I absolutely love this McDonald's. The people are friendly and helpful, the food is fresh and delicious, the dining area and bathrooms are clean. I'm lovin' it!
This location is always busy, remember to double check your bag for sauces. They tend to forget.
Took a few sips of our frappe and left our it by the soda station because our hands were full with food and soda trying to get it to our table. one of the workers who were cleaning must have thrown it away. I let the worker know and he happily replaced it. We paid extra for extra espresso and extra caramel drizzle... not their fault so I just asked for a small size replacement. Thank you to the young man who was kind enough to not look at me crazy and helped replace it. Lol
Never thought I would write a 5 star review for a McDonald's. Service was satisfactory. What touched my heart was the shirts. I am from Paradise and it was special to see such support from community so far away. @paradisestrong
I will say I'm mcloving it but everything i order here they always get my order wrong or my food will get cold which they were kind to replace it after seeing someone touch my food mistakes happens 😂but either than that it's pretty good. Also i want to add when you ask for sauce make sure you do remind them because they can sometimes forget which is okay they are very busy but please do not forget the sauce! 👌
It had a play center! If you're on a budget and want your kids to have fun this is the place to go. The food is basic McDonald's, service is cool, depending on the time of day its pretty chill. Would recommend going right when breakfast ends.
Curbside service is the best in my opinion. We dont always have time to dine-in. The staff that brings out our order is always prompt and friendly. Always check the food when ordering drivethru or curbside. They are constantly making mistakes. Dont leave until you verify its made correctly. Food is made fast and burgers look like someone sat on them before placing in the bag.
There are no issues with the food. It is what you expect for McDonald's food. There are other issues, though. This particular McDonald's does not do free refills on the sodas and didn't fill the cup all the way. They also closed their bathroom early.
Atmosphere sucks they don’t bring you your food when you dine in they just scream your name like what’s the point of getting a number. My burger was dry as the bun the placed on it. The fries sucked tasted beyond greasy and they double fried them because the company is lazy and wants to save on money so if they don’t want to throw it away they just fry it again and same with the chicken nuggets I know I usually get a 5 dollar mean but I’m purchasing something and I always expect it to be cooked when I order it not just giving me some bs meal. I’m sure they wouldn’t like it I did that to them. I also usually go when it’s not busy so asking for a simple meal isn’t a big deal. I get it they hate their jobs but I didn’t pick it for them.
Placed an order right at 10am. Went in an hour later because I was working. I already knew my food would be cold, I would not complain. But I arrive and everyone is ignoring me. A girl comes over and says my food was waiting for 4 hours, while giving me attitude. My receipt shows the time I placed it. Then, another lady comes over to ask me if I want my food still. Of course I’d want my food. I tell them it’s okay, I’ll just take my Powerade. The lady then says she can’t give me Powerade. The staff does not provide any resolution or are willing to help me.
Ordered 2-10 piece nuggets and only got 4 in each bag, happy meal hamburger that was crap and didn’t have the cheese or lettuce that should have been added, sweet tea was just cloudy regular tea so who knows what they did to it, fries were all hard and cold. Will never order from this location again. Ended up dumping the tea and throwing the fries out.
If I could give a 0 star I would. I always come here to order food because I charge my car next to the McDonald’s but every time I come here, they always messed up my order. It’s either something is missing or they will give me the wrong items yet they charge you for hot water. I order Bacon Qtr Pounder specifically said no cheesecake, pickle and onion, even the receipts says none of these but I got exactly everything I didn’t ask for. What a waste of time.
Went today to pick my movie order no answered me at the drive thru pulls up to the window and was told to waight for my mobile order why only gave me my drink and never came back out with the food I weighted for 20 minutes there was no line or reason to take so long at 2am waste of time and I dot. Get a refund tooth I wouldn’t waste my time at this location at all
Paper straws only. No zero sugar drink options only diet
They litterally just gave me cold chicken wraps. What gives.
They always get my order wrong
Ordered a large fry and definitely got a small fry in a large bag...also I ordered a burger, which was pink and COLD in the middle and they wouldn't remake it. The old man in the red shirt has ZERO customer service skills is very rude and condescending and blamed me for not asking for it well done. When every other McDonald's gets it right this one doesn't If I wanted a cold burger I'd go to the dumpster out back and fish one out.
i went with central C and we didnt get our cookies for the pizzookie and central c didnt get their Mc Chicken. you guys need to mc check your workers man
New owner fired half the staff and replaced them with his own people and now every order is wrong.
This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. My order was completely wrong. It was missing items and the items that I did receive were all made improperly. The coffee and lemonade had no flavor. I know things like this happen but they ran out of tomates at an early hour of the day. I had to receive a refund and the manger was anything but friendly. The food and service here are terrible. The bathrooms were filthy and out of soap. When asked about the soap they said they were all out. I would say save your money and time and avoid this place at all costs.
Crew is socializing and not doing their job. Never called my order, set it aside and gave me the wrong items. Soda was flat
The rudest experience I've ever had. I placed a mobile order for a couple mcflurries for my girls and while we were waiting my 2yo had to use the restroom. When went in and asked to use the restroom we were told very rudely that the restroom was closed to m except to paying customers. I responded that I was waiting for a mobile order and the response was... the restroom is closed. Cool. I took my daughter outside and made her pee on the ground since I was so waiting for our order. Well, after waiting 20 minutes for the order i ended up going back in to find out what the hold up was. The person who had originally told me the restroom was closed and it we still need to use it and after I declined proceeded to hand me 3 mc flurries that were partially melted with no offer of a cup holder. Do better.
No line at the drive through and 3 customers inside but I had to park and wait 10 minutes for my food that came with cold fries. 5 minutes after I finished my quarter pounder I got some hot fries. Low end of fast food even lower end service. There's at least 5 working in the kitchen but this is what you get . I like to eat my burger and fries at the same time. Weird huh?
Poor Management I waited 30 mins out side this is why I never like to leave the drive threw window cuz they always do this stuff also they have the food to a different car
