Clean location, employees very friendly and helpful. Food came out fast. Unfortunately lot's of patrons here seem to struggle with the self order kiosk but it's no fault of the location just technical gap

Update 5/17/2025: my order was wrong at first but Xavier fixed the others mistake and his customer service and attitude is 👌 👍 Thank you Xavier keep up the hard work I see you 😎 end of update.... and the food was delicious also. I customized the mcgriddle sandwich, that was cool of them to allow me to make my own version of the sandwich! All in all it's back to normal no more mandates and the quality is good no disappointments here at this location

Excellent service !!! The coffee cup was leaking. I asked one of the staff to bring me a new lid for the cup. He brought me a fresh cup of coffee with new lid. And said ' I am sorry it leaked'. He did not have to apologize to me. But, he did on be half of Mc Donald. I said thank you and thinking he is the kind of employee I would like to hire. Thanks for making my day to start with Smile & kind experience.

For a macdonalds it was good fries were fresh and the burger tasted like one when ever I am driving to las vegas I will stop here.

This is not a bad place. The staff are always there to help as long as you show them respect. They throw in all the extras without asking you if you’re nice from my experience. But don’t forget also to ask for extras. It doesn’t hurt to ask. The restrooms are always clean.

I ordered through the app and picked up at curbside. The wait time wasn't too bad. However, the parking lot is very small so prepare to be a little frustrated. Aside from forgetting my ranch, everything else was in the bag. The food tasted good and was mostly hot.

They need to train more before they put people at the windows. They are ok but I have been here twice in a week and both times they got my order wrong they had to look at my receipt to get my food, that's not cool. Hopefully they will make fresh food & get their prompter or register together. There is a disconnect between ordering & receiving the food.

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered only a mocha frappe. Everything was perfect. And I love using their app to earn points for free food.

I hadn't been to McDonalds in years, but went to visit a friend - was craving some hot fries, so we went to this McDonald' Drive-Thru. The food was a little different than what I remember. But those fries, they were yummy hot, and oh so McDonalds. I felt the customer service was way above average. Did a curve side order. And has to return and go inside because one of my sandwiches was missing. I wasn't ever offer a fresh one as this one was cold.

Not very clean... especially outside sticky soda spills. Staff are younger so ordering takes a little bit longer. Food... fries on a number of visits are not hot sometimes burgers are dry.

Normally this place is good but the lady at the drive thru taking orders seems like they do not want to be there. I went thru 2 times and both time around 10:30am today and it seemed like it was a inconvenience. There wasn't even a line. And when I asked simple questions she tried to turn my words around like I wasn't asking a question and put it in as a order. Then when her no that's not what I said and told her again she ignored me and repeated what I ordered and my total I had to repeat myself a third time and it just seemed like the biggest inconvenience ever. I know it's McDonald's but come on so many people are looking for jobs that could do 100 times better

They recently did a renovation that took away the soda fountain, and you can barely see into the food prep area. Just makes it seem like they don't want you to know what their doing back there. Be careful of the homeless in the area as they are always near that site. Most not friendly at all. Plus, they use the restrooms' sinks as showers.

The grease needed to be changed and the food was cold. This particular one has 2 drive thru,after waiting a couple of minutes another car pulled aside me and they order was taken. I then pulled up to ask what was going on...the employee asked me "Did you run over a cone?" I told him no, he then told me "Oh well the speaker is broken " WOW...you got to do better!

I'm giving this 3 stars because usually they do a pretty good job. Not today. I ordered a basic meal, Big Mac, fries and a drink on the app. Ok until I get to the window for my food. I'm told they're waiting to complete my order and to pull around to Drive Thru #1. Right after, guy behind me pulls around to space #2. Several MINUTES later, car three leaves, then car four, then car 5. Nearly 10 MINUTES after parking, a guy comes out carrying several orders and hands me mine. The fries were basically thrown into the bottom of the bag (at most half of them were still in the fries container and barely warm). Get to my Big Mac and it's luke warm if not room temperature. Yes, it was lunchtime, but it was the same time I always get there when eating here. Hopefully they'll have their act together next time, if there is one.

