I have been to many Whataburger's over the years for my job. The food is always good irregardless of where you go. But this one stands out. 1. I asked for fresh cooked food (not warmer food) and they did it! Without grumbling. 2. Cleanest Whataburger I have ever seen. You walk in and it smells like food coming not trash. No crumbs on the floor or overflowing trash. 3. Friendly staff and attentive. I'm so impressed about this store that I'm going to call the HQ to give them positive feedback.
Hello! My wife and I came inside recently to the Interstate 35 Georgetown restaurant to make an order to go. Cashier William L helped us make the order with an upsell of onion rings! William brought our drinks to our table while we waited for our order to go. William was friendly, open to talk and a pleasure to do business with! On going home to eat, we found our burgers to be so well built to the point that they should have been on a Whataburger TV commercial! A shout out to the cooking crew for their attention to detail for their product. Thanks for a pleasing meal and we'll be back soon!
I've gone here to eat for many years and the food, service atmosphere is always good. I've tried other restaurants and they have never been as good as Mariachis. I highly recommend this restaurant everything on the menu is excellent for either breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Even though they were very busy they still didn’t disappoint. Very friendly employees and very good cooks. Everything was perfect!
My fave here is a jalapeno cheeseburger double jalapenos. Burn all the parasites, viruses and anything else that ails you as it passes through. You'll be screaming for more 😂
Excellent service. Food was ready and served quite fast. This Whataburger is small but cozy and bathrooms are very clean. I would like it more if it had a diaper changing table for babies. Either way it was a great experience!
Shout out to Hayden he helped me out with something I messed up on my order over uber eats he took my phone call promptly and took care of my issue within minutes he expedited my service and made my night alot more manageable thank you Hayden! I wish there were more people in the word like this!
Everytime I come to this whataburger. I always get attended by the greatest management and staff there is, but not only that. They will correct your meal really quick if it's wrong. Another then really well organized and clean.

Service was perfect, everyone was friendly. The fries were hot amd amazing, we got the new boneless wing, unfortunately I didn't like then. It was probably just the flavor. I'll try a different flavor next time.
I came in on a super busy night and had a mishap while ordering and afterwards erin came out and was super sweet and helped me right away 10/10 costomer service. Loved the food,Loved the atmosphere.

1st time at Whataburger, we didn't have them back in CA. Super impressed! Clean, friendly, helpful. Food is fabulous and they bring this little tray full of sauces, ketchup, straws, etc with them when they bring your food to the table! OMG, who does that?!? Definitely on my lunch list now. Try the white choc/raspberry shake, it is the best.
This location handled TWO large after football crowds masterfully. It was standing room only and they were still able to move ordering and food delivery quickly. We were VERY impressed!

This place was busy for a Wednesday night! I ordered on the app and picked up curbside. I had to wait a bit but the young lady that brought out my order was super polite and the food was EXCELLENT!!

Out of all the fast food restaurants i have ever eaten at this one gets 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. The best service I have ever had the pleasure to experience. The guy working the drive thru was amazing at his job. He spoke clear and loud repeated my order back was super friendly and just happy to be doing his job. Please keep up the good work it made my night on top of the food tasting awesome!!!!

I was impressed by how efficient and polite they were at this location. The place was packed. I ordered for pickup through the drive thru. There was a long line. Instead of making me wait, they allowed me to go into the B lane and pickup my food while it was still hot. They were unable to give me a soda because of the water boil notice from the recent floods. But no worries though, they had canned and bottled options available for replacement. The food runner was extremely polite and you could tell he was working his butt off. Well done you guys! Keep it up!

Went through the drive thru, Frank took our order and he was so nice and professional. Better service than chick fil a! 😆 My burger was perfectly made, with the right amount of toppings and mayo. The fries were hot and salted evenly. I don't expect much from fast food places, but I was delighted with this experience.

I love Whataburger, and eat it at least once a week, in my hometown. Stopped in here, while traveling, and I have to say....the food was wayyy better than most Whataburgers! Outstanding job!
Our fries are perfectly crisp, my chicken is juicy and not dry, the lettuce on my husband’s burger is fresh and not gross and wilted. The cashier (young guy with glasses) was patient and answered my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was annoying him. There was a short lady with a brown ponytail who brought out our food and helpfully pointed out where a precious item in our order was placed. This experience was notable because of the customer service and freshness of the food… This is sadly, not the norm at fast food places anymore

This Whataburger almost always hits the mark when it comes to hot, fresh, delicious food, and many of the staff are wonderful, but the best part of coming here is interacting with Everritt! He is always full of life and light, beaming with positive energy that is infectious, and always has something funny or uplifting to share. He treats each customer like an old friend, with so much warmth, kindness and care. This type of genuine charisma and spirit isn't something that can be taught, it's such a special gift. I hope he's being consistently recognized and celebrated for all the goodness he brings to this establishment and the customers who patronize here. Give this man a raise and a promotion!

