I live in Sata barbara I was not offered a drink but served in a timely manner. The waitress was polite and patient with everyone. they didn't interrupt the party.I went there in as a family and was sat in front of them.

This is the place i have been going since 2004, we meet with friends every morning because is our neighborhood coffee shop, very friendly environment!
Went to meet a good friend. He had a decaf something and I had a red eye. Quiet place great for conversation. Coffee as usual was excellent. FYI - I've seen Jamie Foxx and Kaitlyn there before. The interior looks worn and could use a fresher.
The Barista his name was Saz , was very friendly and accommodating , always smiling very fast when I ordered my breakfast . Im here every day for my breakfast cause I work here in Thousand Oaks, # ❤️👍 I highly recommend this Place and look for Saz Im giving him 10 stars or more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Every time I have a fasting blood test, after, I go here to get a latte Grande and a slice of lemon cake. And the whole staff is so nice and friendly. Seating inside and on the patio.
oh my gosh I love this starbucks to death! The workers are the nicest ever. My friends and I always ask for either a surprise me drink or a really complicated order and the workers are always very understanding and non-judgmental, unlike brandy mellvile ugh. Anyways I highly recommend visiting this starbiessssss.
The manager here on July 4th was amazing I was able to spend the afternoon enjoying snacks and coffee in a lovely Starbucks! He remembered my name with each order!

2/22/2026 Stopped by Starbucks this morning before our visit to the farmers market and hike in the hills of Westlake Village. The service here is always excellent and Nick makes my wife's custom Cappuccino perfectly 👌. I had a Carmel Machiato and a croissant. Always a great experience and the ambiance is calm and serene. Highly recommended 1/25/2026 Stopped in for our morning coffee and cappuccino and the vibe was positive and the people friendly. It was a lovely morning and the staff here are so nice and professional. This is one of our favorite Starbucks locations. Highly recommended Previous visit Stopped in this morning for breakfast after a nice morning hike. My wife had the cappuccino and I had the Carmel machiato and both were wonderful. For protein we got the sausage and egg sandwiches. Great spot and wonderful staff. We sat outside in 72 degree weather and it was gorgeous. Highly recommended. Previous visit The staff here are so friendly and efficient. We stopped this morning for a cappuccino and a hot Carmel machiatto, and both were made to perfection. I was able to order and on my way back to work I turn my cup around and I see a note that says, “feel better, you’re awesome” I started crying more and I was thinking, I am awesome, and I can make it through the day! I made it through but just want to say, I’m not sure who the barista was that placed this note but you truly made my whole week and made me feel better. I really needed to hear those words from someone. Thank you for blessing me!

Amazingly efficient. I have a dedicated person to organize the mobile orders. Make your mobile order on the app, Barista's will get working on your order right away. And it will be coordinated for pick up by the dedicated employee who is monitoring all the drinks and orders and people's names. Walk up, tell them your name andA dedicated employee will hand you your order and a straw and a stir stick and napkins if necessary

The service here is exceptional. There have been a few hiccups with the pandemic, but overall, everyone at the store is a pleasure to interact with. At this location, you get service with a smile, and several employees really try to make that connection with their customers. You can tell everyone works really hard to keep up with the high demand. While waiting for our work shift to start, we Bay Area boys stopped here from our morning coffee. Unusual for a Starbucks, it was mother&daughterish version of a “Cheers” theme song environment. (The motherish cashier worked well together with the daughterish barista as if they were thought obviously not). They said hi to the regulars on a first name basis. It was a fun coffee shop experience to witness in an out-of-town experience.
Very busy Starbucks in Westlake Village. Ordered breakfast sandwich and hot chai tea latte. Both were excellent. They didn't have any almond croissants or orange cranberry scones. I ordered their vanilla scone as a substitute. Only had 2 left (these are small in size, so you normally get 3 in an order). The barista offered a cake pop as another substitute, but only had a chocolate one as a selection. Both scones and the cake pop were delicious. Barista's were friendly and courteous. Masks required while ordering inside. Take out, pick up via app or outside dining available at this time. Parking adequate although store is in a busy shopping center location.