McDonald’s - my guilty pleasure. I can never finish my food but McCafe is amazing ! I love their new caramel macchiato. Don’t tell starbucks I’m cheating on them !

Why is The McDonald's Corporation NOT posting any Replies here? That reminds me of a company who just doesnt care! This is the most conflicting review I have ever written as they have a FANTASTIC STAFF there!! So upbeat & friendly! Their positivity was truly Amazing amidst several customers that were complaining about their orders,(including myself) the staff remained professional and kind the entire time which was very impressive to me! Quite heartwarming actually... in a cold, complaining world! Manager Rene went out of his way to make things right when they got things wrong with my order. He is a very nice, good guy there..for real!! The sad thing is, when I got home to eat my food. The chicken sandwich they REmade to REplace the one they FORGOT earlier in the day...well, just look at the photo. Sadly, the bun was pretty jacked up! What a bummer! So, although I really love Rene's crew, sadly, there is room for improvement. Still...let's try and remember, YOU are a human being too and Nobodies Perfect!! Good Energy at this Location :)

It was freezing cold at the la Paz drive resturant location. We asked an attendant if they could control the temperature. They said they were not able to do so. It is up to management. We were going to stay in and eat but we left due to it being so cold.

Got my order wrong, had me waiting in the parking lot for 12 minutes for my order. No straw with my drink, the double qp I ordered looked like a mess too much mustard and slapped together the patties were dry, fries weren't fresh. They didn't mess up the chicken nuggets so they get a star for that and a star for being close to work.

I am a very understanding person, but a error every time I go is ridiculous, working at a McDonald's is not rocket science. Most of it is paying attention and looking at the screen. I understand busy, I don't mind waiting. Waiting for almost 20 minutes and still getting the order wrong is beyond, they ask about condiments at second window, and still don't put them in the bag. I asked the employee nicely and she never came back. They never put napkins, order is always wrong, and phone doesn't work either so don't bother in calling to let them know.

Do not go inside! Just wait out the line! They only have machine service inside. The machines don't calculate real prices and just are plain hard to work even for a 36 year old.The workers are only there for the drive through line and to hand you food. It took over 8 min to have someone help with my machine, even then they gave me big time attitude. You get paid too much to have an attitude, just smile. If you got paid less my meal would be less expensive too just saying. #make less pay less. Making more money will never equal you out, cost of living will just go up too, then you are worse off than before your so called raise ( which just hurt everyone else who has to buy that product).

Hamburgers had a minimal amount of amount of ketchup and mustard and too many scraggly pickles. Mine had 5 and my wife's had 3. It was hard to tell because they were folded together. My wife's burger was shifted off the bun like they were steps. Bun, burger, cheese, burger, cheese, bun. The flavor of the Hawaiian Punch Icee tasted closer to red ice. It took an excessive amount of time to get two ice cream cones. The manager finally noticed and had someone get them. It's hard to support the push for a $15 minimum wage when the product they are serving is barely worth a $3 minimum wage. The restaurant was at a slower pace when we ordered.

I went through drive through and started my order and was given a total, I replied wasn't done. Cashier was nice but when I got my order, the drink wasn't capped right and it over spilled on worker, she partially cleaned it. Order meals for 4 people and was told to pull my car into the waiting stall and they would bring out my order. It took about 10 minutes for them to come out. I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to bring the condiments I asked for as well. By the time i got everything, the food was cold. This was not a good experience.

Ordered thru app, and didn't get alerted about them not having cookies available till there at the pick up window where I was not offered my money back for them but pressured into taking something else .. since the line was extremely long didn't want to make a hassle for everyone else, to top it off none of my food was fresh fries tasted double dipped(pit in grease taking out sat the put again to serve warm) horrible if anyone knows the taste.. I would say you get what you pay for but being mcdonalds is just about as much as sizzler or more that's not the case.

