I went through the drive through and the lady on the other end was rude as I ordered chicken wing plain and she would let me order more then three and I asked her I wanted more and she rudely said it will take 20 minutes, I would have been happy going in to wait , but after she was rude in her attitude I canceled my order and went else where and the were very polite . This was the KFC on the west side of Visalia off of Noble Ave.

If I could give ---000 stars I would only put one because there's no other option but NEVER COMING TO THIS KFC EVER WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTO NKY THAT YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT I ORDERED 2 MEALS ASKED FOR COLESLAW AND OTHER ITEMS AND WHEN I GET BACK TO WORK MY ORDER WAS MISSING FOOD AND AND THE COLESLAW THE CSR NEVER GREETED ME NOR DID HE OFFERED ANYTHING OR SAID BYE IM THE ONE SAYING "THANK YOU HAVE A NICE DAY" HE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND CLOSED THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WITHOUT ASKING IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE OR NOTHING JUST SLAMMED THE WINDOW KFC SHOULDNT BE HIRING SOMEONE WHO ISNT HAPPY DOING THEIR JOB OR WHO JUST DOESNT CARE ABOUT DOING WHAT THEY GOT HIRED FOR THERES MANY GREAT PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKONG FOR A JOB WHO WOULD LOVE TO HAVE LUIS POSITION, AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SO DONT EVEN BOTHER SHAME ON KFC FOR HAVING EMPLOYEES TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS OUR LUNCH TIME FROM WORK MATTERS WE COME TO GET FAST FOOD BECAUSE WE ARE ON A TIME WATCH AND MUST RETURN TO WORK YALL DONT PAY FOR OUR WASTED TIME AND GAS TO BE GOING THRU HASSLES TO GET SOMETHING WE PAY FOR AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. 0 stars! I Don't know why I even decided to try this. I hate fast food. But this was terrible. The food was like yesterday's school lunch. The free one. Except it was $11. Save your money. Eat at the gas station.

You might re-think a trip to kfc if you’re hungry. I just hit the drive thru I ordered famous bowl with chicken on the side the girl said they had a special including 2 apple pies and a drink for $7.99. I said ok. I went back to see if I got the wrong order because there was no apple pies and I couldn’t imagine the 4 little chicken scraps in the box were meant to eat. I was handed the 2 apple pies should be called dust puffs I didn’t eat them and had to spit 1 of the chicken scraps out because it was rubbery grissle. Good luck to anyone going to Marrys vineyard KFC HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE

The store either frequently has app issues or purposely shuts the app down so online ordering isn’t possible. I refuse to go into the store to put in my order and then have to wait until they put it together. They tend to not be very fast and often have something they’re waiting for.

Ordered the dr pepper sweet cream they had no dr pepper or the sweet cream and ordered mountain dew and they dont hace it we offer something if you dont carry it and the didnt give all of the items ordered

What even?! We sat there for 45 MINUTES, waiting for our food, and it never came out. When I asked about it, they had no clue what my order was. Our order was cleared and/or completely forgotten about while we wasted 45 minutes of our time here. Pathetic. The employees were kind about it, and gave us a refund, but now our secondary plans for dinner are ruined thanks to having to wait here for so long.

I've been going to this KFC for years and the food is pretty decent never had an issue. However, the customer service is something else, now looking at the reviews about customer service I won't be back. I pulled in to the drive thru and asked what the specials were. The girl working the drive thru was rude and hard of hearing. I had to tell her a few times that I couldn't hear her she never spoke up louder. I can tell she was doing it on purpose. At the drive thru window she was being very short and rude. I noticed what I ordered came with dipping sauce and she never asked if I wanted any. I asked her what kind do you have? She rolled her eyes and told me what they had super fast to be difficult. I told her I'd like another ranch she said it was 31 cents. So I gave her exact change. She couldn't count the change and was at the register for a bit. She gave me the ranch and 2 dimes back. She can't count money. She makes 20 an hour with inept customer service and can't do basic arithmetic. If you don't like your job or lack customer service (which is paramount) for a business to function then quit miss Evangelyna.

Ridiculous prices, can't taste anything but pepper and when trying to exchange for what we ordered, they refused. Horrible customer service. Overcharged us for food we did not even get. Save your money and go to Popeye's.

This used to be a good restaurant but that has changed. Drive thru order: forgot a lemonade asked for a straw looked at me like I had a virus, no napkins, no plastic ware, and no dipping sauces. Should I have checked my order? Yes. Should I have to do your job to? No. The guy at the window looked lost and bored and not very attentive. Not good KFC.

They didn’t even have any chicken pieces , the manager was really rude to her workers. She was ignoring them when they asked her questions, I had to wait for more than 30 min for a 8 piece chicken bucket. They didn’t tell me til after I waiting for about 15 min for my order. Not coming here again :)
