I love this Starbucks! Come here a lot, it’s always quick, yummy, and the staff is super nice. In fact, they’ve been writing notes on cups today and today the person who made my drink wrote “Say hi to beetlejuice for me!” Which absolutely made my day because my name came from the movie beetlejuice (Lydia). Keep up the good work :)

Love Stabucks season peppermint mocha. This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks stores. I’m placed an order on the app and didn’t show up for 10 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes for my coffee. It was my first pumpkin spice of the season which was delicious. 20 minutes for a pumpkin spice cold brew. The wait time said it would have been ready far before it actually was. Not a great job managing expectations. I understand finding help is difficult. That’s ok, but give accurate wait times.

The GPS signal showed my arrival. I almost overlooked Starbucks because it was not a typical store front. It was an extraordinary store front. This Starbucks appeared to have been a converted older home. It did not lack anything. There were many added bonuses due to the different room dimensions. There was a conference room for larger groups, corners for the book readers, pub tables, and a sofa for the cozy gatherers. This atmosphere was epic! Starbucks ... a home away from home.

Wow.. simply... Wow! This historic location has charmed me in such a way, no other Starbucks has before! Historically built sometime 1836, the landmark Sarah Bonesteele cobblestone home now hosts a dual modern, modest, and homey Starbucks complete with the Bonesteele Museum! Where else in the world can you find a museum in a Starbucks instead of vice versa!? Anyways, yeah, house once hosted plush parties back in the early 1900s y'all, which I think is pretty dope! Also, this Starbucks has excellent outdoors seating, a friendly team, and a great homey atmosphere! Well done, Starbucks High Point, well done!

Love Starbies, what more can I say? This location is always clean, bathrooms regularly sanitized, top notch batista service. Its always nice to go into a place and the people working are having fun. It creates a genuinely accepting vibe and atmosphere. Very chill and happy here. Thanks for the excellent service! There's always room for Starbies!

Got together with friends at this Starbucks in Victor today with friends. They have tables very spread out and most removed to be safe for Covid. I ordered using the app so I could just go in and grab the coffee. Most of their orders were coming in that way. They were filling the orders super fast and very efficient. The manager and employees were very pleasant and friendly. I always have a great experience at this location.

This is such a unique spot. On our drive back to Toronto we wanted to grab a coffee and it brought us here. We ended up hanging out for a while, and let our daughter run wild in the shop. I would just come to enjoy the environment here. Staff is great and location is awesome

It is a busy place but it was comfortable. Parking was an issue, only because of resurfacing of the parking lot. I do find pricing to be high, but so is everywhere

I love my Starbucks, I was disappointed that this Starbucks did not have a drive-thru, I was also disappointed with the lack of clemliness inside.

My drink was made incorrectly, and they gave me the wrong sandwich and then trying to get a refund for said items was a nightmare! 0/10 experience.

I would not come here because of the unprofessional woman at the counter. The wait time is long and the customer service is poor especially that of Bethany. I would go to the Eastview Mall location instead if you can

Honestly I come in often and the staff is friendly. All but one woman with short, blonde, straight hair, middle aged. She is the supervisor I found out her name is Beth. She is extremely rude. You can just walk in to the Starbucks and get in line and she will shout, "BE RIGHT WITH YOU WE JUST OPENED." no friendliness at all and the most horrible tone. Another time I just walk in and she is super rude again with her tone of be right with you to the point of I dont want her serving me coffee. The vibe is horrible and her attitude isn't starbucks at all. I would be surprised to find out she is the manager or something. This isn't customer service. If she doesnt want to be at work dont take it out on the paying customers. Who wants to drink a cup of coffee served with that attitude. I cant believe this is the type of management starbucks wants to be the face of this store.
