The last 2 times I’ve ordered food here they have gotten my order wrong more than twice. Also was given fries that were halfway full.

Terrible customer service on September 18th, @7:20pm. The only associate who was very sweet was the one taking the money from the orders with pigtails! Other than that, there was a mess up on the order, and instead of me getting a large hi-c, I got a large Powerade, because the person just clicked the wrong button. I corrected the girl at the window it was a hi-c, and then she gave me a bad attitude and told me to park in space 4. After 10+ MINUETS, no one still came out, and every other car had already left, that was parked after me. I had to walk inside, and when I went to the front counter a guy and girl ignored me completely, and then when I finally said excuse me to the guy and just asked for a large cup, he gave me major attitude. It’s a busy day, and I work in customer service so I get it, but that was actually ridiculous.

The food is always correct, however every time I order an iced coffee it never comes with the modifications I pay for or it tastes disgusting. Today I came and it wasn’t even filled to the top and I had to remind the worker to add the caramel drizzle I paid for. Do better.

Yes, I am still a no meat Friday person. You cannot beat the fish sandwich at McDonald's. The last few times I have gone, I have gotten some pretty bad food. I even asked today that I might get the entire order of fries I am paying for. I guess I should have asked for the other half of my cheese too. This location has the worst dt. cokes, too much syrup.

Don't go here unless you want to waste money on cold bad food! And then they forget half my order an I waited for like 10 minutes!!

They never put sauces in bags ever no matter what order it is, if you door dash food from here they just let anyone grab orders and then if you ask for your food remade they make it an issue and it's everytime you order from online to drive thru you get parked and wait for up to 15 mins sometimes

THE WORST! Will literally pull you up to a number, meanwhile your food is ready just to meet a time quota. Manager, staff are completely TERRIBLE. Waited 10 minutes just to walk in and my food is sitting on the counter COLD. Will be contacting corporate.

Messed up on two items, they were replaced but management was not happy with employees for not checking on orders before leaving. To make matters worse nearly did the splits since the kid who had mopped the floor forgot to put up a wet sign. Just given a half “are you okay” had to tell him to put up a sign. Bad experience today here.

I usually don’t have any complaints about this location, but today was disappointing. I took my four kids and ordered a 20-piece nugget and a basket of fries. The nuggets tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for hours with no warmth at all, and the “basket” of fries was basically just a medium fry dumped in. Probably won’t be coming back to this location for a while.

I had purchased a caramel frappe with EXTRA CARMEL. and they had charged me with 0.29 For the extra caramel. does it look like I have the extra caramel i paid for? don’t think so. This isn’t even the 1st time it’s happened to. Put some effort into people’s food/drinks like i’m not tryna get a water downed drink or a non-flavor coffee that i had paid extra for.

I have never had such a bad experience as I have today. To start with the double cheese burgers were just thrown in the bag and 1 of them fell apart. One was supposed to be without cheese both had no cheese. Was supposed to have extra pickles on both no pickles on either one. Was supposed to have mustard on one and ketchup and mayonnaise on the other one both only had mayonnaise. What a bunch of screwups you have working there. No telling how many orders they have screwed up today.

I typically only go to McDonalds drive thru on a Sunday lunch every 2-3 months. The drive thru needs improvement. They run the ordering and paying fairly efficiently, but stacking people up waiting for their “fast food” and going to park, so they can keep the ordering rolling, is insane. It’s highly inefficient! Please figure this out.

This lady was mopping all under our feet and moving our chairs back and forth making our dine in experience super bad. She kept making so much noise around us with the chairs and to top it off, she was listening to her LOUD music on her that’s in her back pocket. Seriously!? I had to ask her to please stop mopping under us while we were dining in. So rude and unprofessional.

August 13, 2025 – McDonald’s Experience Today, my fiancé and I were craving McDonald’s. We knew it was the first day of school in the area, so the after-school rush would likely make things busy. To avoid a long wait, we placed our order through the mobile app at 3:57 p.m., hoping it would be ready when we arrived. We got there at 4:05 p.m. and parked in Stall #6 for Mobile Order Curbside Pickup. Two other cars were already waiting. After a while, one car drove off, and the driver of the other car walked inside—probably tired of waiting. We decided to give it a bit more time, but by 4:30 p.m., I went inside to check on our order. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, but no one addressed me. A staff member then asked the woman next to me if her order was under my name. I chimed in that it was mine, and it was obvious the order had been sitting there for a while—the whipped cream on my Caramel Frappe was completely flat. I finally got the order and brought it back to the truck. I checked it before leaving—since this location has a history of mistakes—and, surprisingly, everything was correct. We decided to eat in the parking lot. However, when I opened my Quarter Pounder with Cheese, the bottom bun was rock hard. I marched back inside and asked for a remake. Thankfully, there were no issues this time, and they even upgraded it to a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and added an apple pie. That part was the smoothest part of the entire experience—besides actually placing the order. Long story short: We won’t be visiting this McDonald’s during after-school hours again. If we do return, it’ll be during the slowest part of the day.

Stop parking everyone for everything. All you’re doing is trying to artificially bring down your drive thru times. If you can’t keep fries and burgers coming, you have serious issues. It only takes 3 minutes to cook the fries and 30 seconds to cook a small burger

I placed a order on DoorDash for 1 chicken big mac a large shake and 3 spicy mcchickens. The only right part of the order was the mc chickens completely forgot my shake and gave me a regular big Mac instead of the chicken big mac and the big mac was ice cold and the buns were rock hard. I couldn’t get a full refund either and called the store 8 TIMES! And no one answered my call at all! The staff are lazy and management team sucks! I know its just mc donalds but money is hard to obtain nowadays and i should get the full order and full quality of my purchase absolutely horrible service and staff!!

12:57 am Sunday November 27th 2022 I ordered two double hamburgers was told they’re taking cash only they charged me 5 dollars even and was unable to provide a receipt when requested. I know this price is higher than usual so I assume they pocketed the cash. I included the date and time incase anytime in corporate wanted to verify this. 5/6/24 my did literally looks like it was dropped on the floor I opened the bag and looked at the sandwich saw a fuzz ball opened the sandwich seen a few other pieces of what I assume is dirt. Went back in at 430 to get my kids food before their sports and Trevor is not only rude and Disrespectful. And of course the order was wrong again when I got home. There’s always something missing or wrong. If you eat food off the floor and 15 year old kids talking to you like crap and then acting ( probably not an act ) dumb when you ask them what the problem is then go to Trevor. Idk why I even went back after so many bad experiences.