This is the cleanest Whataburger I've ever been to. The burger, fries, and onion rings were fresh, and not greasy like others I've visited. This was also the first time my Triple Meat, triple cheese #3 Whataburger was not squashed in the wrapper. Everything was just hot and fresh.
Opened my app and a pop up for a one time free onion ring promoted on my screen. So I showed the cashier before selecting it. Then I selected it but nothing happened on either my end or the stores end. The cashier dropped a batch of onion rings for me anyways on the house. 😍🥹😝 Now they are gone 🌝🌝
Whataburger is fine. Basically, burgers and fries. The staff is polite and helpful but sometimes the service can be slow. The iced tea is consistently good. Get the large cup and enjoy while your food comes. Perfect time to talk to your companions or even someone at the next table. Put down your phone, enjoy the tea, and do some people watching.
Always friendly good at this location. Service is a little slow during breakfast hours. Biscuits are excellent. Eggs...so so... Sausage is flavorful. One of the best cups of decaf in town..... And free with the loyalty club. The breakfast taquitos are a great go to breakfast for us when we don't have time to make breakfast at home.
Overall a decent restaurant. It was a bit busy with people doing everything but taking orders. At least 5 employees saw me waiting but continued with some other mundane task (such as the man next to the register wiping trays.) The manager finally took my order, and I received my food pretty quickly. Tastes the same as every other Whataburger. Overall doing pretty good.
I had a Whataburger patty melt combo and my dad had a chicken cob salad and both of them were pretty good the ketchup they actually have some kind of spicy ketchup and it's probably the only spicy ketchup I've ever been able to eat that didn't make my mouth flame out. So it was pretty good stuff. Also it looked like the store had been recently remodeled on the inside so it looks a lot nicer on the inside than it does on the outside.
Standard Whataburger goodness. Food good. Been to this location at least a dozen times at different hours between 7am-7pm, and have never seen staff standing around. Store is clean.
The service was great and the price was decent but the food left a lot to be desired. Good to grab a quick inexpensive bite but everything was sub par. Worth a try ateast once
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was. I also like that you do not have to wait in line for your food. After ordering, you are given a number and told to seat. Someone then bring your food to you at your seat when it is ready. The food was tasty and well made. I had a nice experience.
Waited at curbside for 15 minutes, gave up and did drive through to pick up my order
We arrived at the breakfast/ lunch split. I was ordering my meal and had to answer questions regarding my meal before I finished ordering it. All the lettuce was the core end, all hard. It just fell out while I picked it up. My wife ordered her meal and it came out wrong.

