Excellent customer service! They welcome us as we walk in the door, our food was out in 3 minutes, and everyone is so friendly! We have a Taco Bell closer to us but prefer going here!

Poor lady working the counter: Her register console went out on her as she took my order. Ignoring adversity with a smile on her face, she remembered orders & in a back and forth manner, took care of the transactions through the drive-thru's register console until hers came back on. Stressful for her sure, yet at the same time a stellar display of excellence under pressure. 👍👍 The food was worth the stop & luckily for me so was the experience.

I decided to eat in for a change. The restaurant was very clean, organized and cool. The new post covid order system was a flat panel display similar to another McFood setup. Ordering was easy and fast. Moments later a young man presented my tray. No technology snafus! I ate inside, the only person, while a constant stream of drive-thru customers cycled by my window seat. The food was hot and good. I had "my usual" - the chicken quesadilla and crunchy taco. Happy with the experience.

I come here all the time and the service is always good and fast. Today there was a young lady that took my order who seemed so miserable to be there. As a former restaurant employee, this is a toxic thing to have. She seemed pleased to be out of stuff that I wanted.

Clean and well maintained parking lot with plenty of parking. Seemingly a safe area. Welcoming and inviting atmosphere entering the lobby. The check in staff was very friendly. We checked in on 3/3/26 for a relaxing night with the King suite with jetted Jacuzzi tub for my husband's birthday. The room was very clean and came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was extremely comfy. We received a kind birthday card from the lady at the front desk which was a very nice touch. My only complaint is that the pool and hot tub were out of order and we weren't able to swim. Everything else was excellent. Would stay here again.

I actually went here once and left 19 n change at the window. Went ba 30 mins later thinking well thats gone . And the girl was saying oh yes maam was hoping youd come back ....then again the other day they over charged. But got it fixed . But food is always fresh n good. So ill go back

The food was wonderful and I got to feed me and my girls for under eighteen dollars. And not only did we get full, but we had leftovers to share with the doggies . Don't come for me my doggie peeps, I just can't look at their little faces and explain to them that they can't have any taco bell cheesy meaty goodness. I love them too much...and if that makes me wrong, then I don't wanna be right. LOL 😂

Overall experience very good. Drink station was out of drink lids of the medium size. Restroom was clean, and service was polite. Next time, I may pick a location that is not on such dangerous roads. The roads surrounding this location were a little scary to drive on as some drivers went too fast or were not paying attention. From where I was, I had to cross a triangle shaped intersection and yield to oncoming traffic a few times to get to the building. Valley Mills Drive is a BUSY STREET, and I strongly advise you and all drivers to stay alert, especially at night when dangers are harder to recognize. Another dangerous road is the famous old circle on Valley Mills that leads up to Magnolia Cafe, which used to be the Waco Elite Cafe that had been open since 1920. That is where the slogan, "I survived the circle" is from. Many longtime Waco residents will tell you how frightful it is to drive on that circle when other motorists drive too fast or don't yield to you. From my experience back when I drove on that circle my first time shortly after first getting my drivers license, it was scary for me also. Yes this is a little off the subject, but want to help warn others about these 2 known dangerous roads in Waco should you need to pass through them if Waco is unfamiliar territory to you.

After a long day of hard work I was looking to get some delicious tacos at a fine establishment I went to Taco Bell near the Baylor campus however the workers seem to stop working. I came to this fine Taco Bell and the staff and experience was exceptional. I suggest this Taco Bell for your late night run!!

they had the one sweet older lady working by herself on one side while 4 or 5 youngsters worked on the other side so the dinning side was a little slow that's why I gave a 1 star for service

Great place for me and close to my home . I stop in about 3-4 times a week. Love the customer service. The only fault is they run out of menu items along. Some of them are very popular and they dissappear fast, I understand. But last work on it. Thanks

It's better than most in Waco. Haven't had a problem with an order (yet) even when they're wildly understaffed. Sadly, it's popular enough that when limited items are on sale, they tend to disappear rather quickly. Still worth it, though.

Dining in is pretty nice. I just feel bad for them because you can tell they are always understaffed so drive thru is actually faster then dine in. But food is always warm and good so can't complain to much

So I just got my nacho fry box that I enjoy having next thing you know there was less nacho cheese and they put freaking beans in my burrito that comes in the box. I was upset but the taco was great and yummy. Could have been better if they don’t rush and actually work get the orders right 🤷🏻‍♀️ Other than that it’s alright

I always enjoy having some Tacobell!! I tried the crazy loco Doritos tacos the Fiery ones, i loved them!! I have some next time i go! I had a good experience here. I would've liked the tables to be cleaner but the good customer service i got made me forget about that. I would come back to eat there again.