I have never had a big issue like today. I had a medium sized order. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Several other persons were also upset their food was not ready. Why say the drive thru closes at 1am if nobody is going to be taking orders around 11pm? I've gone about 3 or 4 times around 11pm-12am and no one was taking orders in the drive thru. There were several other cars besides mine that also weren't helped.

Employee claims owner is only interested in profit. No refills on drinks, amount of fries given are smallest of any McDonald's visits across the nation. I paid over $5 more for same items at another McDonald's within 20 miles. And they were cleaning the floors with chemicals while I was eating, which I believe is against health code. Unfortunately their play area was closed, and their music style was not children friendly....so our visit was cut way short.

Stopped by on a commute through town as kids wanted McDonald’s. Place presents nice enough but there is drug use and homeless people cycling in and out of the bathrooms and hanging around outside. We dined in and there were at least 4 different homeless folks cruising in and out of the men’s bathroom. Went into men’s bathroom and two men, one with a shaved head and a tattoo on his forehead, were just loitering about talking to each other but not using the bathroom in anyway. He kept just looking at me, it was really weird. They both later left I went back in and there were two cigarette butts, a spent piece of foil unwrapped (not for food use) and some yellowish white looking cube of something on the baby changing table. Yeah don’t bring your little ones in there. They really need to lock the restrooms and reserve for paying customers. Just avoid altogether plenty of other choices around, or stick to drive through only. Also they forgot one of our burgers on our order but quickly gave it to us when we asked them.

I was traveling back home on I 15. This location looked clean and nice but they could not give us correct order. How hard is a cheeseburger with only pickles on it. The girl put it in as no onion, no ketchup, no mustard. You would think it would be right. Nope. We got a cheeseburger with ketchup only on it. How? I don't know. Went back inside to ask to get it corrected. The manager on duty put it in as a plain cheeseburger, special request. He talked to a worker on the line. Then snidely asked if I wanted cheese on the cheeseburger. What the...... I know I will never stop at this location again. It was a very simple request and I got attitude from the manager. McDonald's, I know your stores have gone down hill with customer service but this was too much.

Employee taking order was not real friendly. No ice in the machine, had to wait for the employees to end their chatting before I could get anyone to notice me at counter. Food was over cooked, thrown together sloppily. We did have free entertainment though. A homeless man was laying under the window where we sat, throwing empty water bottles. That was neat. Then he followed us to the car wanting change.

Waited in drive through and at at 1021 they informed that they serve breakfast til 1030 not 10 so figured I'll park and wait 10 minutes as I didn't want breakfast at 1035 I go inside and the employee says no we serve breakfast until 11 not 1030. Had the first person stated that I wouldn't have waited. There parking lot is a pain in the neck if you park because you can get blocked in with their really long lines. The employees need better training on their own store. Probably won't be going back to this location.

The staff was rude and we needed to repeat the order several times to different members before it was finally entered in correctly. Once we did get the food, the quarter pounder that I ordered was a smashed, over salted, black hockey puck and my son's fries were cold and nearly inedible.

We no longer visit this location. We tend to usually be ordering for 5 people when we go out to eat, which means we go inside to order, even if it's being brought home. We always had issues with them forgetting things. The last time we visited, we got the bags, and they hadn't given us the happy meal to our order. I went up to the counter to let them know about the happy meal. The girl I spoke to was not the one who had taken our order, she had just come in. She turned to someone just out of my sight and the person's response was "not my problem". The only person I saw come from that area in the next couple of minutes, was a manager. I was NOT happy.

This McDonald’s always messes up everyone’s order. They forget to put an item that was ordered every single time. And for some reason they have the phone off the hook to where I can’t call them to make a complaint. I paid for my item and it’s not right that this happens all the time and then want me to go pick the item up after they are the ones who didn’t put all of the food I ordered in the bag you guys need to train your employees to pay attention and get it right.

Asked to wait in stall #4 to receive rest of my order (hot drink) when driving to go into #4 another car pulled in as it left me on the side and leaving my emergency lights on. Told driver and of course they didn’t care. Waited patiently 12-15 minutes and no service or drink. Almost had a car hit my car, wowww. Went back to drive-thru and requested my money back. Never going there again, it’s disorganized and atmosphere ghetto.

