TLDR: Horace created an exceptional experience. Normally Chick-fil-A has better than average service, and that was the case with this location as well. One employee stood out above the rest at this location though. Horace was a polite cashier with exceptional customer service skill. He managed to get me into a conversation, normally difficult as I am an introvert. During our conversation, he discovered I had not eaten any cookies at Chick-fil-A before. This is when I had discovered Chick-fil-A sold more than shakes as deserts, I also found they sell parfaits. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

It's Chick-fil-A, what more can I say. Line is miles long and you still get in and out in seconds. Everyone treats you amazing and I couldn't applaud the owners and the staff enough for the work they do. Honestly the best business I've ever been to. My last retail job, our DM when talking about our customer service goals used Chick-fil-A as an outline of how we should do things. Love going here so much.

I'm from New York and one of my favorite movies is observing report and in that movie they mentioned Chick-fil-A but I didn't know it was a real place until I moved here I thought they were just making them names to be funny I was like oh my goodness there really is a Chick-fil-A it's fantastic I haven't had any of it yet but I don't really like fast food but I'm sure it's delicious and I thought it was hilarious that I didn't even think it was a real place my daughter's love it they say that it's the best chicken around

There is a wide selection of items to choose from, and the drive through is extremely fast. The people who are directing the drive thru really know what they are doing. They are very sophisticated, and are good at managing things. They are so polite and make you want to come back. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment.

Fantastic on their chicken nuggets & ice coffee with whip cream. I'm very sad though, they discontinued their wonderful coleslaw & carrot salad. Whoever did that was crazy. I came in with my wife my daughter and my youngest son during the lunch rush and the poor girl misunderstood my number one for spicy but she was so polite and exchanged the sandwiches and brought them to our table. The store was very clean. It is wheelchair accessible and child friendly with a play place for children 5 and under. Such a wonderful store! My Dad and I went there for lunch, and when the staff and customers realize he was having trouble (he uses a walker) at least 3 people jumped up to help, including the manager. When the only table was a tall one, 2 men graciously got up so he could sit down. Add great food and service and this is a 5 Star restaurant.

Tasty as always!!! So good that there was no seating inside, so I ate outside in the drizzle. But that's not a complaint, it's not their fault. People just love chick fil a! I've been here so often that I am somewhat tired of the food, but I still come because you are the only fast food place that consistently knows how to correctly take an order.

The service speed is lightning fast, and the food is always high quality! You can often find the manager walking around checking on people. (She even helped me when I had my hands full with the kids.)

They are always fast and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I eat here maybe a handful of times a month and they are always crazy busy but somehow get the orders out in a timely manner. I once forgot my wallet and didn't realize it until after j ordered but it was the holidays and I guess they knew I was a pretty regular customer so they ended up giving me the meal I had ordered anyway. That didn't quite take the embarrassment away but it certainly made my day!

Always quick and good comfort food! Although their app leaves a lot to be desired, in my opinion. When you press your selections it's not clear at all whether it accepted your selection or not. My daughter told me afterwards that when you make a selection it shows it at the top of the screen. Their drive thru is also really fast and organized! We eat here whenever we go to Victoria!

The service here was excellent despite the fact of it being super busy. When we arrived, the drive thru was backed up out to the road entrance for heb and the lobby was 2/3 full at the dining tables.We order meals for 3 children and 2 adults. The food was fresh hot and delivered to our table within 10 minutes. The guy who brought us our food had such great formalities and humor, you could tell he enjoyed his job and wanted to make everyone's time there just a bit easier amongst the chaos

Place is almost always busy but regardless , their customer service is top-notch. Dining room, restroom and play area is always clean. They have ample staff to get you in and out. During peak times they have extra staff in the dining room to refill drink and get extra things you might need . I have always had a great experience at both Chick-fil-A locations.

Went for breakfast! And I was so happy they added the spicy chicken, UNFORTUNATELY they no longer carried their bagel with sunflower seeds baked into it. BIT STILL, service was great and food was hot. Iced coffee was too coffee tasting, if that makes sense :) could've used a bit more sugar.

I have NEVER seen such hard workers...ever. And the day I went was probably difficult but they were all still smiling. It was the last day of summer break for kids. So alot of parents & grandparents took their kiddos to go eat. They also had free ice cream cones for the kids that day. The manager had to go into the play room a couple of times because the kids were crawling & climbing on things that they weren't supposed to. Of course, the food was really good. But their workers are more impressive!

