If you are a Starbucks lover you can't miss this location. Being at Disney Springs Mall adds a very special feeling. Sip your coffee while walking at Disney Springs, either you shop at any store or appreciate the beauty of the nature there. I would like to congratulate the staff who really does a great job. This is one of the most busy store, but they do an extra effort trying to keep the line moving and of course providing the best service possible. So far, this is also one of the most beautiful stores. I have visited several times, in all my visits to Disney Springs.

This was good branch serving good, strong drip. We chose a blonde roast and it was smooth and strong. Lots of seating and clean. Noisy though. The chairs made so much noise scraping on the floor.

Service was friendly but a bit slow. I wanted a dark roast decaf coffee and was served a medium roast instead as so was told there wasn’t any dark roast. I noticed on the machines that there was actually a decaf dark roast so was not happy. I also didn’t like having to ask for cream instead of having it available at the self serve station. Store is nice to look at.

Two star rating which should be a one star. The tall gentleman working this morning was very rude and aggressive with my wife. We asked if there was hand sanitizer and were looked and talked to like we were dumb for asking. My wife then asked for some water and also then received yet another rude and aggressive reply. Just got off a Disney cruise and made a little stop here before going to the airport. After such great service we received by Disney staff on the cruise, it was very odd and out of the ordinary for us to be treated that way by a person associated with Disney at the Starbucks location. He is and seems to be a very angry looking man. We also had our small children with us which ultimately made the experience at this Starbucks worse. He doesn’t seem to like his job. His name is Tim.

2018: This location is so busy with walk-in guests that mobile orders are usually ignored... I literally stood there and watched my order slip just sat there on the counter with no one tending to it. Update 06 November 2024: this location has improved, orders are being processed more efficiently. Staff still managed to screw up orders or fail to follow their own recipes on a routine basis. Love the view. Update 18 September 2025: this location has reopened after a renovation which, sadly, made the interior feel less welcoming, more constricting and less comfortable. Gone are the comfortable couch and big wooden table. Everything felt smaller and the ceiling looked lower. Maybe it is all by design, they just want us to buy a beverage and get the heck out. Unimpressed.

This was my favorite Starbucks in the central Florida area by far, and the new remodel just destroyed it. Before it was crazy busy, yet you could usually find a seat, and in the chaos it felt cozy at times. Now it just feels crazy because they got rid of so much built in seating, and don’t have nearly enough seats.

I went to ask for some oat milk for my coffee and I dont know what happend but I was given cows milk which im allergic to. I clearly said OAT milk. Im lucky I only drank a little before I had a serious reaction. I wont be going to starbucks again for I cannot trust they have my well being in mind.

So this lady “Deanna” seems to enjoy being rude and offensive to people who doesn’t speak good English… She called stupid to my dad, an older person who was trying to order a coffee just cuz his English could be better, what’s her problem. Starbucks, you should know this kind of things are happening in one of your most touristic venues, Disney Springs.

Before their remodel, it was a nice place to stop, get a drink and relax for a bit. But after be closed for what seemed like 4 months, we are greeted with a place that feels unwelcoming. Less seating. Less large tables. Even the outdoor patio is worse. It’s almost like they don’t want you to sit any longer than to finish your coffee. Between this and the horrible “no free water” it’s no wonder Starbucks is going downhill.

I go to Starbucks all the time, but just wanted water this time while at disney springs. However I was informed that they no longer provided water as a complimentary service, so I’m left in the florida heat, about to pass out because they want to support a new unsafe policy. It’s wild how you can spend hundreds at a company yearly, but then get denied one of life’s necessities, just because you didn’t spend money one time.

Has the nerve to charge us for cups of water. Said we aren’t allowed to get cups of water without a purchase but since when were you allowed to charge for water? The lady with the blonde hair and glasses was not that nice either. Girl with greasy hair with red bangs gave us dirty looks even after I smiled at her. Don’t know what the deal is, but safe to say I won’t be going to Starbucks here any time soon.