Went through the drive thru and ordered one sausage mcgriddle and one iced coffee. Pretty simple order and it wasn't that busy and was told to wait in the reserved parking to wait for the food. I understand waiting maybe 10 mins for food but 20 mins for one food item is asking to much. Especially when I had to call to ask where my food was. Turns out they didn't even know I was waiting. I try to be understanding but that's just crazy.

You know I'm just over it with this place. 70% of the time your food is cold and I'll tell you cold french fries are just nasty. The prices are jacked up and even when you order a large fry that container is half empty which is ridiculous. If you have any type of special request good luck because you're not going to get it and if you have any type of complaints don't try to talk to anybody in there because the attitude sucks the manager is extremely rude.

My sister ordered a creamy espresso. The woman taking our order read everything back CORRECTLY, but the order we received WAS NOT correct. They charged my sister for cream and a sausage pattie she never received. Everything was way undercooked and unusually heavy on the grease. Only 2 sandwiches out of 4 were made correctly, and I'm guessing it's because we didn't make any changes to them. When the mistakes were pointed out at the window, the woman shrugged, told us there's nothing she could do, and ushered out of the drive thru. NO HELP WHATSOEVER! I've been to literally hundreds of McDonald's, but this one is by far the worst in terms of pricing and customer service. We'll never return.

The customer service was awful at that location, the workers are rude and snappy and acts if they want to be there. I ask one worker for her name because I was going to submit a complaint for her rudeness and she said she didn’t have to give her name. I spoke to the manager Victoria who was also rude and she said that the other worker didn’t have to give her name because she is a minor. Also I had 4 mobile orders they said I could only do 2 mobile orders per car, there were no lines an only two cars in the drive through and they said I had to drive back around and get in line as they laughed, if that is the rule it needs to be posted at the establishment and also online, but honestly I just think they were being discriminatory.

So crazy how bad the service here is. Even for a McDonald’s, it surprised me. At 9:24 pm on 8/5 I asked the lady in the drive thru if she had all my sauces and she said yes. I got home and came all the way back and then this girl had an attitude and tried to cuss at me? Crazy lol

Ordered 3 happy meals and they didn’t even put toys in the happy meals… pretty disappointing. When I called to let them know Sam said he could give me a free small fry. I didn’t even bother accepting that. These people want 20 dollars an hour what a joke.

They serve extremely old food. Bit into a hash brown and it was stale, flavorless and just plain gross. The McMuffin my little girl got, one of the buns had started to mold… I don’t know how they’re still running but I would not recommend even for a quick bite to eat…

The quality of customer service at all McDonald’s has dropped significantly in the last two years. I drive for grubhub so I see it first hand everywhere. Today they refused to acknowledge I was standing there and then never announced my number and removed it from the board.

Went to this location and used the mobile app to order a simple cheeseburger and fries. Waited 20 minutes then decided to go inside and order a drink while I waited. When I went to the counter to order the drink i was told by the cashier that i needed to use the kiosk to make an order.. I then proceeded to use the kiosk to order 1 drink. When i went to pay the kiosk stated that it did not accept cash ( i had told the cashier that i would be paying in cash before she sent me to the kiosk). I went back to the counter and waited another 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter for help but was ignored. Finally i spoke up and asked for the manager. When the manager came she was very rude (TERESA). When i tried to explain the situation she told me if i didnt like it that I should buy food somewhere else. I then told her i still hadnt recieved my food from my original curbside order from 30 minutes prior. She called me a liar and refused to refund my money until i showed her in my banking app that the money had been charged to my account. I will NEVER go this mcdonalds again or any other mcdonalds for that matter. The treatmeant i recieved here was unprofessional, embarrasing and unacceptable. Thank you TERESA.

Wish I could give a lower rating as due to me actually not getting anything. I use the kiosk to place my order and wanted to use cash so I had to gotta register. I waited at the register for somebody to cash me out for 10 mins before I decided to walk out. I’m on a lunch break and have limited time. I couldnt stay there any longer. It’s like the employees are told not to pay attention to the front counter.