I always enjoy Chick-fil-A. Today I had to write a review of my great experience. I took my kids to let them play and my youngest had a scab on his knee. It reopened up when he tripped and fell in the playground area and started bleeding. Jasmine was quick to get us a bandaid and check on us after to be sure the bandaid worked out. This is my go-to place when I am going to treat myself to some fast food and there are a lot of reasons that it is. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Even though it is fresh you get your order in a timely manner. The people behind the counter are very curious which I find impressive since most of the time they are younger most of the time that it not the case. To me this says a lot about the management there and the expectations they set for their employees. There is a particular person that I cannot brag enough about, it is the woman that delivers your food and cleans the tables in the dining area. She is beyond amazing every time she is there when I go. She brings your food and makes sure that it is correct and asks you if there is anything else that you need. She even comes and checks on you while you are eating to see if you need anything or need refills on your drink. When she is there it is almost like you are at an actual restaurant vs some fast-food place. She makes coming to just a fast-food place so much more enjoyable. I don't understand why your doors are still closed to the public. Only drive throughs, and you have to sit in spaces to wait on your food in your car. I have had a Mother's Day gift card from last Mother's Day as a gift. And I refuse to wait in my car to get an order. This is getting to be none sence! And I only go in morning hours to Chick file A. Good chicken sandwich. The meat was tender and not too greasy. Wafflefries are not over salted. Unsweetened tea is very good, not too bitter or overbrewed.

Long line at drive through so we went inside and were served fairly quick. I order a combo large drink, fries, and the cheapest sandwich they offered. My wifw got nugget combo. Total price was just under $20. Seems a bit expensive. But they lead the way in customer service and get your order out quickly

I needed some breakfast and had some money left on my Chick-fil-A card, so I ordered an egg/cheese biscuit, yogurt w/granola and a coffee. The biscuit fell apart as soon as I opened the wrapper. Good flavor, but it was all over the place. I also believe that no one who works at Chick-fil-A is a coffee drinker because it is always bitter. Oh well...I ate and drank what I paid for and it was enough.

The food always taste good, but only if your a chicken will you get full because the size of everything is so small now. The get full you could pay to have a complete meal at an expensive restaurant. Atmosphere and employees are great. Food portions sad for what you pay for. That's the bottom line about places you eat- it's about the food, quality, and size. For this reason alone I have given you a low score.

Both the chic fil locations in the mall and Navarro have had very slow service as of late. I'm not sure what has changed, but improvement is needed.

Its very busy i get it, but this restaurant needs parking for delivery drivers like us who do doordash, it would help without being in a congested area and we can be serviced correctly. This store is super busy like if three chick fil as and Houston Pearland combined. Volume is high so owners get designated area for us delivery drivers to park without being mixed up with regular orders in town thanks!

I asked please can I have some Polynesian sauce when ordering . I went to the window and they assured me it was in there I drove 30 mins back home and there was nothing … I didn’t even get straws . Either I am spoiled with the Chick-fil-a restaurants back home or simply expect the best each and every time without fail but my first and only visit to this location was disappointing. The sandwich tasted dry and overdone and the cookie tasted as if it was baked the day before and left to cool overnight. I will say that the staff was friendly but I was not completely satisfied with this visit. Maybe I will visit this location the next time I am in town and see if improvements have been made.

Only go when the line at the drive-thru is short, it's not worth it otherwise to me. They do a good job of moving cars through with personnel outside, but too much traffic. This visit chicken was too dark, cooked too long.

We had the nuggets and I was happy to see the variety of other foods available. Fresh greens were a bonus. However, the server was a bit rude & kinda talked down to me when I asked for something. Apparently they discriminate and judge whom you're ordering for and she tried to imply I was unable to order a small because it was for kids. She kept eyeing me and only offering me a medium or a large, and I had to keep reiterating that I was ordering for small children. Which was none of her business, and I honestly don't think I'll give this establishment business next time because I don't believe in age-ist menus. No one has a right to force customers to order more then they need, nor can afford based on presumed age. Now that I know they have restrictions, I will not be buying anything from there again

sick for a few days I don't think they are managing to wash their hands properly with so many customers.. chicken can be no fun if a small step is skipped, most of the time its good though - dine-in closed maybe people are getting relaxed about handling this stuff

As great a job as Chick-fil-A does for lunch and dinner, I found that it should be avoided for breakfast. My order was for a sausage biscuit, OJ, and coffee. The biscuit was mediocre, and the coffee only came in one size, medium. To make matters worse, the cup was only filled to about 75% of capacity or a full 2 inches below the top. For all of this I paid over $7 or close to a normal lunch chicken combo. Overpriced - poor value. Drive through service was efficient as the breakfast traffic was a fraction of the the capacity as the restaurant is set up to handle the hoards at lunch hour.