I like the dark roast coffee, I got their a bit later. Unfortunately, for me, Star Bucks ran out of the dark roast. The server did offer me an option. it just wasn't what I wanted.

yet another version of this chain serving adequate beverages and high calorie foods with some less unhealthy options.
Nice people, but Starbucks as a whole has. Hanged things. When you buy a Venti it only has two shots, same as a grande. But they only fill the cup up to a grande size in a Venti. It's rediculus and a waste of money.
Pretty good. Kind of dirty in the bathroom. The workers are very nice, but they messed up my drinks on numerous occasions, but otherwise, this Starbucks is nice.
Very popular as a result it is too small to handle the crowd it attracts. It also stops brewing the dark roasts too early in the day.

Coffee tastes burnt
Busy location. Baristas often not the most courteous, a bit rude and arrogant.
I'm not kidding, the store motto should be "Sorry for the wait." This location gets a huge morning rush and they're always understaffed. Each employee is trying to do 3 things at once and it's absolute chaos. Every time I stop by there are always new faces, that can't be good. I overhear old employees say how they can't make a certain drink so there is an issue with ongoing training here as well. It's only going to get worse with the new commercial offices opening soon. I've given up making this location a standard stop for coffee every morning, I go straight to work or stop off at Western Bagel. Basically, if you have 30 minutes to kill every morning then this is a great option for you, if you're like the rest of us trying to get to work on time, go somewhere else.
First I have to say that I love to relax and unwind at any Starbucks. It seems to me this one in particular always have unkept restrooms no matter if they are busy or not. I visit this store often, as I have a large clientel in the Westlake area. As often as I visit this store, not one employee ever welcomes my husband or I back. They are always super slow getting orders out no matter if there's a rush or just one person in line. I hope this store will clean up their attitudes and restrooms.

I have never been so invisible in my life. You just stand there and they see you but they don't ever say anything to you and you just wait and wait politely and then eventually you give up and you say something

Absolute clueless people work there. I asked for a printed receipt of my online order. They said this is impossible. Well - other Starbucks places can do it. I'm wondering why these workers don't receive training before they are put on the job.
Horrible coffee. Pleasant service. Watch your possessions! Leave anything behind and it's guaranteed someone will claim it for their property. With the boarder open and people paid to fly in to pickpocket, thieves lurk everywhere and they are "Professional pickpockets ". They will leave no trace of ever entering your purse and taking your credit cards, while they then call another to use it to purchase online. Perhaps they get into other things as well?
I used the online ordering app because this Starbucks is always a nightmare. They always are filling the online orders before in person customers also. Anyway I order it at 11:28 and my order was never filled according to the app. It continuously said “order in progress”. Finally at 11:55 I decided to just go there and finish waiting for my order. Of course I walk in and there are 15 drinks and several food items for “online orders” waiting. Including mine. My sandwiches were soggy and the ice in all my drinks were melting. They messed up both my coffee orders. When we asked the head barista why my app still said order in progress she said “we have no control over the app”. Excuse me?? I would assume when a human makes the order then a human must also tell the computer it’s ready. Not sure the coffee shop is being run by robots quite yet. It was unbelievable.

We ordered a grande hot chocolate with soy and without mocha sauce. They gave us a hot soy milk without chocolate, We were already several minutes away before we had to backtrack. We went back in. They didn’t apologize: The baristas said they messed up and then chuckled. The same person who made the first drink made a 2/3 full bland beverage. So basically the inexperienced person who messed up our first drink was also tasked with making our drink correctly and failed to do so second time. If they apologized for the inconvenience I might have more of a sense of humor. They didn’t. I’m not amused. Not ever going back to this location and we go several times a week.

You’re either keeping up with the morning rush, Or you’re actually holding up customers from getting to work on time. If I were an employee on the clock, I would have trouble watching an accumulating line of several customers waiting, while obliviously working in slow-motion and prioritizing conversation. And as the security camera watches customers leave that no longer want to wait. The customers’ time is just as valuable. But these baristas seem to have no trouble turning a blind eye. Some employees are just standing there, having mastered the illusion they are doing something. If Management was proactive, customers should never to reach out to Corporate. And there’d be less reason to say “Sorry”, which has practically lost all meaning since it’s so overused.