Only go during lunch on weekdays. If you are prepared to wait, you will get a good taco bell meal. Any other time, you're rolling the dice.

I typically really enjoy tacos. but I ordered on the kiosk and when my double tacos came out they did not seem to have fresh shells. They just did not taste as good as what they typically do when I go to a taco Bell!

The manager, Telley, was super polite and looked exhausted. Half of our order was made wrong even though the cashier took it correctly. When I called he said he would remake it himself. He came out with ourfood and it was much better. Long wait because of lines. The day/morning shift is usually good but the night shift is terrible. Get better employees and train them. Treat your managers better, because they are the ones running your store and if they get worn out or feel like its a lost cause you dont have a store. Ive been a manager at a resturant and I know what it takes.

All Taco Bell's serve pretty much the same food which already puts it at 3 stars. There's nothing special about this one that would tempt me to add any. As a matter of fact, due to it's location, the drive-thru always seems rather busy so it's never a fast stop. Again, nothing special, just another Taco Bell.

First off, I really enjoy eating Taco Bell. And aside from Bellmead, I usually know what I am getting with a visit. But this location seems to be working through some courtesy kinks. Just before I ordered the gentleman in front of me placed a large order of tacos. So while I simply had a five dollar box meal they decided to just go with first come first serve. And while that is fine and all, I wished they had at least let me know their would be a wait. Wait, which I did. After fifteen minutes I did ask if it would be much longer, (as no one else was in the place) and the one cook working only inside orders told me if I could just wait ten more minutes for him to finish this order it would only take him two minutes to make mine. Okay. Frustrating? Yes. But while I didn't see the reasoning in it I let it go and worked another solution. I had to attend a church funtion in fifteen minutes and asked them if they could just hold off making my order until I came back. I was told, sure. No problem. I asked if I could get the name of the hostess and she said no worries, we have your name here. Okay. Fine. Sounded well enough. Then I get there a hour and half later. While they did remember me and had no issues getting me my food, they did pull it out of a warmer fully wrapped up. I asked when it was made. "Oh, I don't know about that." Was the hostesses reply. I guessed they made it immediately after the other order was done. So I finally had enough. Being reasonable only goes so far. Right? Sad to say, I did raise my voice and speak to a assistant manager. I know it was the assistant because the obvious manager came out and asked why I was speaking to the hostess when I should be speaking with her. (That's when he nodded his head.) So a manager sees a customer yelling at a staffer and shows up only to say someone else take care of this, while not even acknowledging the customer. Wow. This was a failure on all levels. I couldn't believe the lack of service. I mean, I know its fast food but I have never had such poor service at a Taco Bell or other fast food joint. Will I go there again? Of course. The service is usually lacking at this location but this horrible account is not the usual. Just do yourself a favor, and go through the drive thru.

Food was good, it just had a horrible, and I mean a horrible, presentation. I needed to eat this while driving in between a meeting, and there was no way that was happening. The burrito supreme was just falling apart on itself, same with my coworkers beefy 5 layer burrito. He had red sauce leaking all out of his burrito. We never come to this one, and we probably won't be back.

Employee was very nice, however...it just went downhill from there! I ordered a #2 which is 3 soft taco supremes, which has sour cream, lettuce, tomato. I ordered them with no lettuce & I guess that threw them off. I was served 3 tortillas with meat & cheese...nothing else! I asked him if the taco supremes were supposed to have sour cream & tomatoes? He said he thought I wanted regular soft tacos...Really?? If I didn't want the stuff on there, why would I order supreme?! Anyway, food sent back twice, not very happy!

Only reason I put 3 stars is someone walked in and they didnt check they just let the person take our food. They originally weren't going to give us our food. Until we pulled everything out my husband pulled out his ID his card and I had to log on to his Taco Bell app so they could see that that was our food. We had to wait over 30 minutes. Then they finally gave us our food.

Took a long time to get food after ordering. Frito crunchwrap arrived without fritos. Customer at counter ordering before me talking/"carrying on" (joking, etc) with prep staff as they were preparing orders, possible reason why my order was messed up.

