This Starbucks is always amazing. My go-to order is a Caramel Frappuccino, and it’s consistently perfect. The Gouda cheese, bacon, and egg sandwich is my absolute favorite—always fresh and delicious. On top of great food and drinks, I really appreciate how they give back to the community, including donating to the Special Olympics and supporting first responders. Great service and even better people. As a local resident, one opportunity for continued improvement would be supporting community beautification and cleanup efforts. Weatherford has great local groups like Love Weatherford, Keep Weatherford Beautiful Trash-Off, and area garden clubs that work year-round to keep the city clean, educate on proper waste disposal, and maintain natural spaces. Partnering with or supporting these efforts would be a great way to further reflect this business’s commitment to the community.
We came in with a large order for a bridal party and they not only completed them so quickly, all the drinks were correct and the brides drink had a special message on it. Everyone was so kind, thank you!
In town and came to get some work done and have some coffee. Sat in there for about an hour and whoever was managing this store was so encouraging and friendly. She made me want to work there! Such a great atmosphere! All the staff looked like they were having a good time and so incredibly nice!!
The coffee was great, like really amazing, but the customer service left a bit to be desired. The barista that gave me my drink was great. However, the barista who took my order, didn’t have a name tag, and her body language (hand on hip) combined with the annoyed tone in her voice gave the impression she didn’t want to help. It’s worth addressing, because small interactions can really change the whole experience.
Can’t say enough about this Starbucks👏. Friendly and polite faces and the best non-alcoholic drinks there are, Aye! To be honest, we just drove up while on the road and always our #1 go to spot when traveling, Aye!
I have been coming to this location for almost two years now. Today I was given the unfortunate news that my favorite barista was leaving. The manager Kimber has been there forever and she is my favorite part about picking up my coffee. I’m so saddened to see her leave, she works so hard for that store. Honestly so heartbreaking I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.
This starbucks is getting better and my drinks are usually right. I had bad experience from this store last holiday so I stopped coming in but the manager Avi is always available to help me if something is wrong with my drinks. Very helpful and kind and always quick to see if there’s a problem. I haven’t seen her in a while but I hope she comes back soon.
I met a manager named Kimber in the cafe and she is easily one of the best baristas I’ve ever seen. My drinks were perfectly crafted. Better yet she was kind and caring to her coworkers and she seemed like such a great leader. I will be returning to this location, it seems like the employees truly care about the customer experience.
Placed my order, and the young man at the counter was helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chloe was awesome.
I’ve been coming to this location many years now, and one person who stands out and has been there for the times I have is a girl named Kimber! She’s always there was positive attitude, and really makes sure her team is running smoothly! she really knows how to make a great coffee as well!
Came in to get myself and my son a drink got there at 7:10 and left at 7:26 with no drinks. I was the only one inside and mobile orders took priority over mine. I did not have time to wait any longer and had to ask t 16 minuteso cancel my order. Son was upset because he had finally gotten up early enough to get Starbucks.
Ordered a hot cappuccino. Got basically a huge cup of hot milk. For $5.
I had a really disappointing experience at the Starbucks location in Weatherford today. I placed a mobile order right before arriving (which is very common), but the employee immediately had an attitude about how recently the order was placed. He said and I quote “Literally got it a minute ago, we will see what we can do”. Instead of simply preparing it like any other order, we were told we either had to come inside to get our drinks or drive all the way back around, after already waiting in line. We simply ordered two drinks and he acted like we ordered the entire store. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming, especially toward my husband and me. We’ve never experienced service like that at a Starbucks before. Mobile ordering is supposed to make things easier, not more stressful. Really disappointed with how we were treated and won’t be returning.
I used to come here every day but I think there was a change in baristas because my drink has been tasting so awful. I get the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, it's so nasty now. It tastes like rancid bitter coffee... I've thrown it away 3 times already bc im to embarrassed to return a drink. The Starbucks inside the Target store makes it really good. I just can't be going to Target every day. This is such a bummer bc the next one is so far away from me.
Veery bad customer service early morning all the time. Today, just now 6am very bad for delivery driver. Sarah needs to do better.
Baristas Never make the brown sugar oatmilk taste right. It’s always bitter taste like old coffee and looks like a mocha drink. I’ve had them remake it and then they get it right. This has happened the last 2 times I’ve gone. Not friendly at all here when you ask them to remake it.
Website says they open at 4:30 am, on Google and Apple Maps. I typically don’t care for Starbucks, but since they claim they opened so early, I thought I would give it a shot. Sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes with no response on the speaker. Pulled up to the window and sat there for another five while they just watched me. Finally came to the window and said sir we don’t open until 5. I asked her why she let me sit there for 20 minutes and she just shrugged her shoulders. I would ask them to update their business hours if you don’t truly open at that time. Went to Dutch Bros and got a coffee at 5 AM and had a great experience. I would recommend everybody just go down the road to Dutch Bros. Save yourself some time, money, and better on your taste buds.
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My first sign should have been how dirty and disgusting it was all around the building. As soon as I got up to the window I regretted coming to this location. The smell coming from inside was like a rotten milk smell. Just sour and putrid. I honestly didn’t even want to taste my coffee but of course I’m a daily habitual Starbucks drinker so I wasn’t about to waste it. It tasted like the smell, just gross and like it was spoiled. I left and went to another location. I wish I would have trusted my gut when I pulled up. Do yourself a favor and drive to one of the other 4 around town.
The baristas are really rude, and the drinks are terrible. Any other Starbucks is better than this place. I do not recommend
Hands down the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had in a while. Coffee tasted horrible (blonde espresso, tastes like dirty water) and out of Splenda. Returned the drink without a refund and left.
Too bad these wokesters were too preoccupied with their 33 pieces of pride flair and political messaging and virtue signaling rather than making drinks and providing good service. Some of these people have been waiting 30-40 minutes and it’s not because they’re understaffed. They had to remake drinks about 15 times during a small rush this morning.