Food is great but let's be honest what's more Christian then letting everyone cut in front of you in line. That's possible thanks to the new "MERGE" lane as one woman shouted through tears in her eyes. The food was a 5 service was a 5 but that merge lane being left unattended and open when there's even a couple of cars in the main lane, well.. that's unexcusable negligence and let's face it if you do get side swiped you are going to be footing the bill since nobody is in the right apparently in a parking lot!

Usually great service! Today was ok service maybe because it was 30 minutes until closing. Not sure if there been a recall, but twice I been here the last couple of months they been out of all salads. I always order yogurt every time I come to chick fil a, but this time it have weird black specks all over the yogurt ( it’s usually plain white yogurt with fruits on top). 😒

Very slow line inside, and no extra register open. Also took a long time to get a very mediocre roasted chicken club sandwich that cost me $9. In addition this place is not Veteran friendly- no veterans discount even available. The lettuce on my mediocre sandwich looked like the outer cast off leaves.... look

So, we got a frosted lemonade and it was more ice cream than anything which it usually isn't. We said it needed more lemonade. The young lady said she would re-make it for us and to just keep the other one. We didn't ask to keep it she simply said to keep it. We thought that was so very sweet and professional. As soon as she gave us the re-make (which was really good), her manager said for her to take back the other one. We felt so bad for the young lady just trying to be thoughtful and do a good job. Wow!

Never really go to chic fil a anymore, it became over rated and over priced. I decided to go there tonight to get some chicken noodle soup and some nuggets. Asked for mayonnaise, chic fil a sauce and ketchup. Got home and nothing was in the bag , not even one freaking napkin !! To begin with they were really rude when taking our order!!! Definitely won’t be going back there!!!

Went through the drive thru today. Was wondering why it was moving slower than normal. Usually the drive thru no matter how crowded, moves swiftly. Well they've added another person at the pickup window. To hand the orders from the window to you. And unfortunately this person is not paying attention to what he's doing, he's chit chatting with the cashier. I get all the way home and discover my order is half complete. I call the store and the only offer I am made is for me to drive back over to the store to pick up the rest of my offer. So that's what I do. Now for the "frosting on the cake". When the rest of my order is brought to my car, the guy LAUGHS!!! "You had a salad? HA HA HA HA!" Really? No apology for THE INCONVENIENCE, for making me drive all the way back?? I guess I could have let them keep my salad (that I paid for) and sell it again? It take very little to apologize. By the way the Chicken Tortilla Soup is horrible. Suggestion: remove the extra person at the drive thru window, it's a bad idea. And check orders when you hand them to the customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gentleman that answers the phone need to focus more you can not keep people waiting for 27 minutes for the food while it’s sitting right next to you getting cold and soggy. When the person finally took it out I was told that’s I was late to pick up the food had been ready. Keep in mind I called the gentleman 3 times and I told him what curbside pick up I was and still he didn’t send it out.

I was very disappointed with this Chik fil a location. I ordered a salad with extra egg. Upon delivery, my salad had no eggs at all. I called the store in which the manager stated they didn’t have any eggs. She didn’t even offer to refund me my money for the extra egg until I asked and advised I had to come to the location for the 0.30 refund. I was in town visiting and I assure you I will never buy from this location ever again.

I don’t know what happened this evening, I never go to Chick fil A that late in the evening but, my youngest daughter is having her baby shower Saturday that I am hosting. So for 4 hrs of running errands with my daughter (her sister)and grandson.We were tired we went to the curbside and ordered it took 30min to get food, and they forgot my grandson’s ice cream cone. He was crying so I rushed inside to let them know and just get it..I was greeted by a security officer that put his hand to his holster/ told me that I could not speak to the counter because they were busy and what did I need. I was stunned but told him that all I needed was a ice cream cone that was forgotten from order. He asked for my receipt, and I actually had it on my phone! He said asked if I was drive thru ? I wasn’t I was curbside he asked what #….I replied I forgot he asked what are you driving- I let him know.. then he said very ugly…” You can go back to your car and I will tell them, then someone can bring it out to you. All this while his hand is on his holster! I don’t know if he was going to Tase me or shoot me? I only had my phone ….??? A young girl from counter asked him what I needed and she quickly got a cone and came around counter and handed it to me- I thanked her and left. Where am I ? This is Victoria Right and there wasn’t a mob of people with me anything;just me. I’m upset to say the least and confused.