Ordered online and had an unpleasant experience, unfortunately. The extras I requested were not added to my items (despite charging .60c plus each times) and workers seemed confused and frustrated that the order was placed at their store. ("No record of it" until we showed email.) So upsetting.

There was a young woman in the drive through with very long neon green or yellow nails who was really rude. They gave us a 5$ box meal and we asked for sauce, they had just piled a bunch of sauce on top of our box. We asked her for a bag she seemed upset and she ended up giving us an oversized bag that was 4 times as big as what we had.

I ordered a side of avocado ranch, was given Chipotle ranch, when I brought it to the employees attention she tried to tell me it was the right one. Asked for hot and mild sauce, didn't receive any sauce. This is a common occurrence at this location. I go back as it's convenient and my food is always correct.

They had a completely obvious didn't care attitude. I got my order, which was through the drive thru, only to notice as I was almost home that it was completely cold. As well as my drink lid wasn't given to me with the lid on securely enough, which led to a huge mess in my vehicle. Very disappointed

I went there today to get lunch because I was in town I went up to the cashier waited 10 minutes just for somebody to see that I was there while I was standing there I noticed that there was trash and food all over the floor where they make all the food in the kitchen Part of the restaurant. Not to mention all the flies that were flying around. Usually love Taco Bell. Just went to this location with a line that didn't budge for 10 minutes. I pull out to leave and the lady at the window is chatting and laughing it up with someone at the window. They laughed hysterically every time a car would leave. I'll be driving across town from now on.

Does not get the order correct consistently. Resturants as a whole do not respect vegans. Should add a vegan item such as tomatoes when cheeses are removed without extra cost.

They said they opened at 9, but doors were locked, and the drive-thru menu wasn't even on, so I don't think I would recommend this Taco Bell because we finally left.

I went to this restaurant tonight and ordered my food half of my order wasn't even in my bag when I got home and the food that was in there was thrown around and when I called to let them know about it they were rude and even the manager stated she made sure my order was in my bag when it was not and just plain ghetto and unprofessional. It's just sad

Went to the drive thru, ordered nachos with extra cheese I thought the lady couldn't hear me say extra cheese so I spoke louder but when I get to the window. The manager says ma'am we don't like it when you yell it comes off rude. But I was just trying to speak louder for the lady named Taylor. Taylor comes back to the window and hands me my food very hostile. I won't be back to this location. I paid for extra cheese n didn't get it as well as my soft taco and no hot sauce.

Ordered food through the app, store was closed during business hours and I didn’t get my money back. Employees were hateful and rude about the whole thing and one employee got so mad at me for ASKING ABOUT THE FOOD I PAID FOR, that she shoved the lady working with her and ran away cursing to the back. Shut the location down if it’s this hard to stay open during business hours or don’t allow online orders. You’re literally robbing people when we pay for something and you refuse to give money back or what we pay for.

This place was very slow and rude. I ordered one crunch wrap and chips and cheese and a 5 chalupa box. I waited forever to get my food and then when I finally got it it was wrong. I didn't have my chips or my crunch wrap and the 5 dollar box wasn't even in a box it was all thrown in the bag! I asked the lady if I could get my crunch wrap and she insisted that wasn't what I ordered , but I did and then she asked for my receipt and I told her I already looked on it and it wasn't there, but I know I ordered it. She then insisted to see my receipt and then she showed it to the manager and he said to buy another crunch wrap. I'm not buying a crunch wrap when I should have got it in the first place. I left mad and frustrated not going back there.

They are always out of food, they were closing 4 hours early today and said they would not cook any additional food an hour before close so they had nothing. Refused to provide a corporate number or anything, they habitually close 4 hours early (turn off the lights and hide).

One of your cashier's won't talk to me and is incredibly rude. When she is there y'all are always out of mild sauce. I honestly think it's because I'm white, as she does th same thing to my friends and parents.

Both my tacos were broken, burrito Supreme was a mess like they threw it together. Burrito had ingredients on the outside of it, they did not give me any fire hot sauce that I asked for, did not give me a spicy bean burrito. Horrible! Will not go back! Zero! Drive through woman acted like she didn't want to be there. When I I formed her they did not give me a burrito she didn't inquire, just looked at me....like what fo you want me to do.

They were training new employees I order at 1:58 PM and received food at 2:55. 6 people ordered after me and complain a try to cancel their orders so the manager made their orders. I did not get my order until I final walked up to the counter and told them they need to close the drive thru down until they got caught up with the order in the dining room. I have been going here for years and never had any problems.