I recently visited McDonald's to order a small coffee and was disappointed to see that they now require customers to use the kiosk for placing orders. I prefer interacting with cashiers and found it inconvenient to input my order. The prices seem to have increased, but the level of customer service has decreased. Many other customers were also struggling to use the kiosk and asked employees for help, but it seemed they were understaffed and could not provide assistance. The overall experience was chaotic, and my partner ended up helping others place their orders. It's unlikely that I will return in the future.

Terrible, the same family owns the 3 McDonald's in Victorville. Expect this from all 3.

After we ordered our food they told us to move forward to section 1. After waiting for more than 5 minutes I had to get off and go inside to ask them what happened with our food. We thought they forgot about us, especially after watching about 6 cars passing by us with their food. The reason they said it took long was that our fries weren't ready. It was just two order of fries.

I ordered curbside. The McGriddle was not even warm! It looked like it had been sitting there for a while. The cheese was hard. I left and got on the 15 freeway and started to eat it and it was gross! I tied calling the restaurant but the number listed doesn’t answer! So annoying!

Went there today November 9th 2025 907 a.m. person that I think is the manager is extremely rude extremely unprofessional she had dyed hair kind of blonde the very rude and very unprofessional!

These guys have no idea how to put the lids on the coffee cups. Ordered a hot chocolate because the weather calls for it and as the crew member had handed us our drink the lid has came completely off and spilled the piping hot chocolate all over our car scalding my girlfriend’s hand. Those lids are not hard to work with. These employees need to assure the lids are on the damn cups all the way.

Awful food, a small burger with not even a tomato. Fries with no ketchup. Where it said pay here, nobody was there, and on the 2 windows to pick up food, they were waving for me to go there. Bad drive-thru service!!

ZERO stars! The service here was awful. I waited over 25 minutes for my online order, and when I finally got my order, it was wrong. When I asked them to fix it, they clearly didn't care, my food was thrown together. To make it worse, my drink was intentionally mixed with Hi-C and Sprite instead of what I ordered, Hi-C. Completely unprofessional and frustrating.

Extremely disappointing experience. While placing my order, the employee taking orders (Rosie) openly announced to other customers that I ordered 16 sandwiches, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. What a customer orders is no one else’s business, and putting me on blast like that invited comments and judgment from people in line. There is no posted limit on sandwiches, and ordering food—whether for family, work, or any other reason—does not justify being publicly shamed. To make matters worse, the restaurant was already backed up with a drive-thru line wrapped around the building, so blaming one customer’s order for delays is unreasonable. I chose to come inside instead of using the drive-thru, was patient, and respectful. The lack of professionalism and basic customer respect ruined the experience. Management should seriously address employee conduct and customer privacy. I will not be returning to this location.

No where to leave a review or complaint in the app and this location doesn't have a phone number. Dont order a toddler toy, you wont get it. Dont bother getting sauce either. Its 25¢ per sauce and you wont get it! Update: They can never ever ever ever get my order right. Delivery, drive thru, walk in, they never get it right. Its also rarely fresh. Its extremely obvious when something is hot held longer than it should've been. Holy macaroni- fast food isnt a difficult job but they absolutely cant meet the bare minimum ever. I hate to say im NOT exaggerating. There's literally been 0 orders they've gotten correctly, and things just arent fresh on top of that. Is cheap food even worth it if you cant even get what you want? If you're looking for an easy job, apply here. You obviously can just throw whatever in a bag, hand it to the customer, and still make $20/hr.

The AC was either off or really low and it is very hot inside while the weather outside is 104 degrees. They are using floor fans in the kitchen so all the dust and junk from the floor is flying into your food. I also had a pick up order that should have been done by the time I get here and now they're saying it's a 15 minute wait. Get your sheet together McDonald's. This is ridiculous!

Eat here at your own risk. Dirty facility, and rude staff. I bought four of these Cinnamon rolls and they were all stale. Don’t waste your money here! Won’t ever be coming back. Nasty!