I ordered 2 chicken fajitas via the Whataburger app. The app said my order would be ready between 3:04 and 3:07. I arrived about 3:05 and was instructed to park in the outside drive thru lane. My order didn't come out until 3:20. While sitting there, several cars came through the drive thru and another online order came and left. Did not see any benefit to ordering on the app. Pluses, several staff came out during that to assure me my order was coming. They were all smiling and friendly. Fajita tacos were pretty good. I'd order them again.
Always busy, I had mixed experiences. Last time wasn't bad, had grilled chicken it could've been better, had a fried chicken before it was great, then the burger I had another time wasn't very good and the fries were cold.
I went here a few weeks ago after watching a basketball game at Southwestern. When the server was trying to call out the number and (I don’t want to destroy his masculinity but) he started to scream at our group like a young child that we needed to be quiet. I found this not fitting because first, I do not like to be screamed at as if I was a mom who told her spoiled child they have to eat their veggies. Second, if I were to be screamed at I would not choose to be yelled at by a middle aged man. Third and finally, I go to Whataburger to get that Whatanexperience and I am sad that I have to report this place for failing to meet the standards of service
Food was good, no complaints there. The people working were courteous and polite. Service was terrible. Waited 24 minutes for my son and I. The place isn't very big, but was fairly dirty.
Make sure you guys check your food and make sure y’all have everything before you leave…. They will take your money and not give you what you ordered…. This is not the first time this has happened….. (Usually I’d rate them 5 stars but it gets annoying when they don’t give you everything that you paid for….. careless workers need to leave if they don’t wanna work there…😐 missing fries
Placed my order and it took twenty minutes to come out. Cooking time was not good, and the tables were all dirty. The food did not come as ordered. They forgot to put mustard, the extra patty and cheese on one of my orders. Had only asked for one without mustard. Fries were cold once they hit our table. It was so busy that they kept pulling out orders for drive thru very quickly, but if you were dining in you waited longer. I am an avid Whataburger lover, but not satisfied with the one here.
Still sitting in the drive through... 20 minutes in they sent someone out with a tablet to take orders of people behind me. Those people then pulled around and got their food before me. They ordered and got their food before I even ordered, but they are behind me in line.. figure it out!
Food took EXTREMELY long to come out and was not even fully fresh. No apologies and no explanation. Will NOT go back to the Georgetown, TX. I35 location ever again.
It took a very long time and when I checked on it, the guy checked with the back and I could hear a girl loudly shout, “I just need two minutes!” And then later she was taking loudly about needing people to get off their break… I think she was overwhelmed. I did see a couple employees sitting at tables. Need better management to rotate breaks so people done have to wait 20 minutes for a burger.
Service is the slowest i’ve ever experienced and they mess up my order atleast half the time.
I was highly disappointed in the food. I had ordered a Whataburger Jr. Meal I asked to add Cheese & Mayo no mustard, cut in half. I got a smushed burger, no cheese(even though I was charged for it.) & it didn't even have enough mayo to differ from one dry/no sauces. French fries cold. The other items were not satisfactory either, which was a buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich, this one the complete opposite to mine, it was sopping with sauce. His fries were cold as well. We even went inside to order thinking it would maybe make sure it's fresh. It's highly aggravating, especially when the cost is just crazy. $20.87 for small size combo on the burger & the other was the regular size. It's a let down, a waste of money & I would just think that you would want to &/or should be making sure it's up to customer standards!
If I could give 0 stars I would but what can ya do. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before I left my house because i know whataburger takes FOREVER. I get to the store only to be told “we didn’t receive your order” but my bank and mobile app has been charged. After 5 mins of just waiting I’m told “yea you’ll have to call the 1800 number cause we don’t have it” took forever just to speak to someone in the phone and then to be told “you’ll get a refund in a week and have to place another order” by this time the line is wrapped around the building and has made me late for work when I gave my self PLENTLY of time to pick food up and have extra time to eat. But by the end of this fiasco I managed to be 20 minutes late. Total BS and just unprofessional. No credits or apologies this happen not that they truly mean anything but customer service is wack
The food is always good. But it is very frustrating that EVERY time I order through the drive thru, the drinks ALWAYS have soda all over the side. I cannot imagine how sticky the POS system is after they make drinks... And my husband just opened his chicken sandwhich and this is what it looks like
Don’t ever come to this location, the food is not right, i oder the monterey melt for me and the double burger for my dad, they put the vege like shit in there, and the monterey they only put in there 3 slide of bell pepper and it not look line in the picture it is very terrible
Not only was my good cold by the time I got it, but we waited almost an hour and a half from the time we pulled up to order to the time we got the food. I have no issues waiting for fresh food. But when the food it cold, it isn’t worth it anymore. I’ve lived in Georgetown my whole life and never had this issue at this whataburger. The lady who took our order was rude and condescending. They asked us to wait before being able to order and it took them almost 20 minutes to get back to us. I could have sat in a nice restaurant and ordered, eaten and had plates cleared in the time it took these rude employees to give us cold food. This location has gone downhill. I will not be back until I know it’s fixed, and I know enough people to know when it’s fixed. The only reason this location is still open, is because Georgetown has 2 places that are 24 hrs. And this is one of them. Good luck if you go. Also, for anyone who may think “oh they are understaffed” that was never communicated and does not give anyone an excuse to be a terrible person to another at your place of work.
When somebody asked for Mayonnaise, you should actually put it on the burger, you know. I go to your store once a friggin' year and you can't get it right. I'll never see you again having a nice life.
So disappointed. The burger I received was flat and dry. I actually had to ask for another one. The replacement burger wasn't any better. Our total was $27 for two people getting regular meals. The way I see it, is if you're paying $27 for two meals, the food needs to be excellent. This is the second time Whataburger has disappointed me. It was a different Whataburger but same type of disappointing result. Whataburger has always been one of the last remaining fast food places I always enjoyed eating at. Simply because the food was always outstanding for the money paid. Even when prices went up in the economy, I was still willing to pay it when it came to Whataburger. I guess they have lowered their standards like the rest of them.
Breakfast is terrible, don't do it. We just ordered a sausage/egg/cheese taquito, husband took 2 bites and spit the second bite back into the bag because the sausage tasted like it'd been cooked the day before and had been left sitting out all night - it was hard and unedible. When we tried to get our money back the woman said that half had been eaten so they wouldn't refund it. The other half was spit back up in the bag lady!!!! Terrible food, terrible service. Don't waste your money here.
HANNAH….oh Hannah, you were actually the worst employee I’ve ever interacted with at any whataburger location. Not only did i politely ask you if my food was ready and was understanding of the fact that y’all were busy, you didn’t have any manners. You answered the question “do you know if my food has been made yet”? with “ No it is really bust and you’ll get your food when you get your food”.Totally disrespectful and rude towards customers.
terrible service everything here at this location was foul and ultimately disgusting especially the management team this location off of highway 35 is the worst whataburger in the entire state of TX im telling everyone not to come to this whataburger its a 1 star for me.
If I could I would give it 0 stars. Had to come back 3 times bc they kept on giving me different food than what I had ordered. Food was cold. Fries were really soggy. Didn’t gave me ketchup and they still had the nerve to get mad for asking for ketchup. Just save your time and go to a different whateburger where customer service is better and employees actually know what they are doing and speak respectful to customers.
If I could give 0 stars I would, someone should shut this Whataburger after what I witnessed today or at least call health department on this location, I came in to this location surprised that it hadn’t been shut down due to the boiling water notice, how was this whataburger able to stay open without hot water, none of the employees should have been able to wash their hands and disinfect them properly without hot water, as well as making the food for the customers, cleaning dishes, grossss, this location should not have been open, poor management, and puts every customer at risk of getting sick due to the boiling water notice. Today I lost respect of the Whataburger brand.
Every time we come to this location we place an order ahead of time. Every time we sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes, multiple cars behind us order and leave with food before us, and our fries are cold. Finally got our food and it was the wrong order under a completely different name. Horrible time management.
Everything was ICE COLD! Missing several items! 6 onion rings in a LARGE ORDER! Food was not good at all. Burgers looked thrown together and sloppy!