Took 25 minutes from ordering for the gentleman in front of me to getting his food. I ordered after him. Took another 20 minutes to get my tacos. Tragically slow service. Redifines fast food. Farcically slowly prepared food. You'd think we were in a sit down restaurant with waiters and wine lists. Absurd. Wasn't even rush hour or anything. Nor was it understaffed. Just obese line cooks taking their sweet time and gabbing throughout.

Not only is the Hewitt and other valley mills location more consistent with their food, but they also treat you like a decent customer. This location has really rude employees for the most part. Im not sure why I always have problems with this taco bell but I usually do. Avoid this spot if you can, just isnt worth the time.

I went through the drive through tonight. The drive was backed up and moving incredibly slowly. I waited half an hour before receiving my order. When I checked it, not all of my items were there. I waited another minute or two before the employee finally noticed my trying to get her attention. I explained that my receipt said I should have six items but there were only five in the bag. She grabbed the bag and the receipt out of my hands and went into the back, presumably in an attempt to correct the error. A minute or so later, I was fed up, honked my horn, and asked for a refund. The manager who came to the window yelled at me, saying "Don't give me that attitude. What order?" I replied, "The order I've been waiting forever for and then didn't get everything I paid for." The manager again yelled at me, saying, "I don't need your attitude. We're shorthanded and I've been on the phone with my boss." Because apparently, his conversation with his boss was more important that serving the long line of customers in the drive through, apologizing for the wait, apologizing for the inability to provide the items I paid for, and providing even a minimum of customer service.

First off I love Taco Bell, however this store is the worst! They always get my order wrong or forget something. I went to get lunch on 09/20 and the lady working the drive through was rushing me and so rude! I told her to stop acting so ghetto! And she told me F$&” you! I’m like “I’m a lil hood and can be ghetto too” but I know how to represent myself at my job and be kind and respectful. People that don’t have no respect for others and don’t know how to represent themselves in a kind way should not be working in customer service. Just saying my opinion.

This is the absolute worst taco bell in all of Waco. Do not eat here please. They mess up the order refuse to answer the phone when you try to call them about a mess up. Even the other taco bell stores in Waco say they are the worst taco bell in Waco and they don't answer the phone for other taco Bell's. Save your money for any other place to eat in Waco TX. Please, you have been warned.

Just a warning: do NOT visit the Nth Valle Mills Taco Bell tonight. The staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and just plain ignorant. No sour cream means none. No meat means meatless. Yelling, pointing, & laughing just shows their immaturity. Since physical violence is not the answer…ill have to just blast them on social media. Bad service, employees not responsible for taking orders. We bought 6 crispy tacos supreme and 3 chalupa supreme and 1 burrito supreme. Yet we only got our 6 tacos but not supremes just regular tacos and we have order 3 chalupa supreme and only got 1 it wasn’t even correct and the burrito wasn’t even a supreme. We have called and we asked for a manager and had put us on hold and never got a manager response. We highly suggest not to come here.

I didn't even want to get anything to drink here right when I walked in my mother in law and I almost fell because the floor was wet but no wet floor sign was put out. Door was unlocked for the lobby and when we came out of the bathroom the door to the lobby was locked they basically kicked us out by locking us in the lobby.

I was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my food. I had ordered two combos. No one else was in line. Mind you, COVID 19 is happening, and they wanted to walk out to my car, creating more exposure. When they employee finally emerged to bring me my order, she dropped it through my window! My food literally spilled out into my lap in front of her, and she just walked away. I called the number on the receipt immediately and the “manager” proceeded to tell me this is their procedure. I have been to this Taco Bell coutnless times and have NEVER been asked to pull around to wait for my food. I’m so disgusted by this visit. I understand unnaffortunate events occur. The lady proceeded to take the woman in front of mes order while a foot away nowhere near the counter. Then informed me half the sodas were out as well as no lettuce. Get it together. The managers are always nice to me. Everyone I have encountered at the counter seems clueless as to what they are doing.

This is the main Taco Bell I go too. Food is always good and service is great but tonight the drive through lady was so rude and the food sucked. Didn't even say anything when we got to the window and the order was half assed. So sad! Sorry you hate your job but it's your job!

Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot. I’ve been coming here for two years intermittently because it’s the closest to my house. The other location on Valley mills Dr and Waco Dr is way more consistent. This location consistently misses food items in your order. Their actual walk-in lobby is(or at least has been closed for some time) making this place a drive through only store. This means when THEY forget an item on your order, YOU have to go back through the drive through. They will give you your item and nothing else. They may apologize, they may not. On the occasion I’ve asked for a manager, the “manager” on staff has told me to do the survey at the bottom of the receipt if a remake only was not to my satisfaction. Again, I understand that this is fast food but it literally seems like no one cares. Make sure to check everything here.

The service was horrible, the employee worker was disrespectful. At that, the food was cold, my fries were just thrown into the bag I was missing a tacos from the dorito supreme meal & I found a strand of hair in my chulapa! this is disgustingly & they asked to give me a remake when all I wanted was a refund and then said they can’t do refunds ??

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the chips taste like paint! There is a strong burn taste to the “cheese sauce” that reminds me of government cheese. *Update* the previous review was from two years ago but I ordered delivery today and I can’t say I would change my rating. I got a chicken burrito and every bite was nothing but rock hard, old chicken. And the cantina chicken taco tasted like MRE cheese with that ‘burnt’ flavor.

This place is a joke. 20 minute round trip, $35 order. Got home with more than half the order missing. Figured they left a bag sitting there so I went back to get it. They had no idea about any of the rest of my order even though it was correct on the screen. They couldn’t tell me what was in my order and they had no receipt for it. So I had to figure out what was in my order and re-order. When they handed me the bag it had two items in it of the seven I had ordered. I just spent an hour screwing with this. Don’t know if this place is trying to eat your food for you or screw you out of money but either way I won’t be coming back again.

Ordered online and went to pickup through the drive through. No one responded on the speaker. Went to the window and saw one of the workers in there. Didn't come up or anything. Just cancelled my order and left. Third time coming and it's still bad. Just want me a crunchwrap man.

Ordered soft tacos with no lettuce and everyone of them had more lettuce than meat or cheese. It was on my receipt no lettuce so the person making them is not doing their job right and the tortillas were hard. I do not recommend stopping at this location. Won’t be back.

Wasn't picking up food for myself. Uber eats order. The employees here are ALWAYS outside in their cars smoking or whatever.A young girl walks in and ask what I need. I said Uber eats order and only item is a mountain dew drink so all I need is a cup. She didn't speak another word, and turned around and went to the cook station. I was ignored for a couple minutes before walking out.

Left out part of my order, the place was a mess. Trash on every table and food on the ground. The drink dispenser was unsanitary and I think some employees were under the influence. They were too busy cheering that they made it to 2pm to even worry about their customers. I went there a few weeks before this and they were out of everything I wanted to order. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Myself and my family will not make the mistake again of returning to this Taco Bell. Its a shame because my family loves Taco Bell.

I would most definitely going here during the day where the workers ACTUALLY feel like working . If you decide you wanna come here for a late night snack after 10:30 don’t come here , there going to tell you that there closed 👎👎👎.and whoever owns that white car out front seems like they get paid to take smoke breaks

Ok so.... I decided to try this place for lunch. It was not a good idea. I went inside to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Unfortunately, I had to wait at least 20mins for 3 soft tacos! The male mgr decided to make other patrons food before mine. I guess he thought I did not notice what he was doing. It is sad that the drive patrons are serviced before anyone else. But, to have the mgr on duty, actively deciding that someone must wait until he is ready to serve them regardless of their transaction time is PITIFUL! I hope someone in mgmt can make some changes in service time and quality here. No one should have to wait extra for easy to make tacos. I will NOT RETURN! This is not a well kept spot either.

Out of town visiting sick family. On our last night here I figured we could get some fast food on the way to the hotel. 2 of 3 hard shelled tacos came broken, the supreme tacos had only cheese and chicken, and the quesadilla was burnt on one side making it taste horrendous. The gal who took our order and payment seemed awesome. Whomever made the food should immediately be let go of. When people order drivethru they shouldn't run into this inedible food upon returning to where they will eat it. Will never visit again when in town which is sad.

This Taco Bell visit was beyond disappointing. The food took forever, and when it finally came out, it looked nothing like what’s shown in the ads or on the menu. My Diablo Chicken Taco was dried out, dark, and barely edible, more like glorified dog food than the “fresh, flavorful” meal they promote. They forgot my sour cream, the employees were yelling across the counter, and at least three other customers were also complaining about wrong or missing items. It’s clear this location needs serious management intervention. Honestly, if Taco Bell’s commercials looked anything like what’s actually being served here, no one would bother showing up.