Ordered 2 separate orders & left and only to find out they forgot my my daughter's chicken strips & fries. I called due to them closing in 2 mins and a guy answered phone and said if I come back they have it ready for me. So I then explained I was right down road ill be right there. My husband and I caught food poisoning over the weekend from this exact restaurant I know for sure it was here because out of all our normal places to eat we've never had any issues I took my husband to Chick-fil-A which he's never been to and we had a late lunch later that evening I fell sick followed by a 2 am ER visit and then him falling sick less than 12 hours later

i ordered through the chickfila app and when it arrived both fries ordered were half filled looked like someone ate half of them. they sent no chik fil a sauce at all. only 2 polynesian for 2 peoples orders. fries were stale and dry like they had been sitting out and same with the nuggets soggy and old tasting.

This is by far the worst location in the history of All Chik Fil A establishments. I know very well as my son is a manager in Dallas for a location. They’re rude. They have continuously messed up our orders when we paid extra for gluten free items at that or extra cheese. We called for over 40 min 5x when our order was incorrect and no answer at location. We understand it gets busy but bit like that in a small town like Victoria. The manager will hang up on you when you speak to them the next day and tell you there is nothing they can do to assist you and as you place any order through the app you need to only and solely contact support. We will never come back to this establishment or location. I own a business with 45 employees locally. We will never order catering again and I will make sure everyone we know never comes to this Chik FiL A. It’s truly sad the employees at this location and the poor service.

If you have time to wait 30 minutes in a line for lunch then this is a great place. I can't believe how packed this place gets it's ridiculous. I have never seen anything like it. Worst experience I've had at any chick fila across the USA, manager Norma sanchez needs to return to customer service 101. Using the app I made a mistake with location same street wrong place from where I delivered from in my 18wheel tractor trailer. Per mall location I reached out to try to fix the error. And I got a that's a you problem and not lets come up with a resolution. She hung up on me when I was trying to get alternative resolutions and took the phone off the hook. I could've came into the store on 100 after figuring out how to get a truck and trailer to her but I didn't and she still didn't give a damn. Only good thing is she understood my food needed to be remade.

I have frequented many chic filets. This location in Victoria is by far the slowest both for drive through and curbside pick up. After placing an online order and waiting 20 minutes in line to pick up my salad, I was told they did not have any lettuce. I asked to speak to the manager and waited another 6 minutes.

I ordered a chickfila unsweet tea and gallon unsweet tea on the mobile app for drive thru. They gave me the normal tea but told me to go to curbside spot #3 to wait for the gallon. I waited for 10 minutes before I finally went inside to request a refund for the gallon tea. Vivian the woman with the extremely thin brown hair interrupted me while I was explaining the situation and rolled her eyes several times. She huffed and snatched the receipt out of my hand. I didn’t even receive a “sorry that happened” or anything. It was super unprofessional. I am not from this area but I actually can not believe chickfila workers act like this here! This happened at around 2:30 on saturday Jan 10. I would love for someone from ChickFilA to contact me. I get saturdays can get busy but a simple sorry or a smile would do wonders!

Every time I go they NEVER give me the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. I just left and guess what they put NONE in my bag. I always get the grild chicken club and NEVER get the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. I want to know whyyyy? Last time I literally had to walk in and ask for some from curbside.

Takes your order for breakfast before 10:30 for curbside. let's you get all the way across town to the store to be told if you don't arrive by 10:30 on the dot not there problem and refused to serve me or even give me any kind of coupon for the inconvenience. Would have gone somewhere closer to home if anyone or the app had said that but they don't and now no one is serving breakfast. So much for good customer service at chick fil a. Worst experience I've had at one.

Tried the new lemonade and we really didn’t like it. Asked if we could just have a regular lemonade instead and they said no. Cashier was rude, unhelpful, and not what you would expect of Chic Fil A. I have been a loyal customer for my whole life, from Arizona to Nevada to Texas, and never been treated so rudely as I have at this location. Repeatedly. And no one said my pleasure. I wonder if corporate knows how rude they are here? So disappointing.
