It lives up to its 3-star average. The customer service was unhelpful, and the baristas came across as rude and slightly condescending.

Previously our regular stop, to and from Vegas - most folks here are 💎💎, but a few bad 🍎🍏 ruined the vibe. Following a polite but unsatisfactory interaction involving the Assistant Manager here, we'll be looking for a new SBUX. (the new one in Barstow is nice, lovely folks there, and not too far off)

I show up 5 mins after my order for one drink is supposed to be ready. I always have to wait even longer. Every time I have been here, they have only had maybe 3 other people in the lobby. This is one of the slowest Starbucks I have visited in the area as far as how long it takes them to have one drink ready.

it was my first time getting starbucks and i was very very excited and hyped up, until i placed my order and the cashier was very hostile and gave off uncomfortable vibes and i felt rlly disrespected because im putting money in your pocket!!!! smh first time sucked buns. NEVER GO THERE

I ordered a double chocolate chip frappe. The employee told me they no longer make this drink, but offered to make one for me anyway. Upon drinking it, I almost choked on what appeared to be pieces of rubber, possibly from the blender. We took the drink back and informed the barista, showing her the pieces of rubber, but she didn’t seem to care. She even acknowledged it was possibly from the blender, yet didn’t offer any alternative or refund. I had to ask for a refund myself. Just letting people know so they can be cautious with this location.

horrible service. i come here often & every time I do i feel invisible to them. i'll be kind & i'll get back blank faces w/ attitude cause they gotta work. management never comes out when you request to speak to them & the rare occasions she comes out w/ an annoyed look. replace management. you would think the people they seek to hire would be friendly w/ good customer service

Stop by to get drinks with pastry’s today exactly at 10:07am ROBYN helped out through the speaker and when I got to the window noticed my drink was made hot and I wanted it cold. So I asked nicely to the gentleman that was at the window that it was actually cold. He said ok sure. ROBYN decided to peak her head in the back and literally yell at me like actually yell I bet everyone in that Starbucks heard“I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED IT HOT AND YOU SAID YES!! The guy helping me had to say sorry for the way she acting! That was so unacceptable of her so freakin rude! I hope you see this ROBYN with your little smirk.

I came here to buy a gift card. I was the only customer waiting, yet none of the five employees seemed to care. After four minutes, a male staff member finally approached me, but without washing his hands after wiping sweat off his face and neck, he went straight to making drinks. Completely unacceptable. I waited with two gift cards in hand but ended up leaving. After 24 years as a loyal Starbucks customer, this was the most shocking and disgusting experience ever. I will never return.

More than 20 years spent my money almost all day in this company, STARBUCKS. And be a constant and loyal customer. When I ask for water for a pill, I have to buy something so they can give me water. This company is really going from bad to worse, and its new rules for its customers are just as bad as the customer service with the new employees they hired, who are arrogant and have attitude.

Went to grab three drinks. I asked for two Brown Sugar shaken espresso with light ice. I was told if i got easy ice the drinks wouldn’t be completely full, but I didn’t expect what I got. I spent around $6.00 per drink and they’re not even full. I’ve been to different Starbucks and never had this problem when I asked for easy ice. So I don’t know this stores issue but it should be fixed. The picture here was once I got home and I haven’t even taken a sip.

This Starbucks does not listen and follow through with orders. I said plain bagel lightly toasted and what do I get? A BURNT CRISP BAGEL!! This bagel did not taste good it was burnt to a BLACK crisp and I am so tired of these baristas acting stuck up when they can’t do their job. Look at this picture, does that bagel look appetizing to you??? ITS BURNT AND NASTYYY! You guys need to listen and get the orders right, plain and simple.