Can't even sit in the restraunt and eat due to all the noise employees are very rude loud and disruptive there's music blaring from the kitchen this is a place of business not a playground. Will not be returning

Be sure to check your order at the desk in front of them, they forget alot of items and then blame the customer for stealing, will then go back and check cameras, and relize it was there fault and make no apologies, refuse to show the footage. And still will not refund or remake the missing items, Super rude staff, doesnt seem like any one them want to work, Taco shells are stale. This location is such a horrible representation of Taco bell, Taco bell Corp should close this store for hurting there representation.

This has been the worst Tacobell i’ve been too in a while. I ordered Tacos from them and asked for supreme and i got home and my tacos weren’t supreme At All. I then called store to get it fixed the lady asked me did i wanna “come back to the store or get put on there remake list”. I then choose to be put on their remake list. After a day passed i went to get my free Doritos Locos Supreme Taco i walked into the lobby because i didn’t want to hold up the drive through with explaining to them that this is a remake. As soon as i walked in i saw Employees laughing and talking while theres customers and i also didnt see any hair nets. However i walked up to the Cashier and i spoke to her and she never said anything backed and we sat in an awkward silence . However i wasnt mad its taco bell …i wasnt expecting extremely good customer service. Then she proceeds to rush me with my order so im explaining to her what i need and the whole entire order im being rushed and asked “what else what else “ then she never read my order back to me so after i got my receipt i realized A lot of stuff is wrong. I told her “ i asked for this regular not supreme because i was already getting a free supreme” it’s also a 70 cent up charge for what she game me. She rudely started to point at my receipt telling ME what I ordered. She rudely walks to the back grabs the draw keys and opens the draw and hands me 70 cents shooing her hands and saying “this for that or whatever “ Extremely rude and unprofessional. So At first i was very confused as to why she was so aggressive but then i later found out by the manger she was rushing because she was about to get off. However i spoke to the manger about the situation and the lady stayed longer to listen and even while i was talking to the manger she told me manger to call her afterwards and the manger looks at her and smile and says “ok”. Which im not understanding because now she’s staying even longer now trying to ease drop. So now with them being friends my complaint isn’t gonna be taken seriously. I spoke to who i think was the store manger and she apologized and gave me a free meal. I told them i would get it another day and left. You would think it would be over then. However , 2 days later i went to get my free meal (Aka Today ) a cashier grabbed her manger im guessing (the lady i spoke to over the phone ( The store manger )the previous day before) And she explained to me that what i said DID NOT happened at all. And she didn’t see anything as if im crazy and making this all up. Then she asks for my phone number and tells me im gonna be out under “a radar “from ordering from them. Then she proceed to keep and keep talking basically calling me a LIAR and she proceeded to lie to my face and tell me the cashier who threw her stuff had to reach into her own purse and pay the 70 cents that day. Which is a lie because i watched her take the change out the registers. 2 REFUNDS are a thing. 3 the lady left before i left. So i watched the Store manger lie in my face multiple times covering for her employee. And at that moment i knew this was a problem that needed to be handled with someone higher because there all friends. Even when i asked for the cashiers name they lied and i checked my receipt to see her real name.

Had a crispy chicken taco where the chicken was the size a sauce packet. I called and asked them about it and they told me they are cut to different sizes and basically tough luck. Not worth $3. Won’t be going back

The food from here is usually pretty fair but the last couple of times there has been an issue. The most recent time there was very little meat on any of our orders. We ordered 2 craving boxes and there was not much to crave afterward. The chalupa is usually my favorite thing now I have no reason to go to Taco bell again. Very sad I spent 20 dollars on a meal and it was only worth 7... The gentleman that took my order was very kind. Best thing about the experience.

I love Taco, but here it’s bad place. No tasty and no fresh. Tortilla so hard and dry. Nachos was dry, it looks like they fried it a second time. The staff is unfriendly, not customer-oriented. Orders take a long time because they go to smoke. I do not recommend.

Lobby was very filthy even had a gauze with blood on it laying on a table disgusting, the cook/taco marker was very rude, foul mouth, and made the statement "if you dont like how thing are then come back here and help, cook and clean" overall score if I can give negative stars negative 10 stars I do have a video of the filthy lobby needless to say I will not be going back to that location at conner of Valley mills and Bosque
