I saw a drink on tik tok I wanted to try. It was the Venti Pineapple Passion fruit refresher. I showed the Barista the ingredients and asked her about it. She stated it's similar to what a dreamsicle tastes like and she wasn't wrong! I'll definitely be getting this drink again!!

Very nice employees. Made sure I liked my drink (I get extra Mocha syrup in my Java Chip Frap) before driving away, just in case (they said they would make me another if I didn't like it.) Very kind. Also, as we stopped during a road trip and they have a nice little patch of grass in the parking lot that we all were able to get out at and stretch our legs and drink our caffeine.

First of all, I want to say the service was perfect and quick and there are no complaints there. I stopped by for a refresher and water today. I always stop for an ice water after I clean my Stanley Cup because I know Starbucks is filtered multiple times and it's always so good in a fresh cup. Well, throughout the day the small amount of ice I got melts, and when I am drinking it I look down and suddenly notice the water is cloudy. I took of the lid and it's extremely cloudy. This is disappointing as a former partner and now I'm wondering what I have been ingesting. Please check your lines. My refresher was watered down so I didn't just have half of my Stanley, I had a venti cloudy refresher. Edited for spelling & clarity on service. NEXT DAY: I went back this morning for a Americano. I am house sitting so I had no choice but to travel back for my coffee. Again, former recent partner. I can taste the difference between Pike and an Americano. I know sometimes they do Pike to save time. I got a Pike at an Americano price today.

We definitely need another drive thru in town! I can’t ever risk the extra long lines in the morning before work, so I order ahead on the app. Even if ordering ahead, minimum of at least 20 minutes is needed or you’ll be waiting the whole time for your drink. Other than the wait times, their drinks are always great and the staff is friendly, but I docked another star because I was very disappointed to order a grande and when I got to work and started drinking it, my cup was only 3/4 of the way full. Prices are high as it is, I expected to drink every ounce of it! 😩

Expect to wait for your drink. I walked in and ordered food and a misto. The food came fairly quickly, but I waited a bit longer for the drink. They were busy making mobile orders. My drink also was not full. Staff was friendly.

I usually don’t have a problem with this location, but when something is messed up 2 times, unfortunately it needs to be brought up. I ordered the pink drink as I always do. And it looks very out of the ordinary. Translucent, wrong color, tastes more like a sour lemonade. I usually am not a complainer but I go in and explain that it’s different and she seems offended and confused. When to me, it is clear as day that this doesn’t look right. So she makes another one and it doesn’t take long to realize this one is even worse. It’s white as snow. Has barely any flavor. I don’t want to be rude so I take it and walk out. I thought maybe it’s just me! But it took me a quick google search to look at the proper drink, and realize I wasn’t wrong. I was having a stressful day and wanted to treat myself, but instead was stuck with a sour drink and a bland drink.

i went stopped for a coffee yesterday and asked for cold foam and got so little, and i went back to ask for more, and the white older lady taking the orders was so rude. she told me if i wanted a side of coldfoam or what is it that i wanted her to do? the. offered to remove the ice on my drink and i was silent because why are we arguing about coffee. i thought starbucks takes pride in making the customer feel heard. i go to the window and they poured more than half of the coffee and refilled it with cold foam, (dont have a picutre of that) but my coffee was not even coffee anymore it was milk and sugar. This is disappointing because its the closest starbucks i have and this is the second time they get the order wrong. Will never going back !!!! That lady shouldn't be at work if thats how she will treat people.

Love when a cashier argues with you. Went through the drive-thru, ordered a white hot chocolate and caramel frappe. Caramel frappe tasted awful, don't know if they were using old coffee or what, but it was bad. And then comes the arguing, they gave me a white chocolate mocha. Now I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure there's a difference between a mocha and a hot chocolate, and the cashier, after being told that this is wrong, proceeded to argue with me, and say that that's just a flavor that they add to the coffee. It was supposed to be a hot chocolate, not a mocha, and I know this isn't a me thing, because I've been to the other starbucks around here and they haven't made this mistake before. Was just an awful experience, go to one of the other starbucks and avoid this one.

Please don't post your open and then close while 4 cars are in the drive-through. I understand it's Christmas but if you're open cool. If not just close and post you're closed.

I buy Starbucks three times a week. The workers are very nice and friendly. This morning a worker with a nose ring,a young lady waited on me through the drive-thru window. While watching her thru the window she played with her nose about four and touched my cup. Maybe she isn’t aware of customers watching her while serving their food and drinks. I did not appreciate her digging in her nose. Please be aware at all times customers are watching.

Tried to redeem a birthday drink here clearly on the app and the lady did not even try to figure out exactly what was going on. Just said “sorry it’s not working”. She could’ve definitely fixed the problem cause I was able to fix it later. Very poor customer service.

Worst Starbucks I’ve gone to. Like wow. Blows my mind to know how incompetent people can be, cannot even get my orders right, and then they spend their time chatting instead of giving you the drink through the drive through. Like is a drive through for a reason right? Love Starbucks but their people suck here. I said an extra scoop of matcha, and instead they only did one scoop… like c’mon I’m not spending $15 2 wrong drinks….
