Went in for a pickup, very crowded. Inquired about my order 3x in 12 minutes. The first answer was it will be ready in about a minute. The second time I asked a different person and was ignored. The 3rd time I asked, a bearded worker raised his voice at me and did not attempt to even look for my order, said we’re busy. I said I just need to know because I have been waiting and if it will be any longer, I will have to drop this order. He then proceeded to look very angry and said nothing but looked at me angrily. I did not feel safe. Cancelled the order.
I love pizza hut pizza and usually order from this location all the time, but tonight my pizza and cheesy bread sticks were burnt and hard, the pizza wasn't even cut like it normally is(pictures doesn't do justice). This location is pretty good, but tonight was probably the worst I have had. I couldn't even enjoy the pizza and was bummed out because I live 30 mins away and didn't have time to wait for another pizza and breadsticks to be prepared. Hope they can turn it around asap
Overwhelming amount of oregano seasoning. Asked for extra sauce barely got any.
Filthy, light bulbs out, little to nothing salad bar, out off pepper, had to ask for tableware, ( they found one) in back, tables still had food on them, not picked up, streaked windows. Cashier was nice and tried her
Yikes! This place needs better management. A worker was clocking out for the day was was saying "encouraging words" to the other employees that at the time were swamped with orders and not having a great time at all. Then this employee proceeds to say under their breath that they probably won't be okay. Not sure if they were the manager or not but the energy in this place was terrible and the pizza showed in quality.
Used to be a great place for lunch. Salad bar w/personal pizza. Went in today, was handed copies of a menu that you couldn't read. When I say copies I mean xeroxed off stapled together and the ink clearly didn't work. The salad bar had no salad in the bowl and no toppings refilled. We left without ordering anything. I don't know how a place goes down hill so fast. 2/3 months ago it was well put together and you got actual menus. What happened? 😒
Let the waiting customers know when each order comes up! Why am I constantly having to go back up and babysit the staff to make sure that my food has not been put on the shelf? The last 10 times I’ve ordered from this location. I’ve had to walk back up to the counter and give them my name, they then turn and pull the pizza off a rack That they have put it on instead of calling out my name, or asking the only sitting customer in the entire establishment if in fact, I am Reynolds. I would then say yes they would hand me the pizza and I would leave. Instead with no customers in the building, they all go about chatting and laughing and looking at their phones and my family sits home waiting hungry after I work at 85 hour work week. I’m not sure why this staff can’t get this right. Let the people waiting know when each and every Pizza comes out so there is no mistake made. Communication is key in the food industry. Why can’t the person up front let the worker in back that a certain customer is here for pickup, then ask hat person lets the front know “that order for Reynold is up,It’s easy. Write a name on a dry race board. Tell someone. Write it on a receipt. That way when the pizza comes up, it doesn’t get put on the shelf to sit with the others, leaving the already waiting customer waiting even longer. It just makes zero sense to me the way they’re doing things in there. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 40 years and I’ve never seen anything like the lack of communication with this staff. I’m a 15 year customer and this issue is new. It’s simple, when a customer gives you the name and you tell them 2 minutes , once the pizza comes up tell them. It’s easy. It works. We use it at my place. We are busier. Write em down if you can’t remember. Don’t put the pizza on the rack having NOT checked to see if I’m there. So I wait , then when I remind them of my wait hey grab it from the rack as if i haven’t been waiting. This is food people pay for with their hard earned cash. If I leave and get there early I should not leave with a 15 min old pie. Communicate better. This one thing would fix the problem. As soon as the pizzas come out and you cut and box them you scream out loud the order if someone is there for the pick up, they will then say hey it’s me you do not put the pizza that someone has been waiting 10 minutes for on a rack and have them wait 10 more minutes. It just is not what you do in the food industry. Food needs to be eat within a certain amount of time after being made guys!
If you aren’t going to accept Grubhub orders, then get off of Grubhub. I waited 2 hours (figured I lived far enough away and it was busy) and the order was cancelled as unfulfillable 2 minutes before eta. 2 hours wasted and nobody is going to eat now because you waited til the last minute to tell Grubhub you weren’t filling the order. This is horrible.
Don't go here. Was told it would take 15mins it's been an hour I had to ask about it and it was just sitting in the back. The pizza had no flavor and the boneless were one of the worst I had in the city they even gave me a sauce over them I didn't ask for. Expensive for the quantity.
As a doordasher i dread going to this place as food is never ready then they will mark the order as ready for pickup when the food isnt ready as this ruins are customer rating and are very unprofessional when dealing with customers I have did many deliveries from this place and has been the same each time I advise everyone to avoid this place
I hope they turn things around here, used to be a nice pizza spot but now it feels like they just wanna rush out whatever orders they can as fast as possible with no regard to quality or integrity.
I've been going for years, not because I want to, it's just the most convenient. Today marked a new low, in-fact nothing was correct or even good by any measurement. Dined in and people were served incorrectly after us. Food was bad, underdone pizza, incorrect order which they did for the entire in dining customers, every single order was wrong, not on time, and delivered with the worst customer service I've even been a part of. There is no recommended fix, just close this place reeks of "new management" banner in it's future before ultimately closing.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Absolute WORST location. RUDE manager, teaching staff to be just as RUDE and disgusting as her. Harasses and argues with customers, sad and pathetic, and the rest of the reviews confirm. Good thing I live in NY where we make the best pizza in the world at literally any other local location. Followed up with corporate complaint clearly they are desperate look at all the 1 star reviews
Worst ever experience of my life in a pizza store. The Manager and staff was very rude and racist. When we were ordering manager was taking orders but just as our turn he said wait and serves people who come after us. Also after taking orders from them he asked us to wait and some other staff took our order. After that as we were sitting there were no napkins, we asked for it and he came out and said that we are being very rude and he will kick us out. If you are with your family and children you don’t want to create a scene. Better not to go to this place ever.
Anytime I order pizza from Webster pizza hut it takes an unreasonable amount of time. Out of all the pizza places in town this is truly the slowest. Seems like they need new management with how poor their time management is. Even if you pick it up expect to wait in the lobby with 10 + people for 40+ minutes.
