was that it would escalate out of nowhere into an outburst that ended with us calling the authorities... For this... The police, gentlemen, are there for much more important things than this situation. If you don't want to, or don't know how to treat, or don't have tact with the public, don't work in this field.

It was a disaster. We arrived at 10:00 AM, and the girl was outside smoking. She told us she opens at 11:00 AM, claiming it said so on the sign. After checking the sign, I reiterated that it said they open at 10:00 AM, but she insisted that she arrives at 10:00 AM and opens at 11:00 AM. I don't know how she's still working there when so many reviews complain about the same thing. She's stealing an hour from the company by opening and closing.