Easily the best example of "Whataburger has gone down hill". They constantly get orders wrong. The things they make are done poorly. Their french fries are greasy, cold, limp, unsalted, and comically under proportioned. The burgers are often wrong. They are dry, tasteless, mush. All of that could be forgiven if it meant that they are trying to be quick. However they are painfully slow at everything. Dine in, Drive through, or delivery, doesn't matter. All of the shortcuts made at the expense of food quality doesn't mean you even get a quick experience. I can get better food, faster, and more cost effectively from Chili's which just happens to be across the street. Definitely avoid.
Amazing food never disappointed but one thing that i really felt was uncalled for. One of my friends is from germany and doesnt speak fluent english yet was yeld at for not hearing his order. A new trainer named Logan yelled at the whole store to be quiet an said very aggressively to my friend to listen even though he can not understand extremely dissapoonted.
I don’t who the GM is at this store, but you are failing miserably. Everyone that works here, I don’t know what they’re paying you, but it’s too much. The worst Whataburger in Texas, has to be. If you want your breakfast to be what you ordered, you should go somewhere else.
I don't usually write bad reviews but in this instance I feel it's needed, I don't understand how they have such a high rating. I have a severe allergy to mustard and made it a point to say that to make the kitchen aware, after sitting and waiting for about 10 minutes for one burger, which I had said only mayo on, I checked my burger to make sure there was no mustard, I looked at my receipt, they had made no note about mustard being an allergen, they simply put sub mayo in the receipt , it still had all the veggies on it that I didn't want, and the consistency of the bacon was akin to rubber. If you have any food allergies, go somewhere else.
Worst experience here by far!! I ordered a Burger with meat bacon and bun only said "plain and dry just meat bacon and bun" i got home and there is mustard on it i went all the way back and the guy was like well the recent just says plain not dry did you say that and i repeated to him exactly what i said he he jus walks away and then comes back didn't offer a free cookie or brownie or fries because mine got cold from having to come all the way back. when i was first here the guy at the window was also rude. Very disappointed seems like every time i come here there is some sort of issue with my food!
There is supposedly an issue with the store receiving orders through the app and the manager is unwilling to give any information about herself or any documentation to help facilitate a refund. We purchased a few meals and used rewards and I am only getting a "well they should give a refund" - she isn't sure. This is hard earned money paid without product received and a very unprofessional manager more interested in getting back to her cell phone.
Whataburger is a texas staple. The food is good if you like it, but this particular location— you can tell the employees hate their job. There’s little to no sense of urgency. I’ve actually waited up to 40 minutes for a meal from here. If you want whataburger and can commute a lil further, go somewhere else cus this particular location—as far as service goes, is trash 8 times out of 10. You will be waiting forever
Disappointed with the service. Some of their employees had some sassy, rude attitudes. The drink machine was out of syrup, so the sodas came out tasting like carbonated water. When I asked for replacements, they gave me new drinks—but they still had no syrup. No apology or real effort to fix the issue. Just frustrating all around.
Not sure what's in the beef, but it's not JUST beef. Corporate "fast food" restaurants care more about profit than quantity or their customers. The food stamp eligible employees were friendly and I pray their stay there is only temporary because they deserve more.
The grilled chicken sandwich was extremely dry. The drive thru girl had no smile and talked like she cant stand her job. I have been in the industry for over 20 years and what an embarrassment.
